[.01] Dawn: Cesc feeds off of dawn's light and dew; he goes out every morning and basks in both, wandering to gather them. He is a very early riser and feels full from dawn for most of the day. Dusk is a bit of a snack for him to tide him over to the next morning.
[.02] Good Deeds: Cesc can feed off of the altruistic completion of a good deed -- his own or others' in the vicinity.
★Personality: Even-keeled and friendly, good-humored, social, determined, capable of extreme self-sacrifice for the good of others. ★Likes: Baseball, rain, the scent of pastries, marshmallows, odds and ends, books, the sound of voices, early morning, meeting people, kids, animals, the circus. ★Dislikes: Bullies, unnecessary violence, feeling useless, romantic drama, generally interpersonal drama of any kind ★Powers:
[.01] The Guiding of the Lost: Cesc can 'hear' or feel the sensation of loss, both emotional and physical. If a person has lost someone or something and is in real need, Cesc's stag powers can intuitively feel this. Similarly, he can 'hear' lost objects -- wallets, keys, jewelery, etc. Those who project or do not guard those emotions are the easiest felt. Those who have dealt with loss in a healthy way or are in control of their feelings cannot be felt.
Oftentimes, Cesc can also guide the lost to what they need. This must be entirely aided by the person in need -- like Xiu and his voice -- and the desire of the lost thing to be found/the loser to find it factors heavily in his ability to locate and return things.
[.02]Calm Aura: There is a warmth and calmness that radiates around Cesc at all times. He can pull this aura back, close to his skin, or project it outward depending on the circumstance. If the people around him are amenable or receptive to it, they may feel a sense of rejuvenation and tranquility.
[.03]Light Solidification/Manipulation: The Broken Dawn essence cannot create its own light -- but it can solidify, break, and manipulate existing light. Cesc can pull light and manipulate it with his hands to create a wide range of objects, from sparkles to light sculptures to weapons and armor. He can also control the vibrancy of the light he's manipulated, as well as the heat it gives off. When he takes light from a source, there will be momentary darkness left behind before the ambient light regenerates.

★Traits: [.01] Accent - Cesc has a soft Castilian Spanish accent, along with a Spanish lisp, meaning he pronounces the letter 'z' and certain soft 'c's as a 'th'. The letter 's' he pronounces correctly. His voice is quite deep and musical. [.02] Glow - Cesc's eyes glow softly, just barely, like a light rising. [.03] Stag's Ears - Cesc hears with those. They're not for decoration. [.04] Stag's Rack - Cesc's antlers grow on a yearly cycle. The antlers break in winter and begin growing again in spring, and are at their largest and fullest in summer and early fall. However, with his magic, Cesc has complete control over the size, sharpness and tangibility of his antlers at any point in this cycle. [.06] Wings - Are they light or are they tangible feathers? It seems to depend on circumstance. Cesc has discovered that his wings are actually more like fountains of magical light--he keeps them in the shape of wings, but he can draw them in, harden them, pluck out individual feathers for manipulation or use the wings' entire structure to wrap around his skin and create armor, if he wishes.

He still likes people, still enjoys being around them, still enjoys forming new connections. [.Charisma] 100 - It's easier to be charismatic with legs, it seems. Cesc is much the same open and friendly man he ever was, but being broad, tall, and fully-formed seems to help his case. [.Endurance] 95 - Maybe he's born with it. Maybe it's intense and invincible obstinacy. But Cesc refuses to back down. [.Creativity] 90 - Cesc is a skilled artisan and enjoys the process of creating, whether it's sculpting light or decorating cakes. Vivi is more the creative mastermind than Rhedefre, but he's certainly willing to step into that spot if needed. [.Magic] 90 - Cesc's magic is still something that collects around him, that shapes and molds him, and that he uses on an ongoing basis. These days, Cesc can easily 'power up' if he chooses to, and is a force to be reckoned with in a fight. [.Intelligence] 87 - Cesc intuits, he is perceptive and he thinks things through. He still tends to rely on his gut feelings and instincts, but he's working on it. Getting legs hasn't stopped the fact that he still has to take lessons from Granny, although these days it's less 'basic math and literacy' and more 'teach yourself physics' and 'time to learn about the great British poets'. [.Humor] 85 - Cesc is good-humored, good-natured, and knows how to laugh at himself. His bad experiences have made him skew toward a bit more of a goofy and self-deprecating form of humor these days. His calmness still dampens what could be extreme extrovertedness. [.Strength] 77 - He may not be lifting any cars, but getting in a fist-fight with Cesc would still be idiotic.
