This is a bit late, but what are your goals for the new year?
exclaim Learn to dance better (yes I can dance, a bit).
exclaim Turn in all homework.
exclaim Take 4th in sections in Backstroke.
exclaim Go 56.64 in Backstroke.
exclaim Solve Rubik's Cube faster (yes I can solve a Rubik's Cube).

My New Year's resolution is not to make any more resolutions - I know I won't keep them.
If I were to make some, though, they'd be:
arrow Do my homework,
arrow Hand assignments in on time,
arrow Finish writing my god-damned novel trilogy, and
arrow Get more stuff for my avi.

Mine are pretty simple. I wanted to pick resolutions I'd actually stick to.
1. Exercise more. (Considering that I walk at least 20 minutes a day whenever I go out because of the travel distance from the subway station to my apartment and I'm working more, this one will be easy to do. I'm also signing up for my university's kendo club.)
2. Try at least 6 new recipes. (I do NOT like cooking, but one of my good friends has been trying to get me to learn how to cook better. So six new recipes it is.)
3. Play music more often, especially on my guitar. (I have been playing music since I was seven years old, but after my old band broke up years ago, I haven't played my guitar nearly as much. I've always been proud of my music skill and I want it back to what it used to be.)

1) Grow longer fingers... Or steal somebody elses abnormally long fingers... Piano playing sucks when your fingers can't reach out to play both sides of the octave.
...
Realistically, improve instrumental skills. And learn to salza. That would be awesome...
