Well I can see where Ian can be guilty but he doesn't quite seem the sort in my opinion. I'd say he's innocent.

I think it's unfair Ian get's a crappy lawyer, and the other one is really goood. D" That's showing that Ian's innocent but they're trying their hardest to convince us otherwise. After all, he had found something out about Gino, that I think Gino had to stop him some how.

Well, they have a solid case against Ian on opportunity; he was there, and he was in a restricted area. Caught on film. So, that part is pretty solid. The motive, they've got a decent motive; revenge. For the buisness and for Sasha. But, there's little hard evidence that he actually did it.
Also, think of how many people were at the mansion; the entire population of Gaia, more or less. Thousands, perhaps millions of people. And I'm fairly sure most of them went into restricted areas; I believe that I myself might have done so. Also, the trial, and past events, seem to cast doubts upon Bucho's competence.
So, I believe that there is more than sufficent doubt, and a definite lack of evidence. Ian is innocent.

Also, has anyone considered the fact that Rufus was nowhere near him? We all know that Rufus is EVERYWHERE Ian is. ninja

Kari Otogi No pets in the courthouse? Poor Ian, poor Rufus... Uh, two things. Rufus was a witness in the courthouse, and Rufus was managing the store at that time, was he not?

- - <3 Innocent. Ian is not capable of such a thing. Bucho seems very suspicious though...

'ho my..
It's somewhat surprising if it's in Rufus' case. I mean, if you look at it in a way, why would anyone suspect a cat doing such things? He's looked innocent by far longer than ANYONE else in the whole entire drama. 3nodding