★Physical Traits: Vivi is petite, and her body is lithe and graceful. She has small breasts but very nice curves, with a very tapered waist. She is also far stronger than she looks. Her skin is olive-tinted but pale, especially in contrast to her dark eyes and hair. Her ink-black hair she will sometimes experiment with, but currently it falls to mid-back, curling softly at the ends.
Used to stage makeup for so long, Vivi is happy to be at a place in her life where she no longer has to wear it and can go natural. Having been a performer, Vivi looks well-disciplined to her craft: excellent posture, graceful movement, easy and fluid confidence. She has a somewhat slanted smile, and can easily look very sensual.
Vivi is also very fashion forward. She has been used to flamboyant costumes for most of her life, so she is extremely happy to dress up now in any way she can. She won't look garish or bizarre, but she will definitely be wearing something she finds exciting. Usually in red.
★Personality: Vivi lives her name -- she is nothing if not vivacious. Effervescent, friendly, spry and outgoing, Vivi loves life and everything that comes with it. She has an adoration for the strange and mismatched, and is an extremely loving and loyal friend. When angered or betrayed, Vivi will attempt to remove herself completely from the situation -- thus removed, she will either reevaluate and apologize, or cut her losses and move on. Still, it takes a long time to get Vivi into her angry-mode; she generally laughs things in her life off, and has no time or patience for drama.
On the flip side, Vivi tends to take things a little less seriously than perhaps she should, and can be rather mercurial with her attentions. She is ruled by her desire to experience life to its fullest, sometimes throwing caution to the wind in order to do so.
★History: For most of her life, Vivi has been a performer. She was born into the Cirque Augustine, a famous traveling circus, and subsequently became a performer of arial acrobatics. She and the circus travelled the world dazzling and awing audiences -- until Vivi was 24, and the final curtain came down. The ringleader of Cirque Augustine, Clive Kensington, was mysteriously murdered before a show. Evidence pointed to a circus performer being the culprit, but the trail stopped cold. The entire circus was under suspicion, and jittery players abandoned ship until the circus was forced to fold. The big top came down, and Vivi was forced to find another home and job.
But tragedy doesn't last forever, and things seem to have gone well for Vivi since then! Together with a few remaining circus friends, Vivi has moved to Isle de Gambino, rescued a grumpy ancient cat, and opened a bakery.
Vivi is hugely happy in her new life -- baking wonderful treats, cavorting with friends, annoying her cat. Only now and then does she still feel the wanderlust of her former life, and even then she holds back, knowing that the case on Clive Kensington, Ringleader Extraordinaire, is still open...
★Extra: Vivi has a thick French accent, and does not speak perfectly idiomatic English. She may replace words, or say phrases incorrectly. From her life in the circus, however, she does have a few other languages in various levels of fluency.

★Looks: Grey-green eyes and short copper-colored hair on this slightly moody-looking fellow. Shepard Ryan doesn't mean to, but he often looks as though he wishes he were somewhere else, doing something else with somebody that isn't you. His default expression is one of mild aloof discontentment, which mars his otherwise handsome features. But don't be fooled! Just scratch that surface and Shepard Ryan will relax enough to offer up his boyish smiles. He's tall at 6'4", with a broad back and well-muscled shoulders. He dresses in a way that Vivi would describe unbearably boring: jeans, tees, and motorcycle jackets. His ears are also pierced, and Shepard has a tattoo on his left shoulder blade.
