Sick people piss me off. Not the ones in hospitals who belong there because they are sick and trying to better themselves, but the coughing inconsiderate assholes that show up to places spraying their infection all over. Selfish bitches need to turn into zombies so they can get killed. >B( It would quench my thirst for revenge against who ever gets me sick and my need to destroy zombies.
Discuss: - How you hate sick people who go everywhere getting you sick. You can't escape them at all. - Something that totally pisses you off and makes you rage at life.

I work at a pharmacy right now and people always walk right up to me and ask "Where's your cough and cold section?" *cough**cough**spray right in my face* and naturally they'll be standing right next to it.

@ cookie: GAH. I would hate that job so much omfg. I hate it when people are so lazy they ask people for s**t instead of, oh I don't know, being productive and friggen looking for it themselves. If they took 2 minutes they would probably find it. LOL Whenever I go to a store I often take a good 20 mins walking down every isle making a map in my head so the next time I come to that store I know where everything is.
D: This one time I went to a Best Buy and I felt like a rich person with tons of butlers, I counted like 10 people coming up to me asking if I needed help with anything. I felt so pampered. = u = A little bothered but still pampered haha.
Anywho... D; Gawd if I worked there I would totally have to wear a mask...... I hate germs....

I work in a library so not only do I get to deal with those kind of people face to face, but I get their secondhand germs from the materials they turn in, touch, mess with, etc. My immune system sucks already, so I've started having to wear gloves and a mask to try and cut down on the stuff.
It doesn't help (mainly because my boss won't let me wear the gloves and mask out on the floor because he thinks it will scare the patrons, which I understand but don't agree with). So not only do I have to deal with the chronic illnesses/diseases/disorders I already have... I get other people's junk, too.
I really wish that my coworkers and I could enforce some kind of rule to kick those people out of the library.
Sorry for rambling on, but this is a subject that pisses me off/gets me talking.

@ jude: The mask might scare people out on the floor but you should be able to wear gloves. If anyone asks just say you have like eczema and your hands are breaking out or you're having a bad skin reaction to some lotion or something. sad I wonder if the libraries will let you use Lysol?? It might be good cuz it fights mold too... sad hm...

Sometimes people can't help but go out in public when they're sick. Like if they have a job, and the can't afford to take a day off because they're struggling with money, would you really want them to stay home and lose money because they have a little cough? Or kids at school, who have all AP classes, and will miss so much if they stay home for even one day, or maybe their parents won't even let them stay home. I myself, am sick nearly every day, and I stay home maybe five times a school year if I'm lucky. I'm in all AP classes, and my parents won't let me stay home unless I'm really sick. So sometimes people can't help it when they have to go in public when they're sick. You also have to think about the people who are sick sometimes.

As I'm not a custodian, I don't know whether the Library System has approved the use of Lysol in the branches... but I know that I personally don't use Lysol. (Can't; triggers asthma attacks.) Plus, one can't use it on books, dvds, etc., because of the damage it causes to the material. We've got specific cleaners for our materials, which is where most of the germs get caught. Also, I disagree with telling patrons I have eczema for many ethical and privacy-related reasons. (Mainly, lying to patrons is a bad idea [especially with medical issues because a lot of patrons try to be "helpful" and play "doctor"] and they don't need to know anything about my medical history, fake or otherwise. [I already get s**t from my coworkers for the stuff I legally have to tell them about; really don't want it from patrons, too.]) (If I come across as harsh, I apologise. I've just been dealing with this battle ever since I was hired and when I was hired, I was told they would accomodate my medical issues. So far, no, they haven't. Sadly, it's not enough to go to the county [my overall employer] about yet. I don't want to get hospitalised again for it to finally be enough.)

@ Jude: All I know about Lysol is that it takes care of germs and mold. I can't use it either cuz it also gives me an asthma attack.
>B( I hate it when people try to play Doctor. I say just wear the gloves anyways... lol Or you can just use hand sanitizer gel like crazy. That's what I do... Except when my hands flare up. sad Then I have to wear gloves.
And no its okay, I can tell you're frustrated. I would rant so hard if I were in that position. Especially when you're not felling good and people just piss you the hell off. *nods* Like, for me, I should be in the hospital, but, I can't go because I have no insurance. They'll either send me a bill I can't pay, or tell me to sign up for welfare or something, which I can't because I live with people who make a little over the limit. Or some looping bullshit. Bottom line is, sometimes, my body makes me sicker than hell, and no one seems to care. I can't even get an appointment with the clinic. :'( Oh well. But I understand what its like girl. So if you need to rant, go ahead. C: This is the: omg this makes me so mad, thread. XDD
At the moment in time, I'm pissed off that facebook isn't working. D:<
Q _ Q My post was so long omg noooooooo.

I do think about the other side of things, which is why people being sick when they go out doesn't bother me as much as it used to. I just hate that I get their sickness on top of the fact that I'm sick every day already. @Hisaki: I know right? Facebook was more broken than usual today and I actually found myself annoyed by it. XD Also, I feel you on the no insurance. Mine is so bad that I might as well not have any because it doesn't cover what I have to have done. I'm still paying off a couple of surgeries and may need some brain surgery in the future... fmlrn.

be kind to us sickies, for some of us, our sucky immune systems are no fault of our own.
I'm still shaking off a cold. I can't ingest the most common form of vitamin c- citrus fruits. be glad that you don't get sick from looking at something dirty. (aerosols set off my asthma as well, scented ones set off my allergies)

@ Bananers: I'm talking about the people who CAN afford to miss days at school or work, but don't want to stay home. Like. I can get it if you HAVE to, if you gotta you gotta go out. I live with people who don't have immune systems, and mine is suppressed because of my illness, but should I stay cooped up inside because if I or someone caught a cold in my house they'd probably end up in the hospital? How is that fair to me? I have a life to live, I'm trying to better myself, I take as many classes online as I can but sometimes you gotta go into class (which I HATE doing). All I want is for when people have fluid coming out of everything, spraying everywhere like shamu at a freaking water show, I would like them to stay the ******** away from me and stop spreading the germs all over the place. If you can't breath without spraying something on someone, put on a mask ffs. lulz rant rant rant
@ Bry: I understand what its like to not be able to ingest citrus of any kind, thanks to my long list of stupid food allergies. :'( I miss orange juice. Certain scents close up my airway... lol I suck. :'( But I feel ya, if I ever catch anything, it stays around for WEEKS, not like 2 or 3 days like a normal person. It friggen sucks.

(Especially the getting sick from looking at something dirty and my sucky immune system not being my fault. I was born this way and medical science just ******** things up even more! 8D On top of other things that you all probably don't wanna hear about, lol. [My neurology team needs to stop ignoring me.]) Also, it sounds like a lot of us are in the same or similar boats, so... besides drawing this later, I give you all nice big bubbles in which to sit! 4laugh

I used to be in this confinement thing that was like a bubble, but then the doctors figured out that I was getting sicker because I kept reinfecting myself since all the germs were trapped in the bubble-thing with me.
I lol'd when they told me that they dun goof'd.
