Shiorei arrived shortly after the the wind and lightning. Had come from the claiming the rewards from his last seemingly pointless mission. He was, not entirely disappointed at the idea. He had, after all, already finished the cleaning job. Now was on to gathering materials. With one wall demolished he had an opportunity to do a couple of things. The wall needed to be repaired and materials needed to be gathered. It was time for him to make use of his carpentry skills.

Shiorei fixed his collar and straightened his scarf as he brought his hands together forming the seal of snake as his skin crumbled like bark as two wood clones came from his flesh standing to either side of him. He raised his hands up as both clones high-fived him. He nodded as his clones were of sound body.
He pointed at the clone to his left, "Your Number 1," He then pointed to the other, "and your Number 2." He motioned them to huddle around as he addressed the two tasks presented to him. "Number 1 your with me. We're going to fix the fallen Academy wall. Number 2 your on pickup duty. If its iron, steel, or some other metal you bag it. If we haven't finish the wall then you are to come and assist."
The huddle broke and Shiorei with his clone went over to the rubble of the wall. He looked at the wall and decided to add a more ascetic flair. He brought his hands together ans he prepared the more difficult aspect of the reconstruction. Number one brought his hand together interlacing his hands together creating the sign of snake.
Number 2 walked around rooting through the dirt for discard kunai, shuriken and what other lost object he could find. He drew circles in the dirt as he felt that he got the short end of the stick. He looked over to the other two hard at work.

Number 1 pressed his palms tight as the wood began to rise creating an interlocking branches that would become the basic architecture of the new wall. Made of thicker and denser wood then most of the surrounding structure as the roots pushed aside rubble to be more easily accessed for Shiorei.
He brought his hands out and rock began to move as he moved the earth with his hand pressing and condensing the less dense materials together then began to fit the matter into the open sections of the trees then Number 1 pressed his palms tight causing the wood to release a bonding resin and then tightened to apply pressure while the resin glued everything together.
Number 2 was picking up most of the left over projectiles and moved on to rubble. One broke mass was another man's mission complete. He looked for nails and anything else that would qualify for the mission objective. He then came over to the other two and looked for his next instruction.
Shiorei the motioned for him to bond with Number 1. The two wood clones fused into one 4-armed clone. With two new arms he brought his hands together further increasing their control over the wood. as it worked its way into the existing structure to reinforce the seemingly shaky ceiling.

Shiorei put his hands together and dusted his hands off. He began to direct his wood clone with his own charka as the ceiling braced by the new growth and resin. The new wall a patch work of old and new, but it needed a little more. It needed a dash of uniformity. He clapped his hand before forming snake caused a new plank shaven wood to burst of the sides.
He bound the wood through structure tight as the pushed the retrofit of the Academy. New wall and support structure. He then had them all call as the resin set further. He looked at his 4-armed creation with his arms crossed over his chest.

Shiorei wiped the sweat from his brow. He did more than what set out to do. He smacked the wall a couple times more. "I needs a coat of paint. But that's not my problem. They should be grateful that I fixed it." He looked around and had a thought. It would not be unlikely for something to happen again. If so, it was no longer his problem.

He dusted off his hands and dispelled his wood clone absorbing back into himself. He looked around for the bag of projectiles he had gather and threw it over his shoulder. He then proceed to exit the Academy for his next destination on the Dojo. Where those who practice with tools are also likely to loose them. he moved briskly exiting to his next stop on the Pickup Express.

Jocasta jumped to the floor when she heard the loud rumble of the roof coming in, she knew that something was wrong... and in the distance she would see that there was smoke coming from the Gates. This would be the prefect test for her and she was going to be there as soon as possible. She ran out of the Academy headed for the Gates.
Ibara came rushing down the street, bounding really, in large strides as he approached the academy he took a sharp left, nearly losing his balance but maintaining it and dashing through the doors and into the dark building. The building was empty now, everyone had left to defend the village but he needed to do a bit of training he felt terrible for being here while everyone else was out fighting but he felt he needed to be of more use to truely defend the village and not blow it up himself. Dashing through the halls he decided to head for the Fuuinjutsu first he had a plan for these UHV guys and this may be just what the village needed to succeed. Ibara retrieved a scroll that taught the basics of sealing jutsu, jutsu with the abilities to either limit, or completely nullify other shinobi during the course of a battle. This sounded perfect to Ibara, seeing as his jutsu required either immobile or incapacitated targets to perform he decided he should focus on Fuuinjutsu. The first one that stuck out to him was a jutsu used by none other than than the fourth hokage, Minato Namikaze, Ibara was completely fascinated that the Hokage was able to come up with such a technique to travel anywhere 'Instantly' was amazing. [ Hiraishin no Jutsu [ Flying thunder god technique ] 1/10 ] The scroll was thick and required a lot of preparations for the technique to become useful and it appeared that the technique was not only extremely fast, it required a lot of chakra for it to be performed. Ibara sighed. He knew he'd need more chakra and the only way to do so was to battle with the UHV. He knew once he learned these Maruton and Fuuinjutsu he'd have no trouble dispensing of these troublesome gnats. [ Hiraishin no Jutsu [ Flying thunder god technique ] 2/10 ] For the technique he would have to create seals on objects, any object he desired. His kunai? Yes. Senbon? Sure why not. Opponents? Pfft, of course. He would start with the weapons he would throw around then master creating the seals with a simple touch. With that he felt he'd be able to dodge most attacks thrown at him by simply moving out of the way with this technique. [ Hiraishin no Jutsu [ Flying thunder god technique ] 3/10 ] Taking the time to read over the scroll Ibara realized how much time it must've took for Minato-san to figure this all out on his own, it was extremely complex and required not only massive amounts of chakra but bending and folding the space-time continum, to make himself move from one place to miles away mere seconds later. It was amazing and Ibara began to figure it out himself, if he simply folded the fabric of reality and punched a hole in it with his kunai he'd be able to literally step into a different area instantly. [ Hiraishin no Jutsu [ Flying thunder god technique ] 4/10 ] That being discovered he placed his hand on the kunai attached to his leg and removed it from the hilt. He'd need to go buy more of these, sitting on the cash he had he figured he could buy a lot, maybe custom made kunai to make placing the seals on the hilt much easier. Ibara shrugged and began writing on a piece of paper, each paper he would write the same thing, a symbol, a seal that would allow him to move instantly to the kunai of his choice, or other designated area. [ Hiraishin no Jutsu [ Flying thunder god technique ] 5/10 ] After the kunai were done Ibara placed his hand on the table focused for a moment and from around his palm a scorch mark in the shape of a seal appeared on the table. He'd be able to come to this room at any time he so desired now. Perfect, he'd have to put on in the Hokage's office as well, but that would have to wait, the Hokage's office was hot now, and he needed to finish this training before he could leave. [ Hiraishin no Jutsu [ Flying thunder god technique ] 6/10 ] More than halfway through the massive scroll Ibara felt he was picking up the techinque it wasn't very complicated after all. Once he got passed the creation of the seal it was all about execution, he'd wait to test it he needed to reserve chakra for now he'd focus on creating the seals on the various tools he had and on random objects around the village, he'd get the key points in the village before returning to the fight. [ Hiraishin no Jutsu [ Flying thunder god technique ] 7/10 ] Reading through the scroll he noticed something else, the fourth hokage used the jutsu as another type of jutsu to move techniques to the marked places he created to negate the damage that would be caused, it was another scroll somewhere in this room he'd find after mastering this jutsu. [ Hiraishin no Jutsu [ Flying thunder god technique ] 8/10 ] Finally in the last few paragraphs of this jutsu's scroll he finished creating the seals as he continued reading about the chakra flow required to exectue the technique, it required no hand seals, he'd simply have to recall the seal and the location and he move to the location at will. It was extremely useful and with his Telepathy he'd be able to tell who was in trouble and be able to go to them in an instant to assist them. Perfect for who he desired to become in the village. [ Hiraishin no Jutsu [ Flying thunder god technique ] 9/10 ] Ibara rolled up the scroll. He was done. He had the chakra movement mastered, and all the seals placed on his weapons. The seals were make-shift as they didn't have much room, it seemed he'd have to get custom weapons made specifically for the jutsu after all but for now these would do in these trying times. Ibara closed his eyes and let out a