The sequel to He loves you Ryu Adachi-Ku.

Assuming that in "He loves you Ryu Adachi-Ku" Ryu does go with some other guy and that Ken realizes what it means to be gay a little bit too late, Ken decides to become a bachelor and ends up with an STD.

Now its up to the one who is meant to be Ken's to prove that he is a better doctor than Ken can ever dream of being.