★History: Shepard Ryan meant to go to graduate school for engineering -- and he managed to, most of the way, until Cirque Augustine came to his hometown of Melbourne. Discontent with his lot in life, Shepard did the only cliche he knew to do, and ran away to join the circus. Throughout the three years he'd been there, he managed to pick up some sleight-of-hand tricks, but his work was mainly on set design and fabrication. Ever since the murder of Clive Kensington, he finds it too hard to simply give up and go back home, preferring instead to remain with the people who made him happiest.
★Personality: Shepard Ryan is somewhat laconic and stiff, often living inside his own head. It takes a little while for him to relax, but when he does, he's the life of the party, cracking jokes and pouring drinks for all. He has a strong protective streak in him, but he knows better than to baby anyone.
★Extra: Shepard has an Australian accent and sometimes uses Aussie slang. He also builds most of the things on display in Vermillion, and while he loves his craft, he has no qualms with getting rid of the things he's made.
★Songs: Jack Johnson: Drink the Water (And all that tension between his gears; man, he'll never, ever leave this place. He's got stones instead of bones, and everybody knows... man, that can make you real, real slow.)

★Looks: Did you find Granny Maplethorpe in a storybook? A catalogue, perhaps, of cliche grandmas? Trudy Maplethorpe looks precisely as one would think a British grandmother should look, with dowdy cable-knit sweaters and sensible hard-heeled shoes. She has smiling grey eyes that match her full head of curling grey hair, and very thin pursed lips. She is every inch the kindly, the proper, the British grandmother.
★Personality: And here Trudy Maplethorpe becomes a paradox. While she is immensely proper from the tip of her conservative hat to the end of her flat feet, Trudy Maplethorpe is, and was for the past 45 years, the palm-reader and tarot master of Cirque Augustine. A psychic sensitive, Granny sits in the bakery and forces innumerable cups of tea into the diners' hands, only to take them back later and read their fortunes in the tea leaves. She may look stodgy on the outside, but Granny is a full-fledged believer of the Dark Arts, and is very happy to make her viewpoint on the subject known.
★History: My dear, that is classified information! Suffice it to be said: Granny Maplethorpe was in the circus long before Shepard or Vivi, and she is quite content to be at the bakery Vermillion now. After all, the cards say something very interesting is on the way...
★ Grumpaws is an ancient, plump curmudgeon of a black cat that Vivi and company rescued their first week in Isle de Gambino. In gratitude, Grumpaws lazes around the bakery in any puddles of sunshine he can find, waking up only to eye anybody nearby with great feline disdain. Grumpaws doesn't like you.
★ Guy Smiley is Rhedefre's catsune, a blend of a Maine Coon cat and a red fox. Guy Smiley has socks and Maine Coon markings and is eternally optimistic and outgoing, loving to be snuggled, to snooze, to play and to annoy the crap out of you at 3 a.m. He knows a few commands and is eager to please, but not exactly the brightest. Guy Smiley likes you.

If you find yourself hungry in Gambino, stop by Vermillion Bakery~.
From the outside, Vermillion looks unassuming enough, but as you step within, the outside world melts away into the warm plush reds and beiges of this circus-themed bakery. Along with delicious french pastries are all manners of odds and ends -- small handcrafted wood-and-metal birds hang from the ceiling, and now and then new fixtures and furniture will appear around the shop. Everything is handmade and for sale -- that is, if you ask that sullen-looking Aussie behind the counter.
Just make sure not to trip over the cat.
Vermillion has ice creams of rotating flavors in the shop! Cesc, Vivi and Shepard make these on whim; check back and see if they have your favorite available!
Sample Ice Cream Flavors Cloud: apple, powdered sugar, lemon zest. Spring: cherry blossom, green tea, honey Hangover: Tomato, worchestershire, pepper, celery seed Late Night: Champagne, dark chocolate, gold flake.
Melisande: French vanilla bean cake with sakura flower cream filling and a pink European buttercream flower top, all very soft and subtle flavors Lazarus: Moist red velvet, chocolate spice buttercream on top, with lots of allspice and nutmeg and a dash of cayenne, and red chocolate sculpted horns Zul: 70% cacao dark chocolate cake with (food-color dyed blue) crushed peppermint throughout, (so there's both the warmth of the chocolate and the cool crunch of the mint) and whiskey/Bailey's irish cream soaked buttercream. 70% cacao chocolate piece decorates the top Ethiriel: Green tea cake with milk and honey buttercream and blueberries on top, along with a silver sugar branch decoration
Guardians: Anita: sea-salt malted cake, layered with whipped cream and caramel dripped on top.