soft sigh as the sounds of battle came drifting through the village to him. He had to hurry but there was yet another two jutsu he must learn. [ Hiraishin no Jutsu [ Flying thunder god technique ] 10/10 ] Ibara returned the scroll to the place it had come from and removed the scroll that was next to it. It was a fuuinjutsu that was very closely related to Hiraishin no Jutsu. This jutsu was called Jikuukan Kekkei (Time-space barrier) Which as he had read about before would take anything that could cause harm to his friends, and village mates and move it away to a safe place where it would harm none. Anything from a simple Senbon to a full blown Bijuu bomb. [ Jikuukan Kekkei [ Time-Space Barrier ] 1/8] Ibara returned to the table with the scorched mark on it and opened this scroll reading it slowly making sure to read every word, this technique was important, very and could save the village some day. Ibara noticed that yes, this technique too would cost a lot of chakra to perform, atleast the same amount as required to cast the jutsu, so something as large as a bijuu bomb would tax Ibara terribly. [ Jikuukan Kekkei [ Time-Space Barrier ] 2/8 ] Reading even deeper into the scroll Ibara removed one of the marked Kunai from its pouch and examined it. Looking at the seal Ibara sighed. Could he really do this? Was it his destiny to protect the village? He thought of the shinobi he was unable to eradicate after defecting from the village. He wondered where she was now, and what exactly she was plotting. Ibara gripped the kunai tightly and grimaced. The technique would be mastered Ibara read more and was now more determined than ever. [ Jikuukan Kekkei [ Time-Space Barrier ] 3/8 ] The techinque was now half way learned, it was quite simple compared to Hiraishin no Jutsu, since it required much of the same requirements as the previous jutsu. Ibara read about projecting the barrier from the seal and allowing the techniques to travel through the time-space rift and to the desired location. This was all fine and easy seeing as it was the same as Hiraishin no Jutsu. [ Jikuukan Kekkei [ Time-Space Barrier ] 4/8] He would have to go to the outskirts of the village at some point after all this was over and set up some seals out there to redirect the jutsu away from the village but for now he'd only use discreet places in the village such as parks to direct jutsu, he didn't think that the UHV had abilities to decimate entnire sections of the village just seriously hurt buildings and take a few shots to take the entire thing down. Ibara sighed as he heard a perticularly loud scream from outside after another explosion had detonated. "Damn damn damn." Ibara read faster. [ Jikuukan Kekkei [ Time-Space Barrier ] 5/8 ] Now to focus on the chakra molding Ibara decided as the functionality of the jutsu was decided all that was left was the chakra molding and execution. The molding came first. The chakra would have to flow through his hands into the blade of the kunai. He would thurst the kunai out creating a rip in the time-space continuum. Deep s**t, but simple really, the jutsu would then tear the cut open and flow through to the destionation that Ibara chose thus nullifying a technique. He wasn't sure he'd be able to use this often during a battle but once was enough. [ Jikuukan Kekkei [ Time-Space Barrier ] 6/8 ] Ibara was getting tired of reading, and he wasn't done yet, this scroll he was finished with, it was all about execution now, he could test it in the field, there was really no way to test it here, but Ibara figured if Hiraishin no Jutsu worked in the field, this should have no issue as they were so closely tied together. [ Jikuukan Kekkei [ Time-Space Barrier ] 7/8 ] Ibara stood and walked back to where he had recieved the scroll, placing it gently back in its place as yet another explosion rocked the building in which he stood. He was close, so very close to being finished with this training for now, he'd do his meditation and s**t later, for now he needed to master his jutsu and get back into the field to take out these UHV bastards. Ibara turned and walked toward the final Fuuinjutsu he'd need, possibly he could learn another but what he needed was close by. He reached out and grabbed it walking back to the same table he had learned the other two jutsu. As he unfurled the scroll exposing the Seijou Houin technique he smiled. This would get them, for sure. [ Seijou Houin [ Normality Sealing ] 1/5 ] This technique wasn't nearly as complex as the two he had just learned and Ibara was grateful that he had saved the easiest task for last. Ibara smiled as he read, this jutsu, yes this one would render the UHV b*****d's weaponry and armor (Possibly Ibara wasn't sure what that damned armor was) useless. Ibara read and again he would have to create seals before heading into battle, no problem he had just done that hadn't he? So he grabbed notes and a brush and began to paint the seals on the notes. [ Seijou Houin [ Normality Sealing ] 2/5 ] These bastards underestimated the leaf. Ibara would teach them, not only did he have a calm cool and collected air about him but he was smart. Yes his techniques had damaged the village, it couldn't have been helped he had nothing else. Now he was ready. Scribbling on the paper Ibara couldn't help but smile. [ Seijou Houin [ Normality Sealing ] 3/5 ] Ibara sighed, the smile was still on his face but he wanted to get out of here, go help his village mates, he had some running around to do before he could but... Yes, he would get out there and teach these UHV bastards what happened when you invaded the leaf. He had gone to Gimangakure, sure. Although Ibara was there, he had no intrest in harming or attacking the UHV but these bastards would pay for this. Them and Kojin. Ibara gritted his teeth as he finished writing the seals on the notes, he had made four in total, with all four prepared Ibara stood. [ Seijou Houin [ Normality Sealing ] 4/5 ] Ibara tucked the notes into his hip pouch and zipped it losely, he'd need to leave it slightly open for when the seal activated. Ibara walked to where he had taken the scroll and placed it back where it belonged. Ibara smiled and turned before heading toward the door. As he approached the door Ibara noticed something. A cloak, black with gold trim, Ibara flipped the hood up and walked out the door. [ Seijou Houin [ Normality Sealing ] 5/5 ] [ Exit to Hokage Monument. ]

Making her way into the academy she flicked it open as the sounds of the battle outside died away as her thoughts turned inwards. First up and she had no idea why she didnt learn this before Shunshin no jutsu. She quickly formed a simple seal and.. was gone. She reappeared on the other side of the academy still clad with a smile. [1/1]
Now that Koan had all the information in on place it was time to master her blood. She would be a poor excuse for a teacher if she herself could not use what she was teaching. First up on the list was the Sōshuriken no Jutsu [ Manipulated Shuriken Technique ]. She pulled five kunai from her holster on her thigh and tied a length of wire to each of them. She took a deep breath and waved her arm in front of her released each of the kunai one just after the other at a group of dummies on the far side of the floor. Using her sharingan she pulled the strings tied to each of her fingers so that the first kunai would circle from the right and began to wrap around the group. She pulled the second as soon as she pulled the first causing it to wrap counter-clockwise. The third was clockwise, the fourth the same as the second and the fifth the same as the first and third. This all happened in the span of a less than a second as the sound of wire tensioned and dummies clanging together filled the academy. [1/1]
Pulling the scroll from her belt she once more opened it to the jutsu she had had her eyes on for some time now. It was a purely offensive jutsu, nothing more, with massively destructive capability's. The Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu. (Fire Release: Dragon Flame Technique) she tucked the scroll away and began practicing the handsign's over and over until she had them memorized. Next she practiced them while adding a small amount of chakra and sending it to her lungs in preparation for the jutsu. She took a deep breath held if for a second and exhaled as she shook her hands. She took one final massive breath and flashed the handsigns and added the full amount of chakra to the jutsu and said, "Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu." (Fire Release: Dragon Flame Technique) When Koan exhaled and the jutsu activated she was pleasantly surprised. A massive wave of spiraling flame tore from her mouth and across the academy as she continued to slowly breath out. She held it in one spot on the wall as the rock turned from its normal brown to a hot cherry red and even began to melt. She looked down as a small wave of water washed around her feet. She hated water jutsus and tilted her head down and the flame slammed into the water around her causing a massive burst of steam. She smiled from inside her steam she loved hot and warm things. [1/1]
Koan drew her scoll once more from her belt. It was adorned with the kanji symbol for Raiton. She pushed it open and began reading through it for a jutsu worth having. It had to be strong and versatile, one that she could modify if needed. She continued to thumb through it until she found a jutsu called the Chidori. It called for a change in chakra nature to raiton and a change in the shape and frequency of said chakra. She was pretty good at changing her chakra's nature. But shape was a whole different story. She took a deep breath as she began to read the instructions for the jutsu. She had to force her lightning chakra into her palm, contain it there, and then release it just before her palm connected. That was not too overly hard she was pretty good at controlling her chakra. [1/4]
