Rotti never mentions her just Marni. Also the Largo kids aren't in the flashbacks

I was wondering the same thing. I'm guessing she died? and that was what made Rotti become the super geneco man and then he fell in love with Marni after believing he would never find another woman he loved as much as his first wife and then Marni left him and broke his heart.

If you read the official Myspace profile interviews they all have different mothers. Terrence set up the myspaces but they're fan run now. Pavi implies him and Luigi have the same mum though and then Luigi denies it in another interview. Pavi's apparently died when he was 8.
And Luigi apparently ******** her too.

My theory is that he created synthetic. . .woman parts and falsely inseminated it. But since it was a one time use, he had to use different genetics each time. 3nodding