Claire: banana-nut cake with fresh whipped cream and a caramelized banana (she is simple and wholesome but comforting and good)
Lorin: matcha-honey cake with a sesame buttercream (unsweetened and slightly bitter; a small sign recommends asking Lorin if you want it sweeter)
Iorek: crushed cookies, honey-graham cake, marshmallow center
Baz: Toasted gingerbread with whiskey buttercream (has a secret flavor you can ask for)
Zuri: Coconut ice cream cupcake, rose-flavored cake, with a soft rose-pineapple frosting rolled in coconut flakes.
Granny Maplethorpe lives near the bakery, but Vivi and Shepard have made the two stories above the bakery as a shared apartment. Two stories may sound like a lot, but this bakery's space travels upward and not over, so it's really not as spacious as it sounds.

Lazarus Acquaintance Cesc met Laz originally while playing a game of catch with Vivi, but most other time he's seen the fire Raevan has been in traumatic situations -- in the jungle, after Laz's growth, or rescuing Xiu. Cesc is pretty worried about Laz, and thinks the two should just get a beer sometime without anything awful occuring.
Melisande Friend The muse and Cesc have always got along well, although Cesc's power to feel her grief over Zavier's death initially made the stag feel uncomfortable. As time went on, Cesc realized he was falling for Melisande, but after kissing her, getting gently turned down, and losing touch has made him wonder what his friendship with the Muse really meant.
Iorek Close friend Iorek came highly recommended to Cesc by Shepard, who loves Reks. While that could have made for some awkward sibling-type rivalry, Cesc and Reks just love hanging out and indulging their inner meatheads instead--still, Cesc is concerned that something has changed in the gargoyle since their ill-fated trip through the jungle.
Xiu Close friend Xiu and Rhedefre met at the Lab's summer Garden Party and were delighted in each other's calm and gentlemanlike demeanors. The first use of Cesc's guiding power benefited Xiu in returning his voice to him. They've suffered together at the hands of their now-deceased, crazed ex-fencing professor. Cesc feels a close bond with Xiu and is happy to call him his friend.
Zul Close friend Zul has always been there for Cesc. Even before Zul saved him and Shepard just before Cesc became Sigel, Cesc has trusted Zul deeply and loves him dearly -- which made Melisande's rejection in favor of the demon much easier for Cesc to bear.
Prajna Acquaintance As a very young frei, Rhedefre accidentally hit Prajna in the face with a flyaway baseball. Still, he found Prajna captivating, and hopes to meet them again one day.
Zurine Best friend/ex-girlfriend/??? Since very early on, Cesc and Zurine have had a good relationship. So good, in fact, that they fell into puppy love and began dating -- until Zurine was hit with a bout of depression and Cesc was pulled away by family matters. After long months of bitterness and no contact, the two had another blow-up while trying to mend their relationship. They're currently back in the mending stage, and Cesc wonders when the hell they'll ever be out of it.
Anastacia Close friend Anya was always frosty and distant with Cesc until after they endured the hardship of the jungle together. In the aftermath, the spider queen opened up to Rhedefre, and the two have become quite close. For his part, Cesc would do almost anything for Anya -- he is well aware that she takes few friends, and he is glad to be one of them.
Luka Adopted Brother Although Luka and Cesc haven't had much interaction, Cesc sees Luka as his fel brother, another fellow creature of light. He feels like he has many innate things in common with the satyr and will always be happy to see him. He does wonder what Luka's been up to, after so long...
Ethiriel Good friend/??? Cesc met Ethiriel when he was still recovering from the jungle, and the tea Raevan helped to soothe him. Down the line, Cesc was able to do the same for her during her own hardships, and the two formed a bond. Cesc also finds Ethiriel to be one of the most beautiful Raevans in existence, which worked against him after Ethiriel confessed romantic feelings that Cesc wasn't able to return. Now, things are just... awkward.
