Marica and landed in between the two She glanced around the sands. It was definitely more impressive sanding in the center of the massive underground structure. Though the air to the left of her had changed, a Shiver ran down her spine. The accusations were a sudden surprise to Marcia she'd never heard Ander angry like this before. It sounded as though Ander seemed to be taken by some sort of demon. She glanced to the other woman, wondering if she'd deny it.

After a few moments the woman said nothing. She either couldn't deny it or wouldn't because it was true. Marcia couldn't help but take a step out of the way of the two without a word. She didn't know what to say. A fight of some kind seemed imminent. Fitting it would happen in the Ancient's battle ground.

Revenge was a beast...

"No denial than?" He growled. "The guilty's lips sewn shut...."
Ander's hands balled into tight fists. He may not have had a weapon, but he was willing to be she did. First move would be to remove it from her. Or strangle her if the weapon was not an option.

He had been wise before to avoid mentions of hunting this person, but here she was before him. Now was a good time to fulfill his revenge.

Underneath the cloak Nick's right hand tensed. Rage was consuming him past the point of reason. Perhaps she could just knock him out a bit. The added dead weight would be a burden, but Nick did not wish to have Riots friend die...
"You were spared. I had no choice for the rest of them." She spoke flatly in a feeble attempt to calm the rogue down.

Part of her was thankful the other rogue had not jumped into the battle. Ander was too cross to notice.

Marcia felt strangely out of place suddenly, she had become a witness to an old battle anew once more. She had no words for this situation at all. She wanted the fight to stop until they were at least out of here but it looked like that wasn't going to happen. And she couldn't think of anything that would calm Ander's obvious hatred of this woman.

But Marcia frowned it seemed as though it was true. She Wholly admitted it after she spoke. Ander's Anger seemed justified but there was something about Nick that made Marcia wonder why. Nick was quite mysterious in her own right. but She didn't seem the type to kill without good reason. At least that was what Marcia's instincts told her.

Ander when he realized wouldn't be to happy that Marcia wasn't siding with him. She was in the middle of something she'd rather not be. Still... What could she do?

"They were my family!" Ander roared as he bolted around Marcia and toward Nick. His eyes focused on Nick's taking in any movement she would make, studying for any slowness, weakness she might surrender.

Nick took a step back and waited for the inevitable attack from this man. Quick, he was very quick. She would have to wait for him to make his move first.

Aside from keeping an eye on Ander, a bit of her focus went to Marcia, making sure she wouldn't join in the assault. She had been quiet so far... but that didn't make her any less suspicious.

Marcia obliged and sidestepped out of the way, she had no right to stop him. Marcia could understand a loss of family. But it still put her in a really awkward position. Marcia watched Nick she was waiting for Quin it seemed. Marcia doubted anything she could say would even stop the angry rogue.

Ander closed the distance between the him and Nick very quickly, and once in range he slid his foot at her legs. Hopefully to send his target toppling over. Pure rage covered this man's face and plagued his yellow eyes. This woman was going to pay for every life she took that day, and even the lives of his family before that! Though, unknown to him, Nick was not responsible for those lives at all.

Nick lept back just as Ander threw his kick causing it to miss entirely. She could see his eyes widen a little bit as he caught sight of just how many weapons she was hiding under her cloak, it made her slightly more on edge. That was going to be his new target she was sure.

Her right hand emerged from behind the cloak and begun to glow a pale red. It was now about as hot as a branding iron, hot but not hot enough to melt through skin and bone alike in one touch. The sight didn't seem to detour Ander's rage in the slightest... Hopefully Riot could forgive her if he received a few burns.

Marcia was still in a tight spot and hoped Ander would forgive her for not helping. Marcia caught a glimpse of all the weapons the woman was hiding underneath her cloak, but could she use them. The answer was favored to yes. But the sheer amount surprised Marcia. But what caught her attention more was Nick's Right arm.

"That Red Gunsniper," Marcia muttered under her breath.

She had seen something like it somewhere before, though it was only month ago now wasn't it? Marcia Remembered the odd Gunsniper that had appeared out of nowhere with no pilot. Was the just a coincidence?

The woman had enough sharp objects under that cloak to confront an army, than there was that menacing looking whip hooked to her side. That would do him little good, but the blades he could use very efficiently.

He made another dart for Nick's left side, keeping an eye on that right hand as he moved.

Nick heard the comment about the red gunsniper, but quickly dismissed it. She had no idea that blaze had been rebuilt and changed in color. As Ander charged forward Nick lunged at him with her right hand outstretched. The sands in the room shifted slightly than calmed again... The air of the room seemed to grow heavier.