Next came the handsigns. She quickly memorized the set of handsigns. Monkey then Dragon then Rat then Bird then Ox then Snake then Dog followed by Tiger and last the Monkey. She stood and began making the signs. Slowly at first but then faster and faster. Soon she had them committed to muscle memory. She shrugged her shoulders and took a low stance. She flashed the handsigns in the proper order and began to send as much raiton chakra into her hand as he could manage. [2/4]
At first nothing happened, but she continued to force more and more lightning into her hand and began to pulsate it faster and faster. Until the distinctive chirping sound began to fill the dojo. Koan grinned wildly as she stood, the massive ball of lighting still chirping away in her hand. She smiled as she singled out a lone dummy sprinting full on at the dummy. [3/4]
Her eyes watered as a serious case of tunnel vision set in. Her normal eyes simply could not keep up with the speed of the strike. She smiled none the less as her palm went clean through the dummy and into the wall behind it. Koan wretched her arm from the wall as he shook it. It had a tingly feeling in it. She turned and made a mental note not to use this on anybody she did not intend to kill. She reassured the note as she surveyed the devastation the jutsu had caused. There was a long trench in the ground from where she stood as well as a large and jagged whole in the wall where her fist eventually ended. [4/4]
Even though she had only just recently began to work in Raiton jutsu she was already taking a liking to it. She quickly memorized the handsigns for the first technique called Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique). She made the handsigns and said, Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu. She felt the slight drain on her chakra as a perfect clone of herself appeared facing her in a wisp of Raiton chakra. She examined the clone for a second and once she was satisfied with her handiwork she released the jutsu and the clone disappeared in another wisp of Raiton. [1/1]
Koan thumbed through the list of jutsu's and found another jutsu called Teikou no Kuntou (Electricity Resistance Training) it was designed to prevent Raiton users from injuring themselves with their own jutsu's. She found a small shocking device that was used to help the user build up a immunity to the shocking. With a great reluctance she grabbed the small prong on the machine and was greeted by a strong shock up her arm. She was in to much pain to let go immediately so the current continued to shock her until she ripped her hand off of the machine. She shook herself like a dog as the pain in her arm receded and she placed her hand back on the machine and repeated the process for about the next twenty minutes until the pain no longer bothered her. [1/1] Koan sighed," Alright that is enough of this defensive s**t." She flipped the scroll open and looked for the next jutsu to tackle. She found a interesting one called Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu. (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique) quickly memorizing the handsigns she called out, "Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu." She quickly thrust out her hand as a bolt of lightning shot from her pointer finger towards the wall. She shook her finger and said aloud,"Cool" [1/1]
Going back to the scroll once again she scanned through the list and a particularly strong jutsu caught her eye. It was called, Kyuutai Tate no Jutsu (Sphere Shield Technique). She took a deep breath and began practicing the handsigns slowly at first for the first few times then faster and faster until she got back up to her normal speed. She then repeated the process but this time adding a little bit more of chakra each time until she reached the normal amount for the jutsu. She took another deep breath and sighed and said under her breath,"Showtime." She flashed the handsigns and added the chakra needed for the jutsu quickly activating it. With a deep breath she said, Kyuutai Tate no Jutsu (Sphere Shield Technique). He smiled as the jutsu took effect and began circulating electrically charged chakra around the entire area of her body and began to push that chakra out of her body forming a personal-range electric sphere of defense. She laughed somewhat loudly watching the lightning race around her. [1/1]
Still smiling she walked over to the wall of the academy and sat down on the floor. Once again she returned to the scroll and thumbed through it looking for a another jutsu, not wanting to make the slight weariness she felt worse. She saw one called the, Dendou Bakuhatsu no Jutsu (Electric Detonation Technique) that he thought had a particular usefulness and decided to make that her next target. So she stood and brushed herself off and upon further inspection of the ability noticed that it needed raiton bushin's to work so she simply made the seal for it quickly summoning her clone. Hers hands fell to her sides as two perfect lightning clones appeared next to her. She moved to the other side of the room so that she would not be harmed by the next technique. She then quickly made the handsigns and said," Dendou Bakuhatsu no Jutsu (Electric Detonation Technique)" She smiled as she watched the two clones explode in a mass of Raiton. "Wow that would have to hurt like hell if I was right next to it.", she said with a smile and now had a practical use for her lightning clones and making clones was something she was good at. [1/1]
Yet again went back to the scroll once again she saw what would be her second to last Raiton jutsu before she took a break. The Raiton: Raikou Kousen no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Beam Technique). She took a deep breath and began practicing the handsigns slowly at first for the first few times then faster and faster until she got up to speed. She then repeated the process but this time adding a little bit more of chakra each time. Until she reached the normal amount for the jutsu. She took another deep breath and sighed making the handsigns and extended her arm with her pointer finger and middle finger extended with the rest curled back. Her fingers and hand began to glow and arc with Raiton chakra as she said,"Raikou Kousen no Jutsu" The instant she said it a massive blast of lightning tore through the wall of the academy and continued before she ended the flow of chakra and halted the lightning. She shook her hand and said,"Wow I think I am gonna keep that one hidden for now" [1/1]

『XXXXXPushing open the doors to the Academy slowly, one Rinnosuke Senju gave a soft sigh, looking around the building wearily. He wasn’t all that good with a large amount of people; having grown up with a lack of a family after him and his brother killed their father and lost their sisters and mother. Though he assumed it was mostly his own fault for going along with the banishment instead of fighting against it. Shaking his head, he allowed his bright blonde hair to fall into his face slightly, covering his piercing gold eyes even more than they already were with the blue hoodie hanging into his face. He purposefully chose the hoodie before leaving his house to do so, knowing he hated to be in public without having something to cover his features. Shaking his head to rid himself of the depressing thoughts he was having Rinnosuke walked towards the back of the Academy, slipping out of the building and into the small clearing behind it. Normally he would just train within the building, but considering how wide-scale the techniques he would be training were, he didn’t want to risk destroying the Academy with a stray tree or anything.
XXXXXStepping fully out of the academy Rinnosuke took a deep breathe in, taking in the smell of the area around him. The smell of water in the air followed by the trees and various flowers…it was like heaven. Perhaps that was why he was a Senju, because he loved nature as much as he did. Who knows in the end; he certainly didn’t care too much in the end, opting instead to just embrace his heritage and blood. Deciding to begin training already he walked into the middle of the clearing, tilting his head back to look into the air before cracking his neck. With that done he began channeling chakra throughout his arms, though this wasn’t normal chakra; instead being that of the Mokuton chakra he had the ability to use due to his Kekkei Genkai. Focusing on slowly turning the molecules in his arms into wood, Rinnosuke closed his eyes; wincing slightly as a wave of pain flooded throughout his arms when they finally began shifting. When they finished turning into the trees that he willed them to be he channeled more chakra into them, watching as they shot forward like stakes, piercing into a small training dummy sitting on the opposite side of the clearing. XXXXXNodding to himself in satisfaction that he managed to get the Mokuton: Daijurin no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Great Forest Technique ] down so quickly he allowed his arms to return to normal, reverting into his usual pale colored flesh. He moved on to the next technique he could remember, knowing it would be quite useful on a long mission that would require a place to stay should he be lacking a sleeping bag or tent. It was called the Mokuton: Shichūka no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Four-Pillar House Technique ] a rather useful technique that involved transforming the roots under the earth into raw materials. With that done he would accelerate the growth of said materials, using his imagination to shape them into what he wanted the home to look like. Deciding he had the basics down well enough he blurred through a small set of handseals, slamming his hand into the earth before channeling his chakra through the dirt and towards the roots below him. With that done he would slowly begin to pump a steady line of chakra into them, forcing them to shoot up from the ground like a large tree emerging from the earth below. Whilst doing that he would begin to imagine the basic shape of a house, watching with a smile as the roots began to take that shape. Moments later a fully done house was done, sitting in the middle of the clearing behind in the academy proudly. Nodding once more at his success he allowed the wood to return to the earth once more, signaling the techniques end.