Cruz Good friend Cesc and Cruz's relationship has undergone a lot of awkwardness. In the jungle, Cruz mistakenly thought Cesc killed Anya, but afterward helped an injured Cesc make his way back onto the transport home. Cesc feels like he sees Cruz during a lot of traumatic or upsetting events and is determined to end that streak.
Aina Curious Acquaintance The little bab frei makes Cesc's heart melt. They've met a few times, notably at a disastrous outing at a museum, but also more calmly while looking for schools for magical children with Granny and Duncan. Cesc loves Aina and enjoys seeing her, and hopes the best for her.
Rivener Vague distrust Rivener has been nothing but courteous and helpful to Cesc, but Cesc distrusts the scorpion's temper and quickness to violence. He knows that Rivener has both Melisande and Zul's affections, however, and so Cesc believes he must not have all the pieces to the puzzle.
Eiry Friend Eiry was the first Raevan that Cesc ever met, and Cesc has always liked him. He knows the sigel holds a lot of loneliness and wishes it were easier for him to come out of his shell.
Basil Friendly acquaintance Cesc knows that something's up with Baz, but he genuinely likes him and thinks Basil has a great point of view and energy. He hopes the two of them can become friends...
Lorin Good friend Cesc was predisposed to like Lorin ever since meeting his guardian, Claire, but the boy did plenty on his own to make the stag like him. A shared fondness for the outdoors cemented their bond, and Cesc would do anything for the little leshy or his family. After a horrible outing to the forest, Cesc is determined to help soothe fears he may have helped place in Lorin's head.
Vesna Friend/Blogging Buddy Is there anyone quite like Vesna? Cesc is definitely inclined to say no. The vivacious teen may be younger, more fashionable, more outspoken and more flippant than Cesc, but he finds her cheerful opinionated nature engaging and fun. After he and Vesna pretended to be food bloggers, he now sometimes updates a shared food-blogging Instagram with her to keep up a totally-unnecessary but deeply fun facade.
Eden Friendly Acquaintance Another pink Raevan, at long last! Cesc was amused to meet Eden by looks alone, but was then drawn to her for her warmth, openness, and youthful charm. Another of the young-looking Raevans, Cesc is impressed by the moxie on the girl he privately remembers as the hyacinth girl, after having remembered a couplet from T.S. Eliot when making her acquaintance.

Kyou Respected acquaintance Yearghh, this one's a hard one. Cesc respects the doctor deeply for giving him life, but wishes that his trek into the jungle had never happened, and the consequences that occured to so many Raevans, including Lazarus, as a result.
Alex Dear Friend Cesc loves Alex, although he is aware that Alex is closer tied to his guardians than to himself. He sees her in an almost maternal kind of way, considering her passion and self-sacrifice for Raevans, and wishes her to be happy.
Phiel ???? It's slightly awkward when you date a guy's daughter and then you break up while she's spiraling into deep depression. Cesc has no idea where he stands with Phiel these days. After not being notified at all during Zuri's second bout of depression and her descent into an eating disorder, Cesc doesn't really care where he stands with Phiel, either.
Anita Awkward acquaintance Cesc doesn't understand why he never has a good showing in front of Anita. He's either covered in mud and blood at the jungle, making girls cry at Cruz's birthday party, or waking her up while he's shellshocked by bad news. All he wants is to have one solid conversation with her to prove he's an emotionally stable guy
Henry ???? Ever since Ethiriel sat in her room and didn't eat for days before Henry reached out to him, Cesc thinks Henry can go ******** himself. After Candice broke Henry's heart, Cesc's stance has softened somewhat, but it's still not exactly friendly.
Zeke Good Friend Cesc loves Zeke -- he thinks he's a great guardian to Anya and always helpful. After the experience at the jungle where Zeke was incapacitated, Cesc badly wants the vet to stay out of trouble.
Ronan Friend Cesc likes Ronan, a friendly guy who seems to be competent and engaging. He helped during the man's soul capture and thinks Ronan is a great guardian for the energetic Amity.
