Writing is my life but I have a problem, I have horriable writers block and when I do think of something and write it down I re read it say this is dumb and throw it out even if others liked it. So any advise?

When I get writer's block, I go out in the world. I observe things, look at detail, and then usually a good story about something I've seen pops into my head. Like say you see an old guy wearing bright orange baggy pants. Maybe he and a bird somehow got it on and had a daughter, and since the daughter would be half a bird, she wouldn't know what to get him for his birthday, hence the ugly pants. Well, that was stupid, cause I just made it up off the top of my head, but thats the main idea, anyway.