XXXXXThe next Mokuton technique Rinnosuke wanted to learn was called the Mokuton: Jubaku Eiso [ Wood Release: Tree Bind Flourishing Burial ] a powerful binding technique which involved growing a small tree that would slowly wrap around the enemy; binding them in place. Unlike most wood-based techniques; the Jubaku Eiso requires some preparation before being used, since it was less of a combat technique and more of a restraining technique. The preparation involved crushing a small pile of earth below you, before adding a small bit of water to the crushed up earth. With that done the user would channel Mokuton chakra throughout the small puddle; using it as a catalyst to grow a decently sized tree that would begin to wrap around the opponent to bind then. The user can then command the trees to slowly begin crushing the enemy; resulting in their body imploding. It was a dangerous technique if given enough time to prepare it before engaging the enemy in combat. With that in mind Rinnosuke kneeled down, slammed his fist gently into the ground; just enough to grind up some earth without dealing too much damage. With that done he poured some water into it; resulting in a small puddle of muddy earth at his feet. With that done he blurred through a small set of handseals; channeling his chakra throughout his palm before placing it against the puddle. With that done he pushed the Mokuton chakra from his palm, a small tree slowly beginning to grow up from the earth. After a few moments the small tree turned into a large tree, roughly twice the size of an average sized human male. Nodding at the size and thickness of the tree Rinnosuke allowed it to return to the earth below, disappearing beneath the dirt.
XXXXXDeciding to move on to the few lower ranking chakra suppressing techniques; the first one being the Wood Release: Foo Dog Heads, a relatively easy technique to perform in theory, however the issue with it being that it required being immobile to do anything of actual use. Placing the kanji for "sit" (座, suwaru) upon their hand the user then creates a series of wooden pillars, each having an engraving of what resembled food dog faces. Alongside this were lit wicks atop of them, with that done the user would slam their palm into the ground; resulting in the wooden pillars shooting forward towards the target before beginning to absorb their chakra. The original use for such a technique was to suppress Bijuu chakra when the Jinchuuriki begins to lose control of themselves. However as time passed Senju began to use the technique to absorb chakra from their targets to use as if it was their own. It was a good plan; taking their chakra away from them slowly, only to turn around and use it for yourself; against them during combat. Smiling to himself Rinnosuke sat down in a basic Indian style, it was the most comfortable and easiest way to sit aside from Seiza. After getting settled into said position Rinnosuke brought his hand up, palm facing the fence across from him; the suwaru Kanji slowly forming on his palm as he channeled chakra into it. With that done he channeled Mokuton chakra throughout his legs and into the earth; forcing five wooden pillars engraved with foo dog heads to form from the earth, each adorned with a lit wick atop it. With that done he slammed his palm into the ground; sending the pillars rushing forward as if an enemy was there for them to take the chakra. After doing this for a few more moments Rinnosuke stopped channeling his chakra into the pillars, watching as they slowly returned to the earth; the Kanji on his palm dissapearing along with them.
XXXXXSatisfied with how the technique turned out Rinnosuke thought on what he was taught about the next restraining technique. It was a basic technique, merely called “Stocks” by his teachers and peers before he was banished from the clan. By forming two pillars with a stockade atop it the user locks their target within before using their Mokuton chakra to restrain the chakra flow throughout their body. It was used to restrain a single target without causing too much damage to them; allowing for an easy interrogation or just a questioning. Nodding to himself Rinnosuke blurred through a small set of handseals before slamming his hand; palm down into the ground. With that done he slowly formed a single set of stockades; two candle-like appendages on each end of the device, similar to the Foo Dog Heads technique he just learned. Channeling his chakra throughout the stockades he watched intently as they began to glow slightly, indicating that his chakra was even throughout the wood of the stockades. Placing his hand against it he smiled; feeling a warm, fuzzy feeling throughout his stomach; almost as if nature itself was attempting to calm his mind and body. Closing his eyes he embraced the feeling happily; remaining that way for a few moments before stepping back from the stockades, watching as they slowly returned to the earth. [ Techniques Learned ] Mokuton: Daijurin no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Great Forest Technique ] Rank B A technique that changes one's own arm into big trees. Using chakra, the tissues are transformed into trees at the cellular level. Then, by activating the trees, stimulating them to grow rapidly, they lengthen at high speed and fork into many branches. It is possible to capture the enemy with these branches and at the same time, if one changes the ends into sharp stakes, turn them into countless, sharp, spear-like piercing weapons. This technique has also been used to break through stone walls. When a small hole is found the tree will squeeze in the hole and grow into a square shape and increase the size of the hole so a human can pass through.
Mokuton: Shichūka no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Four-Pillar House Technique ] Rank B By sending chakra into the ground, the roots of the plants are converted into raw materials. This technique allows for a building to be constructed, by forcing accelerated growth. Just like with the Four-Pillar Prison Technique, the size and shape of the building are taken from the user's imagination or memories. By placing tags around the house, the user creates a barrier, making it impossible for the enemy to detect it and allowing the user to "camp" in peace.
Mokuton: Jubaku Eiso [ Wood Release: Tree Bind Flourishing Burial ] Rank B This technique lets the user summon a tree to slowly wrap and bind their opponent. This technique is relatively powerful and holds opponents much more gracefully, with less of a strain on the user, because the user sinks them into the ground. Afterwards, the user can enclose the opponent so that their body implodes. This technique requires some preparation as Yamato first had to crush the earth and then add water before this technique could be used. ( 1 post of preparation time needed )
Wood Release: Foo Dog Heads Rank B A technique used to absorb a tailed beast's chakra. The user produces the "sit" (座, suwaru) kanji on their palm and creates a series of wooden pillars, which are engraved with what resemble foo dog faces and have lit wicks on top of them. When the user slams their palm on the ground, the wooden statues rush towards the target and absorbs its chakra. ( Deactivates demonic chakra & tailed beast chakra not being emitted from the original owner, and absorbs it as normal chakra for the user to use )
Wood Release: Stocks Rank B Yamato uses wooden stocks to suppress the targets chakra with his Wood Release. There are also two candle-like appendages on each end of the device similar to the technique Yamato used during Naruto's training. 『XXXXXFeeling he'd rested enough after the small training session, Rinnosuke stood up from the tree he was resting against; brushing his pants off before letting out a soft sigh. He still had quite a few of Senju techniques to learn before he was ready to move on to basic elemental techniques. He'd heard the sound of fighting outside of the academy, but he figured with his lack of actual training it would be best for him to remain within the Academy for the time being, or atleast until he was forced to evacuate by a higher ranking Shinobi. Ridding himself of those thoughts, Rinnosuke focused chakra into the molecules in his arm, watching as a small yet sharp piece of wood slowly pushed out from his skin. It was an extremely basic Mokuton technique by the name of Mokuton: Sashiki no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Cutting Technique ], used to form blade of sharp wood. Usually used by someone who can use Kenjutsu but lacks a blade due to it breaking or them losing it for some reason. Dropping the sharp blade to the ground Rinnosuke stared at it with a blank expression, watching it sink into the ground slightly before remaining stuck upright. "..." Nodding to himself the blonde-haired male decided to move on to the next E-ranked technique, this one named Wood Release: Wood Spikes Ring. He'd been told before that it was used to bind a target even further, by causing spikes of wood to form from the ground to point at the target. Nodding to himself Rinnosuke formed a single handseal before placing his hands gently against the earth below him. Channeling his Mokuton chakra through the roots underneath the grass, he watched with a slightly satisfied smile as eight stakes made of wood shot up from the ground, curving inwards as if pointing towards a specified target.