Duncan Friendly acquaintance Duncan is kind, intelligent and very patient with his young charge. Cesc likes him enormously and respects him, and hopes he can befriend Granny Maplethorpe.
Claire Good Friend Cesc has never met anyone like Claire--friendly, kind, responsible, thoughtful, capable and smart. He's never met anyone whose aura has spoken of pain quite like Claire's, either. Claire has made Cesc understand parenthood in a way he hadn't before, and he would move heaven and earth for her or her family. Disappointing her would be, to Cesc, just as devastating as disappointing Shep or Vivi.
Lorenzo Friend Sometimes Cesc thinks Lorenzo should have ended up with Xiu as his Raevan instead of Vesna. Such a calm, business-minded, responsible man, totally and completely allergic to fun or shenanigans... Ah, well. Cesc thinks he'll either learn from Vesna or require another necromancer's services by the time she grows.
Ian Friend Cesc likes the florist and agrees with Vivi when she says Ian might have more than he bargained for on his hands with Eden. Still, Cesc has faith that Ian will be a great guardian for the girl.
Cadi Friend Cadi's great. Who doesn't love dark humor? Cesc thinks Lorin's 'sissy' might make for a fun drinking buddy now and then.
Cesc has also met: Namini, Genie, Lillian, Isikoro, We'rika, Henry, Doucette and Wasa, as well as Gabe, Phoenix, Mordekai and Tyson.

Lazarus Acquaintance Vivi is unaware of the hardships that Lazarus has gone through that Cesc knows of... as far as she's concerned, he's a lovely and quite handsome young man.
Melisande Friend Vivi finds Melisande quite beautiful and captivating, although she has no misgivings about how Cesc would end up feeling about her. She thinks Melisande is probably not as careful as she could be with the hearts of men, but doesn't hold it against her. Really, Vivi hopes that the muse will learn to use her power.
Iorek Friend Iorek is Shepard's favorite Raevan, and everyone knows it. Vivi finds him adorable.
Cordelia Admired acquaintance Vivi thinks the basilisk is one of the most adorable creatures in Lab and would steal her if she thought she could.
Zul Close friend If Vivi had never had a Raevan and had not had a relationship with Alex, she would have wanted to run away with Zul. It's a feeling she's had since she met the demon for the first time. Getting Cesc took that idea off the shelf, but she does heave a pleasant, purring sigh every time she sees the demon.
Prajna Acquaintance Vivi saw the fallout from poor Praj getting hit in the face with a ball. She thinks Prajna is beautiful and hopes they become a major heartbreaker one day.
Zurine Friend Vivi likes Zurine and feels bad that she and Cesc broke up. She thinks the owl is a good match for Cesc and is constantly wondering how to set them up again. All the same, she also wants Zurine to feel safe and comfortable at the bakery, with or without her being romantically attached to the stag.
Anastacia Pleasant acquaintance Vivi likes 'la grippe', or 'the flu', as she calls Anya. She finds Anya regally beautiful and for a time had daydreams of her and Cesc getting together, but she is pleased to hear that the two have become friends.
Luka Adored friend Vivi loves Luka, having met the satyr when he was quite young. She finds him strikingly handsome and fun to be around, and is glad to see him whenever she can do so.
Ethiriel Acquaintance Vivi wonders how much has been done for the blind frei. She likes Ethiriel but, being so extroverted herself, is somewhat bored with the tea Raevan's delicacy and demure attitude. She wants to shake Ethiriel up and force her to engage more, but doesn't dream of crossing a line that would upset Cesc.
Cruz Good friend Cruz is good for kissing! Vivi could kiss him all day long! She adores Cruz and his romantic plotting and wants to gossip with him forever.
Aina Curious Acquaintance Vivi absolutely adores the baby frei and is overjoyed whenever Aina is around.
Rivener Friend Vivi doesn't share any of Cesc's misgivings about Rivener. She finds him dashing, handsome and interesting, loves his outgoing and brash attitude, and enjoys the splash of cockiness that makes him him. She wishes he would show Cesc how to be a little bit more of a bad boy.
