Tossed Salad with Sweet and Sour Dressing

1 medium sized head lettuce washed and torn into bite-sized pieces

Sweet and Sour Dressing:
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon dill weed
dash salt
dash pepper

1. Combine dressing ingredients in a cruet or jar, cover tightly, and shake well. Pour over lettuce just before serving.
