Do you think Kira would make it as the next God of War? |

I'm pretty damn sure Kira would get torn into 3 pieces and then made into Kratos's soup. |

Okie dokie! After much deliberation, I decided to actually post some of my old art! =D When I say old, I really mean OLD! Some of this stuff is from when I was in elementary school. But, alas... I don't have very much recent art scanned in, but fear not! I will soon. =] And there will be much to admire.
ANYWAY! Here we go!

Alright, so... It's pretty obvious who this is suppose to be. =D (Or at least I hope so...) Anyway! I drew this picture when I was in the 6th grade, so that's six years ago. Cut me some slack, alright! XD I use to be very proud of this, but as time went on, I got better and began to hate this drawing. This isn't the original, actually. This is the line art version I made in Adobe Illustrator for the sake of your optical health. =] I also have a colored version, but I never changed the file type from a .psd, so I can't upload it. =( Anyway, whatcha think? Teh suck?

Wow! This is really good, Kira! You're really good! I don't understand at all why you'd say it's not good.

Aww! Stop it, Bandi! You're makin' me blush! XD Pahaha! Well, I think the reason I don't think it's good is because I've got five portfolios full of artwork that I've kept, and this is one of the oldest drawings I have. So, for myself, it's not so good anymore. I really wish I could show some of my newest artwork. There are some drawings I'm really proud of. But, until I get ahold of a scanner for myself, I can only post my older things. Speaking of which, I think since I'm still up at such an early hour, I'll scurry along and post some more.
Ghost! I can tell which are the old drawings and which are the new ones just by looking at them. It really looks like they progressively get better. =] I'm always happy to find a fellow artist amongst the vast population surrounding Gaia! Are those your only drawings that you have on your computer thus far, though? I'd love to see more if I could get the chance to!

I don't know which of these facts I'm more embarrassed about. 1. The fact that this is very old and not well colored. 2. The fact that it's not scanned, but it's a photo taken from a horrible digital camera. OR 3. This is a fan art drawing of a character from one of my (now, anyway) least favorite shows ever! =D Anyway, this is another really old drawing. I actually think this was drawn in 7th grade, or the summer before I entered 7th. Anyway, this was one of my first coloring attempts, and at the time I was one again, very proud! But, as time goes by, I've come to loath it. The same reason goes for this one as it did for my drawing of Chi. I've seen it FAR too many times.
EDIT!
Also note, this was probably my first drawing of a guy I'd ever finished. So... I'm not making excuses, but... XD You know.

Evan, I've gotta say... That makes me giggle a whole lot! XD But, stick figures are art, too! I mean, my sister draws a mean stick figure herself, and actually made a comic series out of it! No, it's not famous and you can't go out and look it up online either, but I'll tell you one thing. Stick figures can be ENTERTAINING! I mean, throw some different expressions on there, put them inside panels, and there ya go! Anyway, thank for for complimenting me, and I wanna let you know. I for one would LOVE to see your stick figures. =] I'm sure they're the most lovely stick figures out there.

This was drawn my freshmen year, if I'm not mistaken. And yes, that's only two years ago, but this looks nothing like my recent stuff. It doesn't even look like it's by the same person! XD Okay, so the main reason I had kept this drawing in the first place was because I enjoyed coloring it. This had been at the time my most successful coloring job. And while now I'm not so impressed with it as a whole, I AM impressed with one of the minor details in it. You see the belt on his hat? Yeah. That's why I still like this picture. Check out that shading, baby! =D Before this, my shading skills were to be questioned. But after this, I slowly started to get the feel of it. (By the way everyone, sorry for my mass posting of artses. I've nothing else to do at the moment.)

This is a mermaid. Obviously. =] I drew this my freshmen year as well for my graphics class. Every week, we have to draw something that is under the category for that particular week, and the week I drew this for was fishes. XD I had three other ideas for it, but they were actual fishes, and I always like to think at least partially out of the box. This drawing, while I really dislike the face on her, really helped me to get use to drawing figures more. I think it's because mermaid's are suppose to be all flowy... Like water! =D But, yeah. I recently redrew this mermaid, and it's 10x better than this. And actually contains a background!? Le gasp! =O
EDIT!
By the way, forgive me for the under shadow of the drawing behind this one. I was using a shitty scanner, and also didn't bother to tear this one out of my sketchbook at the time. You'll see I frequently do that. XD

So, I have a love/hate relationship with this drawing. Originally I was working on it for a painting I was going to do in my art class freshmen year, but I forgot the picture the day I needed my sketch due. And so, instead I took this drawing, finished it really quick, and used it for an English project, and so his face and hand were purposefully forgotten in my rush to get it done. And I kind of regret that, because I liked it until then. =( Anyway, it's got a quote from some poem or epic we were reading in class on it now, too. >3<

Wow! You're very good! I use to own a HUGE thread in the art freebies sub-forum, and I did avi art all the time. But, the people there started talking more and arting less. So, I left. XD Anyway, your art is both very good and very cute! <3 You said you don't like "anime" art. Do you do realistic art?

This is a drawing that I did late 2009 during the beginning of my sophmore year last year. This was also one of my art class's weekly sketches. But, this was drawn BEFORE (as well as the rest of these I've already posted) my graphics teacher started getting picky about our drawings. XD But, I like this picture. =] I just wish I coulda cared enough to color it. Maybe I could trace over it, make a copy, and color that instead? Anyway, this one was fun.
EDIT!
By the way, this was also prior to my ability to draw good hands. XD Hence her strange crab claw like hands.
