With the help of flash step, the captain managed to get through the forest until he reached the center. Now, he was in a little open plain awaiting the arrival of his squad. The thought that they might get lost trying to find him worried him. That was solved sheer moments later as he began channeling his reistu into his index finger. Pointing straight up into the air, he performed a hado. It was the fourth one, byakurai, and shot high into the darkened sky. A bright bluish light glew around for awhile, symbolizing the signal of his position. Since he was of captain level, he didn't have to say a word to use this particular hado. It was reletively easy for many people, besides newcomers. Although, some shinigami were not skilled enough to learn how to use them without words.

Waiting for his companions to arrive, Foust pulled out a hacky sack. It was neon green, just like his eyes, which couldn't be seen due to the dark surrounds and his hair being in his eyes. Dropping the sack to his feet, he began to volley it like a soccer player with a soccer ball.

Jake was walking very slow in this creepy dark scarey forest freaking out. He was scared out of his wits. He heard many creepy nosies throughout this forest. "Ahh what the hell was that" Jake thought he heard a noise. "Alright I have to focus on this fight" He then noticed his Captans Hado shot into the air. "There" Jake then said aloud as he began to run twaords the position of the Hado. He was dodging trees left and right. Jake then stoped as he saw his Captian bowed and said "Hello Captian" Jake then began to breath heavy and said "Man I really wish I had shunpoe or flash step"

Sayuri watched carefully as Jake emerged from the black forest. Although the moon was out the forest remained covered by a blanket of darkness. Giggling quietly, Sayuri imagined Jake running through the dark forest. Dispite Jake-san's timidness he can be quite brave... Sayuri thought as a breeze tugged at her shihakusho.Your too soft sometimes, Sayuri. Just wake me up when things get good! After taking an annoyed sigh Sayuri lept down from her perch and carefully walked inbetween Jake and Captain Foust. As she stood Sayuri but her left hand on her hilt in anticipation for the storm.

"Not yet." Sayuri replied coldly. The shinigami's eyes flashed with a quick anger, but Sayuri quickly shed her feelings from her face. Sayuri stood where she was, reluctant to make a move. If he comes near I'll simply use hado! she growled in her head. Although Awaihiko claimed that he was "asleep" Sayuri could feel his presance in her mind. Awaihiko! I know that your there! Get ready for your "excitement!" Hideing her anger, Sayuri tightened her grip on her zanpakuto. Despite her anger Sayuri decited to watch Jake's reaction.

Jake would usually be very nervous and his heart would start beating at a rapid pace but not tonight. Jake had become less nervous since his battle with Sayuri for his tenth seat. Jake just watched and listened as Sayuri and Foust had some prebattle talk. Jake saw his captain sunpoe all around him and Sayuri then whisper something to Sayuri. Surprisingly Jake didn't move or flinch an inch when his captain flashsteped next to him.

Jake then began to say "Don't take this the wrong way Captain." "But I have changed I'm not the same little scaredy cat from our first mission" "If you really want me to fight with everything I have you will, I hate to say it but you must make me really mad" Jake was wondering what his very suprising captian would have to say to this.

Jake was caught off guard first not expecting Captains leg to take him of balance then came the palm which made him fall to the ground. Jake was laying on the ground laughing in his head. 'Wow I talk to much" "Let's do this" Jake thought as he stood up from the ground. He then began to dust off his clothes.

Jake knew that now he must no longer speak this fight. He grabbed his handle of his sword and pulled it very quickly out of sheath. Jake gripped it very tight ready for battle. Jake began his attack and charged towards Foust. He then made a very simple slash which was really the only attack he knew and was ready for his captains counter measures.

Between Jake's slash and Sayuri's hado, Foust felt his squad actually trying to hurt him. Now he could start fighting for real. With Jake's slash coming in close, his captain simply moved back a step, out of harm's way. Then, the Byakurai was about to shoot at him. Since it was an easy, point and shoot concept, Foust was able to dodge it with the same method as he did with Jake. One quick step to the side as the hado shot, and he was unharmed. Something was noticible after the hado; it could have hit Jake if Foust had doged to the side of him, resulting in the contact of both shinigami. Whether or not Sayuri knew this was unknown.

With Jake's slash over with, his sword had swung around, leaving him wide open. Seeing this opening, Foust darted in with his regular fast speed, and slammed his right foot down between the tenth seat's feet, while trying to jab his right elbow into the gut of the not so skilled soul reaper. When he tried this, his left index finger was pointing in Sayuri's direction.
"Byakurai" Then, the beam of light shot out, aiming for her. Fortunately, he didn't want it to land, just scare her. The beam had passed by her head, a ffew feet away, shining light towards her eyes. She wasn't the target, but her eyes were. If she was blinded, then she wouldn't be capable of using a kido while he attacked the other memeber of his squad.