Marcia could only watch as this unfolded Ander attacked and suddenly the sands swept up then filtered back to the ground. Yet. The air was suddenly heavy as Nick seemed to lunge with er right arm. She hoped ander wouldn't get himself killed. He'd be no use to anyone that way.

User ImageThe room grew colder, much colder than normal, in an instant. Each breath from the combatants was now visible from the rapid change in temperature. Ander, however, had no time to contemplate any strange temperatures before his head was tightly gripped in Nick's palm. He was strangely caught unaware despite being focused on the hand the entire time. He had expected her to stand still... why? He couldn't know nor did he get a chance to think on it.

Nick winced as a migraine suddenly took hold of her mind. No resistance... A dark grin than stretched across her face as she put more force behind her attack.

His head was forced into the sands before the unthinkable could happen. A sudden cry of pain from Ander was silenced as his head collapsed under the pressure of the grip. Luckily for Marcia his neck up remained under the sands and the cause of his death could not be seen. To top it off, the body begun to sink in the sands.

The Iron Judge than slowly looked at Marcia. As most cases Marcia would only see the mask in the back of her mind and remember nothing of the face behind it.

"His crimes are now atoned for..." the Iron Judge chuckled. "Now, what to do with you? Are you guilty child?" The question seemed more rhetorical.

Her eyes widened as soon as the masked woman's face seemed to grin, he had gotten himself in over his head. Marcia moved forward to help. her personality had suddenly changed and suddenly Marcia felt very on edge. That woman was very dangerous.

Marcia tensed as she moved toward to help Ander as he was shoved beneath the sands."Hey!" she growled Trying to get this person's attention. Obviously it didn't work. Ander suddenly became quiet and Marcia feared the worst, She made a move for ander's seemingly lifeless body to try and pull it from the sand that seemed to be consuming it. She hoped he had just passed out...

Though the Judge seemed to find her after.

"And what sin would that be, you seem to have done more to him." she spoke in a low even tone. it was her turn it seemed to face this creature's judgment. Marcia like most rogues stole, and killed, mainly for survival, but she wasn't sure what this woman wanted or thought she may be guilty of. It couldn't be something so material as stealing could it?

"Was that a rhetorical question?" she asked with a smirk.

Marcia held her ground, standing defensively. She could either run, or fight. If she ran she'd undoubtedly be lost or killed, and if she fought she would most certainly be lost. She didn't like either option.

The Iron Judge shoved her steel boot down on Ander's body to prevent any more of the body from being pulled out. She than chuckled at Marcia demonically. Slowly she showed Marcia the mechanical hand. The hand was still glowing with a red blaze. Heat had dried the blood, but the near black color covering the hand was unmistakable.

"You smirk, yet you know..." She hissed with amusement. "You know you could have stopped him from attacking. This would never have happened. He would be alive if only you had stepped in. But you did nothing. And now his blood is spilled and his life crushed."

As she spoke the room seemed to drop more in temperature. The sands once again shifted about the arena floor. Everything in this room seemed to reflect every movement the Iron Judge made. Even the shadows watched intensely at the events unfolding.

Marcia glared back up at the judge. Defiance was probably going to get her killed. He wouldn't have listened to her but there still may have been that chance she should have taken, and she didn't and now he may be dead. The judge spoke as though he was but maybe she was bluffing. But the blood was undeniable on the hand.

Marcia shivered as there seemed to be an apparent temperature drop. She didn't have any words to reply to the judge after all it was true. Marcia didn't have any weapons of her own, besides her fist. It wouldn't do her any good not against that mechanical hand.

"It is true, there may have been a small chance to stop him and I didn't take it, so do what you must." It was her fault she had taken too long in deciding on what to do, Poor Saga. She'd have to find the zoid. if she can. If she lived that is.

The Iron Judge laughed at the proposal. Than dove her hand into the sands and withdrew the lifeless body of Ander, holding him by the stump of his neck. No head, a Iron Judge signature kill. (Or so the rumors went about the Judge) Further proof of his passing. She quickly cast it back to the sands after holding it up for the poor rogue to see.

"A fitting punishment would surely be to let you live with what you have done." The Iron Judge mused. "And make sure you never forget it..."

She than let out a spine chilling laughter. The sound was unworldly. With it the noise seemed to cause the sands to swirl about the Colosseum as if in a wins storm.

what was she laughing at, Marcia's eyes widened in horror as she shoved her hand under the sands and pulled Ander's body from underneath it, the head was gone! Marcia tried to keep a straight face but who could with something like that in front of them.

"How could you." she growled, Marcia had no experience with Judge's killing techniques so she wouldn't know about how often the judge killed this way. Ander was surely dead. There was nothing she could do. And that laughter just drove a chill up Marcia's spine.
