Other: Shayleigh has a wolf tail the same colour as the fur that her hybrid form has. She leaves it out in plain sight as a warning to any guys that try to hit on her, other then her boy friend, that she isn't as normal as they think.

Hybrid Appearance: Almost as muscular as a normal werewolf, but smaller in size due to the vampire in her. Eye colour is blood red. Fur is well groomed. Midnight black in colour. Has the ability to sprout wings, but can't fly very well, fast or long with them. Wings look like your typical demon wings.

Bio: Shayleigh doesn't like talking about her past due to a very painful memory. But, if you get her drunk enough, you might get her to talk about it. Be warned though. She has a high alcohol tolerance. She does this because it's painful to remember and doesn't want Sterling to find out. The best way to do that though, is to not talk about it.
Shayleigh bought and fixed up an old warehouse on the outskirts of the city. She turned it into a Night club/Smithery/Apartment combo. The apartment is where Shayleigh, Sterling and Duer live.

Weapons Master: Due to how old she is, Shayleigh has had plenty of time to master many weapons of her choosing. Not only does she know how to handle most weapons (Especially small blades and any size of gun), she knows how to make them too (Expect for guns. Those she has to get shipped in from other weapon sources.).
Stealth Master: Due to what Shayleigh hunts for a living, she had to learn how to mask her movements (Sight, sound and smell. She thoroughly scrubs herself to the point where she loses her scent for 7 hours.).
Knowledge of the Ancient ones: Shayleigh's age allows her to know stuff that most people she crowds around with don't. She studies the old ways thoroughly, allowing her to access certain old and mostly extinct magics. Shamanic and Celtic magics are what she many wishes to stick too.
Heighten Senses: This one is a given, all things considered. Most supernatural creatures have superhuman senses. Hers include the sense of smell, sight and hearing as well as the sixth sense.

Element Affinities: Shayleigh has affinities for Fire, Air (Wind), Water, Earth, Spirit (Light) and Shadows (Darkness). She can attack and defend and bind with all of them, but each element has their own special ability.
→ Balefire: This is a Fire ability. Balefire burns almost as hot as hellfire and anything that it touches is burn COMPLETELY (Past as well. Meaning that if it's a person it touches, anything that person has done is wiped out as well.) out of existence within minutes. Memories will remain, but I sense wrongness will be there. Because of this, Shayleigh only uses this as a last ditch effort to defeat an opponent. ((You probably won’t be ever seeing this one unless someone is being exceptionally annoying to get rid of.))
→ Flight: This is an Air ability. Shayleigh uses this to boost her flying capabilities. Increases movability, stability, speed and the distance she's able to fly.
→ Water Scrying: This Water ability allows Shayleigh to use any body of water to scry the past to learn from mistakes made by other, the present for dangerous to her and others and the future for obvious reason.
→ Unmovable Mountain: This is an Earth ability. This ability makes an almost unbreakable shield around Shayleigh and/or those she wishes to protect.
→ Purify: This is a Spirit ability. Has the name suggests, if something has been tainted with Shadows, Purify cleanses it.
→ Shadow Shifting: This ability allows Shayleigh to move from one place to another in a few minutes. Strong concentration on the place she wishes to go to is required, otherwise, she could wined-up anywhere. Example: In the middle of a desert in the best case scenario or the bottom of the ocean in worse case scenario. Also, anyone another then her with a Spirit affinity will screw it up too if they're traveling through the Shadows with her. Reason why her Spirit affinity doesn't do this is because her Shadow affinity counter-acts it.
Element Mixing: Using her affinities for the elements, Shayleigh is able to mix new ones. Though, she's not as efficient with them as she is with her mains one because she doesn't actually have an affinity for these new elements. This can only be done when mastery over the Primary elements is accomplished.
→ Twilight: A mix of Spirit and Shadow. Easy to control.
→ Darkfire (A.K.A. Hellfire): A mix of Shadow and Fire. Very hard to control. Opposite of Balefire.
→ Balefire (A.K.A Holyfire): A mix of Spirit and Fire. Very hard to control. Opposite of Darkfire.
→ Ice: A mix of very cold Air and Water. Hard to predict where it will form.
→ Lightning: A mix of Fire, Spirit and Wind. Hard to control where you want it to strike.
→ Dark Lightning: A mix of Fire, Shadow and Wind. No control over where it will strike. USE AT OWN RISK!!
→ Magma: A mix of Fire and Earth. Hard to control the flow of it. Risk of passing out if exposed to it for to long, including the user.
→ Mist: A mix of Fire and Water. Easy to control. Downside is that it obscures the vision of the user as well.
→ Holy Water: A mix of Spirit and Water. ((OBVIOUSLY!!)) Sometimes used in conjunction with Purify. Can also be used to heal people. DON'T USE ON SHADOW USERS OR PEOPLE WITH AFFINITIES FOR IT!! Will cause them more harm then good.
→ Storm: A mix of Air and Water. Uses a lot of energy to make. Will knock you out if you use it for long periods of time.
Hybrid's Rage: A combination of a power boost and a blitz ability. It boosts speed, strength and reflexes. The blitz part of it, Shayleigh will, using the boost part of it, go on a rampage, making a series of attacks using her teeth, hands and claws, feet and legs or weapons, depending on what is more convenient at the time. Normally starts when someone has really gets her worked up and normally only ends when said person is a bloody pulp on the ground or she passes out from exhaustion whether or not the person is beaten up or not. This ability is extremely stressful on the body, hence the reason she'd pass out, and can only be used for a short amount of time. Normally 15 mins. ((Haven't decided on the amount of posts it'll go for yet.))
Hybrid's Sacrifice: The ultimate offense/defense ability in Shayleigh's arsenal. Gathering up most of her spiritual energy, Shayleigh will gave off a strong energy burst that she can control to her will so that the parts that touch allies are blunted so it won't hurt them as much as it would when it touches an enemy. Said enemy(ies) will feel extreme pain and collapse or kill them, depending on how strong they are. This ability leaves Shayleigh very weak and unable to move for several weeks. To date, she has never used the full powered version of this because if she were to, it would use every last ounce of her spiritual energy and kill her. Hence the reason it's called "Hybrid's Sacrifice".

