Anyone who made an avatar before I laid out these new/additional guidelines is still being considered and can make more avatars if they would like to.
There is no time limit. I won't choose until I really, really like something.

Price Limit: 25mil

NO one colour avatars.
NO goofy, scary, ugly, boring, overly casual, completely unthemed (as in, angel holding a KiKi - wtf?) avatars.
NO avatars with under 10 items.
NO multiple poses of the same item.

I like:

Cute, pretty, elegant, lolita, VK, multiple colour co-ordinated, well-layered but not cluttered, proportionate avatars. Generally speaking.

Angelic blue, light pink, mint, crimson, black and white.
Yellow/gold, brown, other shades of blue, grey, green are really only acceptable as accents for me.

*Female base 2.
*Number 3, 20, and 27 eyes in any colour.
*The lolita pigtails (never remember what it's called) usually in red or brown, Sweet Porridge hair, keidos, anything else with volume/curls if it looks appropriate.
*Pink hair + yellow eyes or light blue hair + yellow, red, or pink eyes or blonde hair + red, pink, black, or teal eyes would be great. Generally when I refer to blonde hair, I'm referring to Sweet Porridge.

Avatar one: Cute! I like the face. x3 The Unicorn hair and Let it Snow look shiny and nice together, and the glasses + skirt + boots go well together. heart However, I'd probably change a few things. I'd get rid of Ted and Dusky since it seems a bit monotone compared to the nice colours in the hair. Also, maybe gloves or bracelets so that the arms aren't bare. 3nodding

Avatar two: Good choice of red, very vibrant. :3 Well-balanced, and simple but stylish. Well done. However, out of personal preference, I would have liked it better without the white. That's just me. xp

Avatar three: Super adorable. :'D But at the same time, I think it could be done better. I'd say take away the Chanho bao and the panda, along with any other black items. The Candy Corn Stockings would probably suit it better. 3nodding I would have like it a thousand times more if you'd added something to match that little bit of pale green in the hair like you did with the purple, which looks good BTW. whee

First one: Wow, considering the budget, that's pretty sweet. o.o Just goes to show that less expensive doesn't necessarily mean less stylish. x3 I probably would have put the silver pocket watch on it for kicks, even though she already has a clock on her hat. xD

Second one: You got on my good side by using the Sweet Pea for this one. xD It's definitely one of my favourite items. I think this avi is my favourite out of the three you made. 3nodding

Third one: Not sure that I like this one much. I think it's a combination of the Elftech Gloves, mouth, and leggings, all of which are a matter of personal preference for me. I do think it matches well, though. The Reve Rouille hairband thing looks cool with the hair. x3

I like. Matches very well! Good colour choices. :3 However, I feel like it's a clash between casual and fancy. (I lean more towards fancy in my preferences.) On that note, I'd probably choose the articles of clothing in a different style, such as the shoes, out of personal preference.

First one: I definitely like this version better. 3nodding I just wish the bracelets were a better shade of teal. >.< But there isn't anything better than that, I don't think.

Second one: The Candy Corn stripes definitely match better. 3nodding But now I see why you used black in the first one. It balanced out the heart in the ribbon a bit better. I like the belt, but I'm not really sure if it goes well. Maybe adding another pale rainbow sort of thing to match the hair would end up looking better? Not sure. x.x

I think it's good that you didn't redo the second one. It was perfect the way it was. :3 I just personally don't like how pale white looks in contrast with red and black.

about the other avi : cant find any better bracelets that would suit the avi, so i think thats just it ...
