Shiran...was bored. And this wasn't really a good thing. He'd trained as much as he could for that day (didn't wanna overdo it, after all), he'd gone to see if he was needed at the borders and was turned down, and none of his sisters really wanted to deal with him. And his brothers...well, Bara was nowhere to be found and Sakura, frankly, CREEPED HIM OUT.

The white and purple leopard sighed and flopped onto a fallen log. Ugh. TODAY SUCKED. He wanted something to do. Someone to talk to.  

[Velveteen Angel]

Aulii had a flower tucked behind her ear, a blue one she had picked earlier that day when she was meant to be out hunting. She had tucked herself away in the field of flowers that she'd found as a cub instead of trying to find food. She wasn't a great hunter, but she had to practice a lot, especially if she wanted to be independent of the pride! She didn't want to be a burden on anyone, so it was only right to learn how to hunt.

She hummed a little, out of tune and off key to any song that someone would know, as she moved back through the forest. She had failed, yet again, at killing a creature.

She sighed. Maybe she should just become a vegetarian? No, she'd get sick if she did. She huffed. She hated not being able to stomach killing food. It made hunting very, very difficult.
