Alona, Sora, and Loki

hanging gallow
Alona left Lilly alone sleeping in the teepee as she took off for her morning walk. She never really stayed in the village very long and wandered off to the meadow. She stood on the small hill that overlooked the valley, in which was a her favorite spot, and watched the birds flutter from tree to tree as the sun rose taking the frost from the gound.

Takakun
Sora shook his head, muttering about two legged humans and breakfast. In truth he was grumbling about how his bonded humans keep trying to keep him in the teepee during the season of long cold, but the gray soquili wanted to be in the forest and in the air that he loves. So he had took off and now was wandering the grounds outside the village, half sorry about leaving the boy back home...........
He caught scent of another soquili and looked up.."Alona! Hi...." he called out and trotted to her.

Cihiru
'Hmm'ing softly to himself, Loki quietly enjoyed the morning chorus as he debated his daily plans. At times, it was a relief to be free from major responsabilities. He didn't have anything to do except worry about his own wellbeing and happiness. And therein lay a problem - He wasn't overly difficult to keep happy, often leaving him bored and at a loss for what to do. Times like this, he set himself into motion, and did his best to let his hooves do the walking. Instead, he occupied himself with... other things. Whatever came to mind.

And the immediate concern was the sudden realization that bodies really weren't designed to absorb physical abuse, and healing generally meant something had gone wrong to begin with. And he ached. The sores had closed relatively well, but he couldn't pretend the bite and claw marks didn't hurt at least a little. The stallion mentally noted to consider consiquences in the future, as he didn't particularly enjoy injury. Not to mention the way he had to narrate everything once Kali laid eyes on him and gave a panicked 'what happened?!' Sighing, Loki dropped the thoughts from his mind and cast a glance at his surroundings, as he hadn't really been paying attention. This field was familiar...

hanging gallow
Alona head perked her head up at the sound of a familar voice. "Hey Sora, enjoying the morning view" she said looking at the sun that had just reach the over the tip of the trees.

Takakun
He grinned, flicking his flowing tail. "Whatcha looking at?" he said, peering around her, "anything interesting? lemme see leeme see...."
He blew little wisps of ice breathe as circled her, his silvery hooves crunching on the grass beneath.

hanging gallow
Alona laughed "I'm watching the sun rise sora" she said smiling, She noticed another soquili out in the field, however she didn't recongize who it was. It was a large grey soquili, but the only large grey soquili that Alona knew was standing beside her. She wondered who it was, and if he or she had notice them standing there.

Takakun
"The sun rise?" His ears twitched and he stared for a moment, "It does look nice...all goldish........do you..." he got distracted, and turned his head, "hey who's that....?"

Cihiru
Voices? Loki's ears perked and swiveled curiously, quickly pinpointing their origin. One, too, seemed familiar... He trotted lazily in their direction, hoping to satiate his suspicions, and at least provide himself with company if nothing else. He could tell they were soquilis, anyway.

"Good morning," he called as he approached, spotting a figure he believed was Alona, and a stranger. Closing the distance confirmed this, and he nodded to himself. Yes, this was good. He liked the mare, and was learning to appreciate making friends. "Alona." Loki greeted her with a small bow of his head, catching out of the corner of his eye a look he believed meant she didn't quite recognize him. This made him smile broadly, a hint of mischief sparkling in his expression as he straightened his posture and looked to them both.

Takakun
Sora stamped his feet in greeting, bobbing his head, "hello. I'm Sora. " He grinned widely, seeing almost a complete double fo himself. The new soquili seemed slightly sleepy though, common in the time of long cold, so Sora swung his head, indicating to the ground, " care for some breakfast?"

hanging gallow
Alona tilted her head to one side, which in most ocassions when she was confused or thinking greatly about something, in which she was. She thought who could this be, and how does he know my name... thoughts reminded her of a colt that she had once meant named Loki, she had enjoyed his company and counted him as a friend to her, even for a colt he was quite thoughtful and interesting. She looked at the fine grey soquili and asked "Loki, is that you, my you have grown, i almost didn't recongize you at all" she said with a look of surprise and happiness on her face.

Cihiru
"Hello, Sora." It was customary for one to follow an introduction with his name; and usually, he did. His mind was toying with ideas though, and giving away his identity just yet didn't seem much fun. I'm afraid you've mistaken me for someone else. Loki is a friend of mine, he mused. He speaks well of you though; I was hoping it was you... The stallion nodded; he couldn't bring himself to jest with the genuine and kind mare. "Maybe." He grinned jokingly instead. "It's alright, I don't think I'd recognize me either if I had to look at myself." Loki glanced to Sora briefly, shaking his head apologetically. "Thank you, but I've already eaten. I wouldn't mind tagging along though, if either of you are hungry?..."