Eiry Friend Eiry scared the crap out of Vivi, but Vivi enjoys the wisp and his ghostly impishness. She often wonders how Eiry is doing.
Basil Acquaintance Vivi likes Basil enormously. She, too, is aware that he is ill and is aware of the toll it must take on his guardian. She thinks Baz does the best he can and wants to know more about him.
Lorin Little Friend Vivi loves the little leshy frei, his industriousness, sweetness and innocence. Seeing how short the apron strings are, however, Vivi is constantly given to wondering how she can add some snips and snails and puppy's dog's tails to Lorin's general sense of self. Shepard tells her to leave the kid alone.

Kyou Acquaintance Vivi is torn between gratitude that the doctor gave her Cesc and fury that his mistakes nearly got Cesc and others killed in the jungle
Alex Close friend/former lover Vivi adores Alex wholly. She wanted to seduce the woman the moment she met her, and had a summertime fling (together with Shepard) with her -- one that she would gladly resume at any moment, if the Italian ever desired it. Alex's passion, competence, humor and loyalty all recommend themselves highly to the Frenchwoman.
Phiel Friend Vivi feels for Phiel, a manly man who adopted a terrifically girly little bird of a Raevan. She has never truly gotten close to Phiel, but she is always ready to be there for him, should he need it.
Anita Acquaintance Anita is the sort of girl more suited for Shepard than Vivi. Vivi likes her but doesn't find any connection with her -- she's happy that Anita is friends with Shepard, but doesn't feel any particular pull to be closer to her.
Zeke Close Friend Vivi adores Zeke and feeds off his infectious energy. The two extroverts could power an entire building with their enthusiasm when they are together, completely exhausting Shepard and Anya (and even sometimes Cesc) with their effusiveness.
Genie Friendly acquaintance Vivi feels for Genie, who seems proud of but sometimes exhausted by her charge. She wants to get to know the woman better, but understands why that might be a tall order.
Lillian Friend Iorek's guardian seems a little young to Vivi for the troubles she has been given, but also tremendously independent, beautiful and forward-thinking. She is there to help Lil with anything from Tinder dates to big issues.
Doucette Friend Doucette and Vivi were once much closer, sharing in the delight of the Lab and their paths as guardians. However, something happened at some point that Vivi does not understand, and Doe disappeared from the Frenchwoman's life. Vivi is mercurial enough that she doesn't press it, but she will always think of Doucette quite fondly.
Duncan Friendly acquaintance Vivi is just as taken with Duncan as she is his charge. She finds the older gentleman adorable, and sometimes has a terrible urge to set him up with Granny Maplethorpe and embarrass him.
Claire Friend Vivi and Shepard both feel they will be indebted to Claire for the rest of their lives for her help during Cesc's absence. It also has created a deep bond between them.

Dawn settles in that softly lit period of time just before morning. As the first beams of sunlight crack along the horizon, it is said that dawn breaks – and when this one broke, it really shattered! Along the landscape of a brilliantly lit town lay these small splintered pieces of that fateful dawn – they look like sharp little shards of a sky's color and light, but feel them, and you will feel the tenderness of dew and the calm hush of that pre-morning time. . . . . . . . . .

White Stag myths pervade most Indo-European cultures, appearing in stories that range from Persia to Britain. While the legends vary, they agree on one point: that the stag's presence is a guiding one, and that it has the mythical ability to evade capture. Its guiding power can be interpreted in many ways -- whether it be to happiness or the beyond depends on the story. In Camelot, the stag guided knights; in Persia and Hungaria, princes; in Celtic society, ghosts. The stags find what is lost and guide the searching to it, whatever that may be.
Alongside this, myths often also point to the white stags as 'light bringers', with some stories depicting the stag holding the sun between its antlers.
Sadly, the stag is often in the unfortunate position of being hunted. While it agrees to guide whomever is lost, the stag must endure chase and hunt. Perhaps this occurs because of its evasive nature; perhaps the evasion is in response to the hunt... but the stag often must run from pursuers.
Cesc has now met his soul brethren, with what you might call mixed results.
