Alright, I thought that the title may grab you all's attention. So here it is, as some of you all may know our guild captain Tsubaka has went and disappeared on us. Now our guild is in need of a GC so it is of the utmost importance that we have one and the fairest way for us to do this is by an election! For the people by the people. So here is the list of people to chose from.
-Mourning Wood Removed by request.
-Hinote {2}
-Nerdbot {3}
-Mistah BomChickaWahWah {5}
-Duckmasta {7}
-Sosay Uchiha {2}
We will have a nominations portion based off of this list. The people on this list are not allowed to campaign in any way shape or form. If you are caught then you will be eliminated from the list. The Top 3 people with the most nominations will be able to move on to the next step of the election process in which they will be able to debate.
The correct and only way to nominate someone is by posting and saying that you nominate the said person. You are only allowed to nominate one person and you can not nominate yourself. Each candidate here has proven his or herself to be worthy of running the guild so please choose wisely. Remember to take in to consideration the amount of impact the person has had on the guild, the leadership skills he or she has shown, the people skills that he or she may have, and how responsible the nominee is.
Remember the fate of the guild is in your hands people!

I nominate Duckmasta... while you were all very helpful in my profile creation and basically starting off in this guild I felt like Duckmasta was the most helpful and therefore has earned my vote

I vote wood because aside frm nerd, he has done the most to help me and in general others, and he is also as strict and firm yet cool about it as lance. So yeah...

I'm voting for Duck; not because he's my friend; but because if you hung out with him as much as I do; and you could hear how much hope he has for this guild; and how much of the little free-time he has that he uses to help the guild; and those who're in it, you'd pick him too.

I vote... Idk who to vote for... I've never seen most of you moderate anything, most of you seem like you would be really good at it, but I'm still not sure.
One thing though, I'm definatly not voting Hinote. Not because I don't like him, he is actually one of my favorite people in this guild. but because he is a total Nazi about almost everything. confused
Just thought I'd start by weighing the pros and cons...
... After much deliberation, I'd have to say that Nerd. Also, if you didn't notice Nerd has 3 votes. { Kay said that it was between Mourniing, and Nerd, and Mouring dropped out. Just pointing that out for everyone to see. }

Sorry, But I couldn't resist the shot at you. ^.^ This post was actually about five times as long as this with everyone's pros and cons on it ^.^

Pro's + Cons
Mistah:
Pro: Hard worker. Has good ideas and can manage well.
Con: Very lazy at times. Extremely inactive as of late and has been known for it in the past as well.
Hinote:
pro: Very intelligent and has good ideas, and can work systems well. He also spots problems fairly easily.
Con: Is a bit to strict for many people, which can drive some away. May make the systems a bit too advanced, driving people away. He has been just a tiny bit inactive lately.
Nerd:
Pro: Friendly and good with the members. He also has a fairly extensive knowledge of rules within the guild.
Con: Isn't very good with logic and such.
Sosay:
Pro: Friendly, and gets along with people.
Con: I don't really know much about her so I dont have any. >>
Duck:
Pro: Very hard worker. Is on almost every day. He understands everything about the guild very well. He is good with systems but not so strict as to make them too complicated. He's friendly and clinical when accepting or declining things, not letting personal feelings get in the way.
Con: I really can't find any...