XXXXXBrushing his hair from eyes, Rinnosuke let out another sigh of annoyance, feeling his chakra drain slightly as he continued to train his techniques. Though he felt such a drain on his body, he pushed himself to continue training; knowing it would be fruitful to do so now that he has the peace and quiet required for him to focus. Next was the Moku Bunshin no Jutsu [ Wood Clone Technique ], a lower ranked version of the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [ Shadow Clone Technique ], which uses a large amount of chakra to produce solid clones that can be used for reconnaissance. The Moku Bunshin on the other hand was used with less of a chakra burden, while also being able to be used to track those down by forming them into seeds that you plant upon a persons body or even within their body, which can then be followed by the Senju. Forming the required handseal Rinnosuke channeled chakra throughout his body, watching as a small branch of wood formed from his arm before extending outwards into a perfect clone of him, clothing and all. Nodding to the clone he watched it run about for a moment before withering away into nothingness when Rinnosuke commanded it to. After the Moku Bunshin was a basic technique called Wood Release: Threefolded Wood Shield. It was a technique used when under attack to form a small circular shield out of wood around the arm, almost like old shields Samurai used. Channeling chakra into his arm, the blonde-haired Senju watched as three sections of wood slowly formed before melding together to create a durable shield for him to wear.
XXXXXThrowing the shield away with a sight, Rinnosuke turned his attention to the remaining techniques he could remember from when he was taught about them. The next technique he could remember was the Wood Release: Underground Roots Technique, where the user channels their Mokuton chakra throughout the earth below to manipulate the roots to do their bidding. Anywhere from tripping the enemy to rising up to protect the user from an attack, or even to just bind an enemy when they are laying down. It was basic in concept, but he wasn't so sure it was as easy as it sounded when put in actual use. He'd soon figure out, forming the necessary handseals for the technique Rinnosuke kneeled down, placing his hands palm down against the earth below him. Closing his eyes in concentration the blonde-haired Genin channeled his chakra throughout the roots below, willing them to move around and come out of the ground enough to be seen. Upon opening his eyes he gave a soft smile, seeing the wave of roots in front of him that just sat there, waiting for a command to be given. Willing them to return to the ground, Rinnosuke moved on to the next technique he could remember. It was called the Ki Eda no Jutsu [ Tree Limb Technique ], a technique that like the one he just learned used the roots to do things for him. However this one instead was capable of being used to form a small shield in front of him, or if needed a lance to pierce his enemies. Channeling chakra into his hands the Senju male placed his palms against the earth, channeling chakra into it before watching as five thick roots shot from the earth in front of him, forming a large wall of wood before his eyes.
XXXXXSatisfied with the results of those two techniques, Rinnosuke decided to move on to the last three techniques he could remember off hand without referring to any of the books he'd been given by his mother. The first one was called Jukai Heki [ World of Trees Wall ], a technique that consisted of forming a large amount of wooden branches from the ground, that grow at quite a rapid rate before intertwining to form a large net made of wood. It was useful when protecting the user against Doton based techniques, and perhaps even low-ranking Katon, but aside from that Rinnosuke didn't see much of a use for the technique, but he would learn it just to complete all the ones he remembered his mother teaching him about. Forming the required handseals for the technique, the Senju male channeled chakra throughout his feet and into the ground, pushing it outwards to reach the roots and earth in a specific radius around him. With that done he forced wood to begin to form underneath the surface. When he had a suitable amount he forced it upwards, causing it to shoot from the ground with an incredible force, ripping the dirt and grass apart as it did so. Watching as it twisted and turned to form a large net, Rinnosuke smiled happily to himself; glad that he was slowly fulfilling his promise to his mother to eventually master all the Senju techniques passed down through their family. Next up was the Mokuton: Mokusatsu Shibari no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Smothering Binding Technique ], a technique that transformed the users arm into a tree that extends to wrap around the target, acting like either an immobilizing technique to just trap them within the branches, or a killing technique; where the user crushes them slowly and painfully within the branches. Nodding to himself, Rinnosuke formed a handseal, channeling chakra throughout his right arm. Watching with a sick interest as his skin and muscle seemed to ripple before morphing into a large formation of roots and branches. Shivering in disgust he let the technique fade, watching the tree turn back into his own arm."...Disgusting.." His voice was deep for his age, rumbling within his chest as he spoke. Shaking his head Rinnosuke focused on the last technique he could remember at the moment. The Mokuton: Henge [ Wood Release: Transformation ] it was exactly like the normal Henge, except for the fact that it would be solid, and possible to leave it behind should he need to. It would also allow him to change his voice to match the appearance, something that would be incredibly useful when on a scouting mission. Forming the basic handseals needed Rinnosuke channeled chakra throughout his body, looking forward as wood slowly began to form around him. It seemed to crawl up his body before engulfing him completely, almost like a second skin. Within seconds he held the appearance of a random civilian he'd seen on his way to the Academy. Letting the technique end, he watched as the wood disseminated before his eyes, turning into ash before blowing away in the wind. [ Techniques Learned ] Mokuton: Sashiki no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Cutting Technique ] Rank E A versatile technique where the user can produce sharp wooden spikes from their body to either fashion short-range weapons akin to a makeshift sword, or else use them as long-range projectiles, where the branches' growth can be triggered remotely, skewering the enemy as a result.
Wood Release: Wood Spikes Ring Rank E The user creates a semi-circle of wood around a captured target, and then forms spikes within the ring, pointing at the target, preventing them from making any sudden movements.
Moku Bunshin no Jutsu [ Wood Clone Technique ] Rank D A clone that is created by using chakra to alter the user's own cells into vegetation. The clones can be as simple in function as a wooden dummy for use in the Body Replacement Technique or completely mobile and able to perform techniques.[4] They have the ability to travel far from the user and are able to communicate with the original. Moreover, since the wood clone has the ability to merge with plants and trees, it is also great for reconnaissance missions.[5] By directly touching the wood clone with his hand, the user can absorb the information it gathered and change the shape of the clone.[6] Unlike the Shadow Clone Technique, the wood clone doesn't disappear when hit and even appears to take the damage. This, according to Madara Uchiha, makes it the perfect clone technique that only he, with his dōjutsu, was able to see through. If a wood clone is changed into a seed and ingested into the body or left on a target, it can be used as a transmission device of sorts. The user can use these to track their target as the seeds respond to their chakra only. ( Each additional clone beyond the first costs [15] chakra to make. Each clone is able to be given their own chakra pool through donation during creation. )
Wood Release: Threefolded Wood Shield Rank D The user forms a shield of wood, which consists of three round parts out of their hand. The shield is very durable and can be removed and reconditioned any time the user wants to. ( Sustains up to a D-ranked amount of damage before breaking. )
Wood Release: Underground Roots Technique Rank D Using the Wood Release, a user can manipulate the terrain, bringing out underground roots of varying sizes to fit various offensive situations, such as using the roots for trickery, misdirection and restriction. One can also use a large scale version, bringing out massive roots over a larger area that tangle around each other with such force that any one caught in-between is violently crushed to death. ( The Tajū version is treated as A-ranked )
Ki Eda no Jutsu [ Tree Limb Technique ] Rank C The user summons forth five thick tree roots from the ground. These roots can then be used to shelter, shield, or impale, depending on the user's whim. Unfortunately, they don't stretch too far.
Jukai Heki [ World of Trees Wall ] Rank C The user creates countless wooden branches that grow at high speed from the ground. The wood interlaces to form a wide, net-like wall with an impressive defensive power.
Mokuton: Mokusatsu Shibari no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Smothering Binding Technique ] Rank C By transforming their arm into a tree, the user can then create multiple branches which will rapidly grow around the target, immobilizing them.
Mokuton: Henge [ Wood Release: Transformation ] Rank C This jutsu is just like any other Transformation Technique. The user performs the necessary hand seals, then wood emerges and covers his entire body and a puff of smoke or chakra covers up the transformation. Once the jutsu is done, the transformation is complete. It acts more like a costume than a transformation, as the user is able to leave it behind if necessary. He also demonstrates the ability to adjust his voice while using this technique.
The first technique she would learn was one of the most basic but useful techniques of her clan, called the Cutting Technique. Gathering chakra in her arm, she drew her entire arm back, before thrusting it forward, a short branch shooting out as a result. The branch impaled the dummy in the center of the clearing before multiplying into several more branches in the inside of the dummy.
Terumi moved closer to the skewered training dummy, performing a few hand seals. As the final seal was formed, a wooden semi-circle appeared around the dummy, which would have, if this were a real person, prevent them from moving. If the target were to move, surely, they'd be pierced by the wooden spikes. Terumi removed her chakra from the creation, as the wooden semi-circle with spikes receded into the ground.