Personality: Sterling like to joke and pull pranks on occasion and is slightly rebellious, but not to the point where he'll disrespect an authority figure. He looks up to Shayleigh as a mother figure and Duer as a father figure.
Likes: His big sister (Shayleigh), Duer, helping around the smith and nightclub, Stormriding, any form of sweet, pizza, most of the Grains, Milk and Alternatives, and Meat and Alternatives food groups, and most fruits.

Bio: Sterling suffers from a minor form of amnesia because of his mind suppressing certain events. He still remembers basic information from who he and sister are, how old they are (which puzzles him slightly because of how old they apparently are yet still look so young.), who Duer is, where they're from to need-to-know things in order to survive in the world including math and science, english, geography, etc. The part he doesn't remember is what happened when he and Shayleigh were walking out in the woods around their village and how they got to be the way they are now. He has no clue that they're vampire/werewolf hybrids and he's asked Shayleigh a few times about it but she evades the question every time.

Sewing: Sterling has been learning in secret how to sew for the last several years. He's planning on finishing the quilt his mother was working on for Duer once he's good enough.
Master Trickster/Prankster: He dedicated his younger years to tricking and pranking people. Though he rarely does it anymore (Mainly because Shayleigh would have his hide if he did it in her smith or nightclub), he can still pull off a prank with almost no sags/hiccups/problems popping up.
"Women's Work": ((*Snorts* Seeing as most men see this stuff as that, that's what I'm calling it.)) Where Shayleigh never really picked up on these skills (though she can do her laundry without the colours running into each other and cook a few decent meals), Sterling does most of the house and yard work. Level one being for the most minor and 10 being for the most severe. Even with Level 10, chances of surviving a severe wound are slim.
Solar Shockwave: This is a special and rare element affinity. There's only been a few people in history that have had either an affinity for Solar or Lunar. This ability acts like a Solar flare with the paralyzing shock effect of Lightning. Sterling can only access this ability when he is highly stressed and it sometimes bursts out of him without him willing it too in stressful situations. Think of it as an auto-self defense move.

Bio: Kyo was born in a pack of werewolves in a land that had been in her family for generations. Kyo's pack is very big. She is the 5th of 8 children and lives near aunts uncles cousins and others. She came to the academy to try and be more independent despite her parents wishes that she find a mate and settle down. But she often feels lonely and homesick. Kyo's transformation is not forced but voluntary. it can be brought on by certain emotions. For her, fear and sadness. If she's afraid or upset she WILL change and hightail it out. Because her family is so isolated from everyone but the pack Kyo sometimes has a hard time making friends. She has never been to a concert or a party for example.
