 Ootori, Kyouya Kyouya was already in the Host Club room, taking care of the accounting and whatever else he usually did before the others arrived.
He was always the first to arrive, as he had already passed the exams for his last period, so he had a free period, though sometimes he would attend, just out of boredom...

 Kuonji, Toshiro
Adjusting his tie, the youngest and newest member, Toshiro Kuonji walked down the hallway as he was unsure why he allowed himself talked into being in this club. Then he remembered again, knowing it was for his mother's well being since she was in the hospital. Since their father had died in the line of duty as a police officer, he had to take care of his mother and sister somehow.
Orihime was working as some waitress, and he was suppose to be the one getting the job. He sighed silently as he opened the door, seeing the vice president of the Host Club. "Greetings, Kyouya-senpai," he said calmly as he went over to the window seat and sat down, looking down at the view. That was something else he shared with Kyouya - they were too smart for exams and always arrived early.

Ootori, Kyouya Kyouya looked up from his calculations, "Ah, Kuonji-kouhai," he greeted the other with a nod, "I'm sure you'd like to know that your mother is doing well, not quite fully recovered, mind you," he told the other, in order to avoid any misunderstandings, "But she is doing better," he said.
But that was a sure fact, after all, Ootori was the greatest, and most advanced in the medical and technological departments...

Kuonji, Toshiro
Toshiro nodded as he looked at him. "That's good that she's doing well. I'll tell my sister that when she comes over," he replied. He leaned back as he looked at the ceiling for a moment. He knew the rules about getting a part time job wasn't allowed, but he had to think of something. He wanted to do his fair share of keeping the house steady.
"Do we have any themes for the club this week?" He asked as he looked over at him. He had heard that the club had different themes to entertain the ladies, but he wasn't sure. He also knew that Kyouya knew about his sister, but usually never tells Tamaki to play with him a bit until the "King" found out. He had Hikaru and Kaoru to play the 'Which one is Hikaru?' game with the ladies and usually played with him since everyone thought Toshiro was so cute and thought he was their little brother.
He was thinking about each host club member as he was in deep thought. The girls thought of him as a cutie whenever he thought of something as he was given the title "Cute yet Cool" Shota Type.

Ootori, Kyouya Kyouya nodded, and looked at the schedule, "Hmn... It seems that today, we're doing an Angel/Devil theme..." he said.
Usually the themes were picked by the group as a whole, but sometimes there were requests, and someone had requested that for today, though he had no idea why they couldn't just do it the week of Halloween.
Oh well, the cast was as follows on his list:
'God': Tamaki
The Devil/Satan: Kyouya
Angels: Haruhi; Kaoru(would be switching sometimes with Hikaru for 'Which one is...' Game);
Devils: Hikaru(Again, switching at times, when they feel like it); Ragna;
So he had had the costumes prepared, the twins were no problem, seeing as they were twins, after all.
Tamaki had a wig on to make his hair longer, but just as golden, while wearing a long 'dress' like robe, and the others would just be wearing their uniforms, they were mostly the same, blue and white, for angels, and red and black for the devils. God and Satan would wear gold/silver with their colors, white, for Tono, and black for Kyouya.
All of theirs had slight changes so that it suit them, but...
Well, as said before, it was an "Angels" and "Devils" theme, after all...

Tamaki walks in late after he just finished his sociology exam that was due today. He was looking at the time stressing that he would be late since he was the president of th Host Club he was going to be upset if everyone had beat him to the punch at the Music Room 3. He entered the room and saw Toshiro and Kyouya inside the room talking about 'themes' for the Host Club. Tamaki twirled around the room and ran into Kyouya wanting to know what Kyouya's thoughts were on the 'themes'.
"Kyouya, what were you thoughts on the 'themes' this time? I was thinking maybe the Renaissance or Cinderella themes. Would that be fantastic to see my 'daughter' be Cinderella!" Tamaki was on another planet with his theme in mind of Cinderella. I mean what do think Toshiro?" He goes towards Toshiro asking him what he thinks about the idea. He knew Toshiro would have some exciting ideas for the Club he does attract the ladies with his "Cute yet Cool" Shota type. "What do you really think?"
When he found out about Kyouya's choice of the theme, Tamaki liked the idea and scurried for a costume. "What should I really look like Kyouya in my 'God' costume?" Tamaki was coming up with weird ideas to dress as a 'God'.

Toshiro shrugged as he looked at him. "Would be interesting, but Kyouya-senpai told me we're doing the Angel/Devil theme today," he replied. "I'm not sure what I would be, Tamaki-senpai," he said as he still formal and everything. Then again, he had a feeling that they would do something to make him lighten up somehow. He looked at the watch for a moment as he knew that Ragna, the twins and Haruhi would come soon.
He got off the window seat as he looked up at him for a moment. "You would be attractive to the ladies with long hair, Tamak-senpai," he said as he looked at Kyouya for a moment.

Ootori, Kyouya Kyouya Sighed when Tamaki started his dramatics again, "No Tamaki, we already did the Cinderella theme last year," he reminded the other, "And today's was already decided at the last meeting," he said, irritation plain on his features, after all, it was obvious he had not been listening again at the Meeting...
Damn Drama King, he muttered to himself, soft enough none of the others heard him, for Tamaki's depression would gloom the atmosphere -amazing what idiots could do in this world...
"And the costumes have already been made, courtesy of Hitachin Fashion, as always," he said, "Yours is the one wrapped in gold tissue paper in the back, Tamaki -go ahead and try it on," he said, pointing to the back storage room with his pen, as he read the list of other things.
There was a shipment of tea sets and other things to arrive before they started today, and the sweets were ready, though, thankfully, the budget was lessened due to Hani and Mori's graduations that year.
It was also a loss in profit, true, but it was less loss than it would have been had Hani's sweet tooth continued to be funded by the Club resources.
"The others should be here soon," he said, not looking at Toushiro, but able to know what he was thinking, after all, he had collective information on all of them -even those in the Hostess Club, and every other student, but of course, that was his job, to know things...
And to get things done...
"You can also change it you want, though I suggest using the changing room, since Tamaki's bound to be changing straight in the other room again," he told Toushiro, finally looking up from his board...

Toshiro nodded as he picked out one with his name on it. He walked to the changing room as he began to change out of his uniform as he opened the box, seeing the outfit. He put on costume, that was a cherub outfit, as he slipped on the wings straps.
He put the shoes on as he came out in his outfit, adjusting the knee high skirt a bit. "Kyouya-senpai, just to inform you, but Orihime will be coming over at 3:30," he said as he walked over to him, standing next to him as his voice went quiet. "She's bringing my lunch since I forgot it at home," he whispered to him for him to hear.

Ootori, Kyouya Kyouya nodded as Toushiro spoke to him quietly, "That's fine," he said, looking at the schedule, "You have no customer and are on break then," he said, "Go ahead."
Kyouya was not actually as cruel as he seemed, as Haruhi had found out a while ago, the year before.
He thought about the others when he did stuff, and made sure things suit them, after all, if it didn't, what kind of profit would they make..?
