I stummbled across this artist as immediately swept away with her works.
Check this out She's really amazing. I love her use of line and works equally well in design and illustration.
I can see an influence of illuminated script, old woodblock carvings and etchings, and a lot of fantasy. Her line work is so fluid its almost psychedelic but with Escher-esque technique and attention to detail
I especially love the works in Call Up Old Memories and I really want the book she made, World of Dolls, even if there never is an English translation. (The site is in English)