The Wood Clone Technique would be the next technique Terumi would focus on learning. It had a wide range of uses, which included espionage and stealth, which made this type of clone technique better than most. This clone is also extremely durable while being able to do anything a normal Kage Bunshin can do. These clones were indeed special, also having some sort of chakra response that is only usable to the one who created the clone. Yet, while this clone does not take much chakra to create, any clone created after the first require much chakra, and therefore these clones must be used wisely. Terumi formed the basic clone creation seal, gathering up all of her chakra before dividing it evenly in half so she could create one clone. With the chakra successfully divided, she continued to focus her chakra into creating a duplicate of herself beside her, transferring the chakra. With a small puff of smoke, another red cloaked damsel appeared at her side, mirroring her exact image. With the technique being a success, Terumi would keep the clone, to assist her in continuing her training.
The Threefold Shield technique was a basic defensive technique, while having several uses on its own. Though it is not able to block very powerful techniques, weak close ranged attacks can easily be deflected or defended against. Though the advantage with being a Mokuton user, the creator can recondition the shield, or even remove it at will. Terumi began channeling chakra into her left arm, which would normally serve as her shielding arm if she were to ever enter close combating range, which wasn't most likely. The chakra was surged throughout her entire arm, as she could feel the Mokuton chakra working its way through her forearm, her soft delicate skin soon taking on the form of rough wood. The first circle was form slightly above the forearm, before the second began its creation. The shield was being performed at a rather slow pace, but with practice she would be able to speed it up. The second and third circles finally formed, creating the threefold shield technique.
The Underground roots technique also was a very versatile move. Using the Wood Release, a user can manipulate the terrain, bringing out underground roots of varying sizes to fit various offensive situations, such as using the roots for trickery, misdirection and restriction. One can also use a large scale version, bringing out massive roots over a larger area that tangle around each other with such force that any one caught in-between is violently crushed to death. Terumi decided that she would try various things with the technique, just to get used to some of its uses and creations. Placing her hands together, she began forming the proper seals needed to use the technique. With the final seal formed, she began gathering chakra within her core, before sending it down into her legs, and into the Earth below. The chakra took over the roots beneath her, growing them to a rather enlarged size before coming out of the ground in various formations, wrapping around the wooden dummy within a moment's time. She then further took control of the roots, by having them release their grip on the dummy, and return back into the ground.
The tree limb technique, like most of the Mokuton's clan jutsu, had versatile uses. The technique created three to five large roots which erected from the Earth, to shield, attack, or shelter the user. Along with those, any combination was certainly acceptable, as not all roots needed to do the same thing. Terumi was sure to take note of the Mokuton jutsu's weakness which was fire techniques, and soon she'd have to learn a few water jutsu to counter that weakness. Terumi placed her hands together once more, her hands forming the various seals needed to perform the technique. With the final seal formed, chakra gathered at her core, before being sent down her legs and into the Earth. Her chakra expanded below the earth, control the roots beneath and enlarging them in size as they erected from the ground. Sending them straight up, she bound them together like a braid to create an even stronger defense. The large root shield stood in front of her now, fully obstructing her body from view, if anyone were on the opposite side of it. Removing her chakra, the roots were sent back into the Earth below, returning to their normal state. Terumi let out a soft sigh, looking at her clone with a nod as she continued on with her training.
Unlike the previous technique learned, this one consisted of branches, making it much stronger. It is primarily a defensive technique used to defend against a wide range of offensive techniques. This defensive jutsu expanded to a decent size, being able to protect more than just one person, proving to be more effective than the previous technique learned. While this technique did have many faults, especially when encountering the weaknesses of said technique, overall it was a pretty decent move, and something Terumi would find herself using very often. Placing her hands together, she began to form the appropriate hand seals needed for the technique. When the final seal was formed, chakra began to form at her core, being sent through her legs and into the earth itself. The chakra formed together beneath the earth, the chakra being made of Mokuton, the branches began to form by the multitude, before making their way through the Earth's surface. The branches came together in one large wall that appeared to be made of wooden nets, easily overpowering the previous wall she made earlier. This one was much larger in size, and could possibly take much more damage, while covering a wide range, and protecting a large number of people. Receding her chakra, the large wood-net wall returned below the Earth, the surface turning back into its original state.
The next technique would be used to immobilize a target or restrain someone, perfect for stopping an enemy's movements. It required a decent amount of chakra, and transformation through one of the creator's arms in order for it to work. Afterwards, branches would extend from the user's arm, and charge forward, with the intention of retraining or capturing their target by whatever means necessary. It didn't require Terumi to go into extreme close ranged territory but it could also be used to grab onto things and other things of that nature. While this technique is primarily used to kill off a foe,Terumii would find other uses for it, refusing to kill any living thing no matter what they have done. Surely, it could be of some use someway in regards to helping someone or something, maybe even herself. But, as long as she didn't have to use this technique for its intended use, she would have no problem learning it. Performing the hand seals needed for the technique, she began to surge Mokuton chakra through her arm, her soft delicate skin turning into the rough wooden exterior of a tree. Her fingers extended into branches, and continued form there, until wrapping around the wooden dummy. Before it would be snapped in half, she quickly receded her chakra, as her arm returned back into her normal complexion.
The smell of water in the air followed by the trees and various flowers…it was like heaven. Perhaps that was why she was a Senju, because he loved nature as much as he did. Deciding to begin training already she walked into the middle of the clearing, tilting her head back to look into the air before removing a few soft white strands from her hair. With that done she began channeling chakra throughout her arms, though this wasn’t normal chakra; instead being that of the Mokuton chakra she had the ability to use due to her Kekkei Genkai. Focusing on slowly turning the molecules in her arms into wood, Terumi closed her eyes, wincing slightly as a wave of pain flooded throughout her arms when they finally began shifting. When they finished turning into the trees that she willed them to be he channeled more chakra into them, watching as they shot forward like stakes, piercing into a small training dummy sitting on the opposite side of the clearing. Terumi then retracted the sharp stakes back into her arm, which removed themselves from the dummy, and began being absorbed. The rough exterior of wood slowly began to turn to back into her soft delicate skin, until finally, her fingers returned, and the entirety of her arms had returned to normal. With that, she would move onto the next technique, to further increase the progress of her training.
Nodding to herself in satisfaction that she managed to get the Mokuton: Daijurin no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Great Forest Technique ] down so quickly she allowed her arms to return to normal, reverting into her normal unscathed flesh. She moved on to the next technique she could remember, knowing it would be quite useful on a long mission that would require a place to stay should she be lacking a sleeping bag or tent. It was called the Mokuton: Shichūka no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Four-Pillar House Technique ] a rather useful technique that involved transforming the roots under the earth into raw materials. With that done she would accelerate the growth of said materials, using her imagination to shape them into what she wanted the home to look like. Deciding she had the basics down well enough she blurred through a small set of handseals, slamming her hand into the earth before channeling her chakra through the dirt and towards the roots below. With that done she would slowly begin to pump a steady line of chakra into them, forcing them to shoot up from the ground like a large tree emerging from the earth below. Whilst doing that she would begin to imagine the basic shape of a house, watching with a smile as the roots began to take that shape. Moments later a fully done house was done, sitting in the middle of the clearing behind in the academy proudly. Nodding once more at her success he allowed the wood to return to the earth once more, signaling the techniques end.
The next Mokuton technique Terumi wanted to learn was called the Mokuton: Jubaku Eiso [ Wood Release: Tree Bind Flourishing Burial ] a powerful binding technique which involved growing a small tree that would slowly wrap around the enemy; binding them in place. Unlike most wood-based techniques; the Jubaku Eiso requires some preparation before being used, since it was less of a combat technique and more of a restraining technique. The preparation involved crushing a small pile of earth below you, before adding a small bit of water to the crushed up earth. With that done the user would channel Mokuton chakra throughout the small puddle; using it as a catalyst to grow a decently sized tree that would begin to wrap around the opponent to bind then. The user can then command the trees to slowly begin crushing the enemy; resulting in their body imploding. It was a dangerous technique if given enough time to prepare it before engaging the enemy in combat. With that in mind Terumi kneeled down, slammed her fist gently into the ground; just enough to grind up some earth without dealing too much damage. With that done he poured some water into it; resulting in a small puddle of muddy earth at her feet. With that done she blurred through a small set of handseals; channeling her chakra throughout her palm before placing it against the puddle. With that done she pushed the Mokuton chakra from her palm, a small tree slowly beginning to grow up from the earth. After a few moments the small tree turned into a large tree, roughly twice the size of an average sized human male. Nodding at the size and thickness of the tree Terumi allowed it to return to the earth below, disappearing beneath the dirt.
