Talon raised an eyebrow at the other pilot and the Striker. Seriously, those two did make a great pair. Kinda... He wasn't quite sure what to think of the striker. It was like it was missing some processing chips and wires... Then again, it did have a fantastically true point that this 'Death Father' could and most likely could make Talon's life a living hell.
"Right... " Talon couldn't think of anything else at the moment. SO he gave Bent-Tail a final pat on the head while half listening to Atelius prattle about how they should get moving and what not.
Moe chirped and waved a good bye to the human he liked. Cuddles, was still glaring at the Striker and flailing its tentacles like mad, more in an intimidatingly cute fashion. It forgot it had lasers due to the small malfunction it had. Shh.. It's a special one.
He heard the gruff request and Talon snickered. "As long as Lady Luck is on my side, it's a given I'll survive. See you around sometime. " Talon observed the larger Zoid thoughtfully, making a note that perhaps keeping tabs on this one wouldn't be a bad idea in case something goes down.
He'd move away, towards the other side of the lot where his bright green Zoid was waiting. What did Talon come here for again? He totally forgot, but it probably wasn't anything important. Moe bounced around ahead, deciding to chase down a small lizard, then dart after a beetle that decided it would play dead...then it was back to the lizard. The larger Zoid would let out a low rumbling of a pur, lower its head and allow the gaggle to enter... Minus the Seeker.
Tyrant honestly didn't mind the bird...Problem was it didn't match.

Shun stopped Fang as the message from the higher ups came through. Strange how an unidentified Zoid was wandering around the ruins Atelius mentioned. He had some suspicions, but the bird did say that the Jury was out, so it had to be something else. Perhaps it was just an odd coincidence and just some bumbling rogue hoping to strike treasure.
Then again, the last time he received a 'menial' mission, it turned out to be something much more.
With a frown, he glanced over towards the green Rev Raptor, hoping that the other guy wouldn't end up doing anything to slow them down. He knew nothing of Talon's skills, so he figured it would be better to assume th worse for now.
"You heard him, let's get going," he grumbled through the com-link. Turning the Saber Fang around, he began to make his way to join with the other soldier once more so they could head on over to the ruin site.
