I love my tea and tisane. Green tea, Oolong tea, Black tea, Chrysanthemum, Rose, Chamomile, oh my goodness it's my dream to have a tea buffet! One of those huge long tables and me having cup after cup of delicious tea taste testing them, straight first-thank you. I was on a low and drinking some black and wondered about the history of tea and decided to look it up! I found some nice history and serving tips, health benefits all from Doctor Tea. No not Mister Tee. But take a look. Tea is good for you, in more ways than just your health. heart And I like to say GānBēiPS. After wards share with us some of your favorite tea recipes or teas or the way you like to drink them Doctor Tea

I've liked almost any type of tea I can get my hands on, usually. The exceptions are "fruit" flavored ones (Other than earl grey), Lipton crap, and that nasty tasting "liver tonic" herbal tea I bought a while back. It had milk lecithin in it anyway, but meh. I drank it once and once was enough to just ignore the rest of the box completely.
Chai concentrate with some almond milk is good, imo. It's just the nasty effects of sugar overdose I get afterwards. Feels great for the time you're drinking it, makes me feel like crap afterwards. xD
My kinda tea is made best without sugar, and maybe sometimes a lil milk if it's black/red tea.

I don't like the fruity ones, they're terrible for me. They induce headaches and make me feel ichy. The exception is citrus flavor.
Oh ginger is delightful!

I get headaches every time I try Yerba Mate. I thought it would be a good alternative to teas with caffeine in them, but that kind of backfired on me. I like Chai too, and Lapsang (smoky tea), but I can't drink too much of it or my stomach gets upset.

You can dilute your favorite team, to make it less stronger and remove most of the caffeine. I've been doing this way before I even found the website. Take your tea, add hot water and let it seep. Then throw that first batch out. Your second batch with the same bag/leaves should be less strong and have less caffeine. Don't drink things that give you headache. Don't hurt yourself for a possible benefit.

My favorite tea for taste is Earl Grey but all I drink now is jiaogulan because I've gotten used to it and the health benefits are supposedly second to none. In the mornings though, I must confess I drink coffee.

Mint tea with lemon and honey is delicious. Its a good combination for when you have a cold, clears up the sinuses.
Another good tea is earl grey by itself.
Chamomile with lemon and honey is delicious.
Green tea with warm milk and some sugar is delicious.
Black tea with cream and sugar is good.
Fruit tea's are good by themselves, unless you need sugar.
Lemon tea with honey is great.
That's all I can think of for now n.n

Green tea on it's own is amazing, I make sure to drink two cups of that a day! n_n Green tea with fruit needs honey for some reason. >_<
Chai needs milk and honey. Same with any black teas.
Fruit teas are good on their own. >3
Peppermint is great when you have a headache.. it seems to soothe my brain. lol
Chamomile is good when you are sick although when I am sick I drink so much of it that I can't stand drinking it until I get sick again! XD
Oh and I have a really nice ginger lemon one.. the taste is really weird.. but it helps with a tummy ache sooo much, my house will never be without it! heart

I don't deal with coffee well, but love most teas & make my own Chai with fair trade black tea & spices. I drink it every day with milk - hot in the winter, iced in the summer. But when I have a cold I make ginger tonic with lots of chopped fresh ginger simmered for 15-20 min, then add fresh lemon and honey.
In Japan we had so many tea flavored things - green tea Kit Kat bars and green tea ice cream - they have it everywhere, soft serve even, yum.

I love tea as much as I love my coffee. I tend to drink tea just on its own but sometimes if I want a treat i'll add honey to it.