Deciding to move on to the few lower ranking chakra suppressing techniques; the first one being the Wood Release: Foo Dog Heads, a relatively easy technique to perform in theory, however the issue with it being that it required being immobile to do anything of actual use. Placing the kanji for "sit" (座, suwaru) upon their hand the user then creates a series of wooden pillars, each having an engraving of what resembled food dog faces. Alongside this were lit wicks atop of them, with that done the user would slam their palm into the ground; resulting in the wooden pillars shooting forward towards the target before beginning to absorb their chakra. The original use for such a technique was to suppress Bijuu chakra when the Jinchuuriki begins to lose control of themselves. However as time passed Senju began to use the technique to absorb chakra from their targets to use as if it was their own. It was a good plan; taking their chakra away from them slowly, only to turn around and use it for yourself; against them during combat. Smiling to herself Terumi sat down in a basic Indian style, it was the most comfortable and easiest way to sit aside from Seiza. After getting settled into said position Terumi brought her hand up, palm facing the fence across from her; the suwaru Kanji slowly forming on her palm as she channeled chakra into it. With that done she channeled Mokuton chakra throughout her legs and into the earth; forcing five wooden pillars engraved with foo dog heads to form from the earth, each adorned with a lit wick atop it. With that done he slammed his palm into the ground; sending the pillars rushing forward as if an enemy was there for them to take the chakra. After doing this for a few more moments Mayumi stopped channeling her chakra into the pillars, watching as they slowly returned to the earth; the Kanji on her palm disappearing along with them.
Satisfied with how the technique turned out Mayumi thought on what she was taught about the next restraining technique. It was a basic technique, merely called “Stocks” by her grandmother. By forming two pillars with a stockade atop it the user locks their target within before using their Mokuton chakra to restrain the chakra flow throughout their body. It was used to restrain a single target without causing too much damage to them; allowing for an easy interrogation or just a questioning. Nodding to herself Terumi blurred through a small set of handseals before slamming her hand; palm down into the ground. With that done she slowly formed a single set of stockades; two candle-like appendages on each end of the device, similar to the Foo Dog Heads technique he just learned. Channeling her chakra throughout the stockades she watched intently as they began to glow slightly, indicating that her chakra was even throughout the wood of the stockades. Placing her hand against it she smiled; feeling a warm, fuzzy feeling throughout her stomach; almost as if nature itself was attempting to calm her mind and body. Closing her eyes she embraced the feeling happily; remaining that way for a few moments before stepping back from the stockades, watching as they slowly returned to the earth.

Mokuton: Sashiki no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Cutting Technique ] Rank E A versatile technique where the user can produce sharp wooden spikes from their body to either fashion short-range weapons akin to a makeshift sword, or else use them as long-range projectiles, where the branches' growth can be triggered remotely, skewering the enemy as a result.
Wood Release: Wood Spikes Ring Rank E The user creates a semi-circle of wood around a captured target, and then forms spikes within the ring, pointing at the target, preventing them from making any sudden movements.
Moku Bunshin no Jutsu [ Wood Clone Technique ] Rank D A clone that is created by using chakra to alter the user's own cells into vegetation. The clones can be as simple in function as a wooden dummy for use in the Body Replacement Technique or completely mobile and able to perform techniques.[4] They have the ability to travel far from the user and are able to communicate with the original. Moreover, since the wood clone has the ability to merge with plants and trees, it is also great for reconnaissance missions.[5] By directly touching the wood clone with his hand, the user can absorb the information it gathered and change the shape of the clone.[6] Unlike the Shadow Clone Technique, the wood clone doesn't disappear when hit and even appears to take the damage. This, according to Madara Uchiha, makes it the perfect clone technique that only he, with his dōjutsu, was able to see through. If a wood clone is changed into a seed and ingested into the body or left on a target, it can be used as a transmission device of sorts. The user can use these to track their target as the seeds respond to their chakra only. ( Each additional clone beyond the first costs [15] chakra to make. Each clone is able to be given their own chakra pool through donation during creation. )
Wood Release: Threefolded Wood Shield Rank D The user forms a shield of wood, which consists of three round parts out of their hand. The shield is very durable and can be removed and reconditioned any time the user wants to. ( Sustains up to a D-ranked amount of damage before breaking. )
Wood Release: Underground Roots Technique Rank D Using the Wood Release, a user can manipulate the terrain, bringing out underground roots of varying sizes to fit various offensive situations, such as using the roots for trickery, misdirection and restriction. One can also use a large scale version, bringing out massive roots over a larger area that tangle around each other with such force that any one caught in-between is violently crushed to death. ( The Tajū version is treated as A-ranked )
Ki Eda no Jutsu [ Tree Limb Technique ] Rank C The user summons forth five thick tree roots from the ground. These roots can then be used to shelter, shield, or impale, depending on the user's whim. Unfortunately, they don't stretch too far.
Jukai Heki [ World of Trees Wall ] Rank C The user creates countless wooden branches that grow at high speed from the ground. The wood interlaces to form a wide, net-like wall with an impressive defensive power.
Mokuton: Mokusatsu Shibari no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Smothering Binding Technique ] Rank C By transforming their arm into a tree, the user can then create multiple branches which will rapidly grow around the target, immobilizing them.
Mokuton: Henge [ Wood Release: Transformation ] Rank C This jutsu is just like any other Transformation Technique. The user performs the necessary hand seals, then wood emerges and covers his entire body and a puff of smoke or chakra covers up the transformation. Once the jutsu is done, the transformation is complete. It acts more like a costume than a transformation, as the user is able to leave it behind if necessary. He also demonstrates the ability to adjust his voice while using this technique.
Mokuton: Daijurin no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Great Forest Technique ] Rank B A technique that changes one's own arm into big trees. Using chakra, the tissues are transformed into trees at the cellular level. Then, by activating the trees, stimulating them to grow rapidly, they lengthen at high speed and fork into many branches. It is possible to capture the enemy with these branches and at the same time, if one changes the ends into sharp stakes, turn them into countless, sharp, spear-like piercing weapons. This technique has also been used to break through stone walls. When a small hole is found the tree will squeeze in the hole and grow into a square shape and increase the size of the hole so a human can pass through.
Mokuton: Shichūka no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Four-Pillar House Technique ] Rank B By sending chakra into the ground, the roots of the plants are converted into raw materials. This technique allows for a building to be constructed, by forcing accelerated growth. Just like with the Four-Pillar Prison Technique, the size and shape of the building are taken from the user's imagination or memories. By placing tags around the house, the user creates a barrier, making it impossible for the enemy to detect it and allowing the user to "camp" in peace.
Mokuton: Jubaku Eiso [ Wood Release: Tree Bind Flourishing Burial ] Rank B This technique lets the user summon a tree to slowly wrap and bind their opponent. This technique is relatively powerful and holds opponents much more gracefully, with less of a strain on the user, because the user sinks them into the ground. Afterwards, the user can enclose the opponent so that their body implodes. This technique requires some preparation as Yamato first had to crush the earth and then add water before this technique could be used. ( 1 post of preparation time needed )
Wood Release: Foo Dog Heads Rank B A technique used to absorb a tailed beast's chakra. The user produces the "sit" (座, suwaru) kanji on their palm and creates a series of wooden pillars, which are engraved with what resemble foo dog faces and have lit wicks on top of them. When the user slams their palm on the ground, the wooden statues rush towards the target and absorbs its chakra. ( Deactivates demonic chakra & tailed beast chakra not being emitted from the original owner, and absorbs it as normal chakra for the user to use )
Wood Release: Stocks Rank B Yamato uses wooden stocks to suppress the targets chakra with his Wood Release. There are also two candle-like appendages on each end of the device similar to the technique Yamato used during Naruto's training. (Foo Dog Heads) In the anime, the stocks were illustrated with metal rings. ( Prevents B-ranked and under chakra usage while in the stocks )
After a few minutes of rest, Terumi stood with her arms across her chest. Her crimson eyes gazed upon the floor, deep in thought. Konoha was in some kind of danger, and she would need to relocate herself to a safer area. Maybe there, she could continue her training. Walking out of the academy, Terumi headed for the monument, where hopefully, she would find other shinobi... alive. This would signify that the area was at least safe for the remaining shinobi to regroup. [Exit.]

