THE END IS HERE

The end of Supernatural season 5 is upon us which means it’s time to step up, find our asses and get out there and tell the world!

It’s time for Operation Supernatural Hype!

Knowing the CW they aren’t going to do much to promote the show and it’s epic five-year-plan end so it’s up to use to get the crazy going for what to be the greatest Thursday night ever. This means trailers and posters and art anything and everything you can think of that’s going to get people excited for the Season 5 finale.

Now this is a team effort so to get this ball moving I’m gunna’ need everyone’s help.

First subjects on the docket are:

whee A promotional motto. Remember when Halo 3 was on the horizon and it seemed that everywhere it was “finish the fight”. Well that’s a promotional tag, a motto. You see them at the bottom of movie posters and the like. Well, we need one.

whee Ground rules. What’s what? How should we go about this? How long should it last? We need rules.

whee How far are we going to take this. Are we hitting Twitter with this badboy? Hashtags? A place to post the videos? That sort of stuff.

All right, we are all in this! We are now Team Promote Free-Will!

I sorta have an idea for a motto, maybe.

I've heard this more than once on Supernatural. Instead of saying "the end is near" a lot of characters have said,

"The End Is Nye."

That's probably too boring but that's what I got for right now. lol.

And we should totally twitter about this, theres a chance it could be a trending topic. But we should probably wait until the final week to start that so it will be fresh in peeps minds.

I think that catchphrase works rather well. Short and sweet--could get it on all kinds of promotional material.

I think it's spelled 'nigh', though. As in, 'The End is Nigh'.

well i found some lyrics by dragon force that kinda relate to the season in case you wanna use this " and the horsemen shall come, they will judge all your lives, revelations will now be unveiled". not too catchy and kinda long but you can play around with that if you want. idk just trying to help... >.>

You're probably right. Sometimes my fingers get ahead of my brain (ZING!) and I spell words wrong that way. lol.

Um... I'm writing a song for this whole thing. I'll probably post a really rough version of it by Monday. Then I'll try to fix it up and stuff, I'm going to play it at school. Hope it helps. whee

It is "The end is Nigh", aaaaand, if this hasn't already gone into action, why not something more ominous-sounding. ('Then end is Nigh' is great, but it does make me think of those crazy, white haired hobos with sandwhich boards screaming their delusioned ravings at the sky, while the passerbys of the city simply shake their head and side-step the poor lad.)

...Hmmm.
