Bio:
Literally meaning "Blue Sky Edge", Tansen Aokuu, better known to his friends as "14" due to his obsession with the number, was an artist, focusing on the musical part while still being a great painter, having a great eye for color as well as influenced heavily by CAT. While alive, he had painted images similar to the Noise, particularly that of Panthera Cantus, which he grew fond of. Has a habit of dragging out speeches, even more so in direful situations.
14 died during an earthquake, during which a spotlight fell upon him at A-East in preparations for a concert.
Abilities:
His newfound blindness enables an advantage in dark areas like A-East and the Shibuya River, but a great handicap elsewhere, forcing him to be a purely long-range powerhouse while being a liability to his partner at hand-to-hand. Aside from the normal psychs, he is able to manipulate Classical- and Metal-based Noise into attacking each other or act as a shield.