The smell of water in the air followed by the trees and various flowers…it was like heaven. Perhaps that was why he was a Senju, because he loved nature as much as he did. Deciding to begin training already he walked into the middle of the clearing, tilting his head back to look into the air before removing a few soft white strands from his hair. With that done he began channeling chakra throughout his arms, though this wasn’t normal chakra; instead being that of the Mokuton chakra he had the ability to use due to his Kekkei Genkai. Focusing on slowly turning the molecules in his arms into wood, Akashi closed his eyes, wincing slightly as a wave of pain flooded throughout his arms when they finally began shifting. Leaping back the young Senju male would blur through seals with one hand before coming to a stop on the final seal and then expanded his chakra into the ground below. In just a second a semi-sphere of wood formed behind the wooden dummy and spikes began to protrude from the formation and point at the dummy. Akashi would form the Tiger Seal with his right hand and held out his left to his side. Out from his hand shot out several pieces of wood that would slowly form into a clone of Akashi. The clone would vanish into the ground and would end up staying here for as long as Akashi wanted so he could keep track of his new village-mates and watch how they progressed. Using the same hand he would surge chakra through his body and out that hand as three round parts would proud out to form a shield. This shield was rather durable and could take a decent amount of damage before needing to be remake. Canceling the technique the shield would fall down and would patter against the floor. Forming the seals nessicary, the young Senju male would surge his chakra into the ground and have it direct towards the entrance to the academy. In just moments there would be several small roots that shot across the doorway and then some that even went vertical of the door to create a net that couldn't be passed through. The tree limb technique, like most of the Mokuton's clan jutsu, had versatile uses. The technique created three to five large roots which erected from the Earth, to shield, attack, or shelter the user. Along with those, any combination was certainly acceptable, as not all roots needed to do the same thing. Akashi was sure to take note of the Mokuton jutsu's weakness which was fire techniques, and soon he'd have to learn a few water jutsu to counter that weakness. Akashi placed his hands together once more, his hands forming the various seals needed to perform the technique. With the final seal formed, chakra gathered at his core, before being sent down his legs and into the Earth. His chakra expanded below the earth, control the roots beneath and enlarging them in size as they erected from the ground. Sending them straight up, he bound them together like a braid to create an even stronger defense. The large root shield stood in front of him now, fully obstructing his body from view, if anyone were on the opposite side of it. Removing his chakra, the roots were sent back into the Earth below, returning to their normal state. Akashi let out a soft sigh, looking at his clone with a nod as he continued on with his training. Unlike the previous technique learned, this one consisted of branches, making it much stronger. It is primarily a defensive technique used to defend against a wide range of offensive techniques. This defensive jutsu expanded to a decent size, being able to protect more than just one person, proving to be more effective than the previous technique learned. While this technique did have many faults, especially when encountering the weaknesses of said technique, overall it was a pretty decent move, and something Akashi would find himself using very often. Placing his hands together, he began to form the appropriate hand seals needed for the technique. When the final seal was formed, chakra began to form at his core, being sent through his legs and into the earth itself. The chakra formed together beneath the earth, the chakra being made of Mokuton, the branches began to form by the multitude, before making their way through the Earth's surface. The branches came together in one large wall that appeared to be made of wooden nets, easily overpowering the previous wall he made earlier. This one was much larger in size, and could possibly take much more damage, while covering a wide range, and protecting a large number of people. The next technique would be used to immobilize a target or restrain someone, perfect for stopping an enemy's movements. It required a decent amount of chakra, and transformation through one of the creator's arms in order for it to work. Afterwards, branches would extend from the user's arm, and charge forward, with the intention of retraining or capturing their target by whatever means necessary. It didn't require Akashi to go into extreme close ranged territory but it could also be used to grab onto things and other things of that nature. While this technique is primarily used to kill off a foe, Akashi would find other uses for it for sure. Surely, it could be of some use someway in regards to helping someone or something, maybe even himself. But, as long as he didn't have to use this technique for its intended use, he would have no problem learning it. Performing the hand seals needed for the technique, he began to surge Mokuton chakra through his arm, his soft unscathed skin turning into the rough wooden exterior of a tree. His fingers extended into branches, and continued from there, until wrapping around the wooden dummy. Before it would be snapped in half, he quickly receded his chakra, as his arm returned back into his normal complexion. Akashi would turn towards one of the instructors in the building and observe them for a few moments. After getting a feel of what they looked and sounded like, he would form a seal and wood would erupt from the ground and encase the male before thinning out and taking shape, the result being a perfect copy of that instructor. With a cough to relax his throat, the Senju would speak and his voice would now match them as well. Feeling that he had learned the technique, the wood opened from the front allowing Akashi to step out. He could save it for later but there was no use. This technique would require some space and thus Akashi would walk outside of the academy before he began the necessary seals. Holding his arm out he would focus his chakra and begin to change it into a tree on a molecular level. With a surge of chakra several trees would protrude from his arm in a very rapid manner. This could be used to capture a target, but on the flipside, if he chose to form sharp branches rather than bushy trees, he could easily kill someone via puncturing their body in several places. Thinking of needing a place to rest a bit later, Akashi formed a few seals and then sent his chakra into the ground to change the roots of nearby growth into raw materials. From there, he used his imagination to think of a small shack that could withstand the elements as a simple resting spot or getaway. Technique complete. Using some of the crushed roots and earth from before, Akashi would pour out some water on the ground and let it soak in. Seeing a small daisy out of the corner of his eye, he instructed the materials to travel over to it and slowly wrap up the stem and restrict it's movements. He could encase it completely now if he wanted to and completely crush the flower, but that would be brutal. So instead, he had the wood retreat back into the ground. Barrowing a paintbrush from inside, the male would write the Kanji for 'sit' on his left palm before performing the seals with his right hand. After completing the seals, Akashi created a series of pillars which were engraved with what looked like Foo Dog faces and have lit wicks atop of them. Akashi would perform the correct seals and would send the chakra into the ground only for wooden stocks to arise with two candle-like appendages on each end of the device. These stocks were illustrated with metal rings. This jutsu would prevent B-rank and under chakra usage to anyone in them. Ryouichi's clone takes off at a full out sprint towards the village streets without saying anything.
Taking a few moments to gather his thoughts of everything that was currently going on, Ryoku made a quick whistle to his hawk and made a dash for the hospital. With whatever was going on, there would most likely be some Jounin available to give instruction.
Quickening his pace he went into a full on sprint out of the area.
Chloe heard the whistle, for which she knew that it meant something serious. Laying her eyes on Ryoku from above she soared over him keeping a close eye on her master.
Sacreia trying to collect her thoughts with everything that was happening around her. Noticing Ryoku hurrying towards the hospital, she figured it was the best plan and hurried after him to see what was going on.
Logi wandered around the Academy in a slight daze. Too much had happened for him in such a short time. He felt like a piece of crap, as he just lost one of his only remaining relatives. He wasn't even able to shake those feelings and help with the Kyuubi. He just stayed in hiding. Logi had a lot of pride for an Uchiha, but that pride could not beat out his grief. With tears streaming down his face, he walked out of the Academy. He needed to speak with the new Kage.
Over the village, the spores descended, looking for a specific chakra source. Friendly to all but the harshest of exotic chakra, most folks would be just fine as they were. Descending, they would clean up the area of its infection. Finished, they would form bodies and then leap back away out of the village, leaving the area free of the Kyuubi's chakra infection.