Takakun
The soquili seemed to have paused for thought. Usually speaking everything on his mind, Sora wonders what the other could be thinking. But he seemed friendly enough, so he gave a happy neigh back. "How bout you alona? what do you want to do?"

hanging gallow
Alona laughed as she said "oh! thats good..it is you i wasn't even sure if i was right myself, your name came to mind so i made a guess..." Alona was relieved that it was Loki, when she had met him she wasn't quite sure if it was him or if she had mistaken him for someone else. "I'm not quite hunger either, I sort of took and apple from my keepers basket this morning" she smiling "she normals leaves it outside for any passing soquili to munch on"

Cihiru
"Your keeper?" This was a new word to him, and though he was accustomed to picking up words from context, he couldn't figure out what she could possibly mean. What would leave an apple out for a passing soqili? Thoroughly puzzled, Loki caught himself tilting his head with a furrowed brow. He must have looked dumbfounded. Scoffing at himself, he righted his posture and hoped his embarrassment didn't show too blatantly.

Takakun
Sora noticed the puzzled look on Loki and laughed, "I hear my big brother says the word bond. Our bonded two leggeds who lives with us. For us we live in the village. Where do you usually roam? I haven't seen you around before....."
He swung over to Loki and smiled again, hoping the two would run with him.

hanging gallow
Alona looked at Loki oddly "yes my keeper, or the human i'm bonded to, i call her keeper just for short, ....don't you have one?" Alona asked. She thought all soquilis were bonded to a human, but maybe it was just a few, or some that weren't. She watched as he looked confused but straighten himself up to keep himself looking dumbfounded, she laughed to herself. Even now he kept his appearance of pride, but it didn't bother her, he was thoughtful, and he thought differently from other soquilis and at time he could be wise. She enjoyed his company and friendship either way.

Cihiru
Bonds? Humans? Village? The latter, at least, was a word he recognized... even if he didn't know where the village they apparently lived was. "... No?" He could feel heat rising in his cheeks, though he was proud of himself for staying mostly composed this time. Was everyone supposed to have a human? "I wander wherever seems right at the time..." And realizing that wasn't overly heplful, he added "Usually the forest, though." He must have loved the middle of nowhere, because he was fairly certain he'd never even seen a 'human' before.

hanging gallow
Alona watched Loki's expression. He apparently had never met a human before and it seemed to trouble him. "Well, not every soquili is bonded with human" Alona said hopeing to keep him from feeling embarresed or bothered "I didn't get to be bonded with a human until this fall, I use to wander around everywhere, however I was alone in doing so, ", she said turning her head to look at the trees. Her past wasn't something she didn't want to drag out in the open at the moment.

Takakun
"c'mon you two. the day is too young to waste away. let's run!"
With a turn, the gray soquili dashed away, his strong long legs taking him far in a matter of seconds.
His long mane and tail streaming in the wind, blood pumping, Sora gave a victorious neigh as he enjoyed the icy wind across his face.

Cihiru
Considering he wasn't 'bonded', that much was obvious. And not the least bit comforting. The following comment was consoling though, and he told himself not to let it get to him. Just shrug it off; no human hadn't mattered thus far.

Sora's impatience caused him to frown lightly. This wasn't wasting the day away... Since when was conversing and enjoying the company of others a bad thing? He didn't think you had to be running or eating or doing something productive all the time to make good use of a day. And as such, he was reluctant to follow the other's dash toward the horizon, and instead looked at Alona to see what she would do.

hanging gallow
She smiled at Loki and said "you'll have to excuse sora, he means well, he is just very playful and at time he tends to act much like a colt, but he is kind, but he is not fond of conversations." Alona gave Loki a small nuzzled him slightly on his shoulder and said " come on we best not keep him waiting, besides I remember you once said that you enjoyed running, and you told me it wasn't racing, so come on you couldn't have grown out of running yet" she stood looking at Loki to see if he would follow her down slope.

Cihiru
Frowns didn't suit him. He nodded his understanding, adding a smile for comfort. "Fair enough, but..." He took a few steps to get started. "I still don't think we were being wasteful. And of course I still like running." The stallion took off at a canter, pacing himself until he could tell Alona was nearby. Now, where had Sora gone?... He hadn't cared enough to pay attention at the time.

hanging gallow
Alona followed just a hair bit behind Loki smiling, she didn't want to go at full speed until they had found Sora but was glad that Loki still enjoyed running. She had agreed with Loki, they weren't wasting their time at all, infact Alona enjoyed having conversations with Loki, however she knew that Sora found it quite tedious at times, but she didn't want to hurt anyone feelings by completely ingoring them or being mean so she would wait to continue having a conversation with Loki when Sora either ran out of breath, or had to go home. However she hoped that Loki didn't mind. She realized that she was thinking far too much and not concentrating on looking for Sora who had dashed away first. She wondered where he had dashed off to.

Takakun
Having left them behind, Sora had forgotten to watch if Alona and Loki had followed. He had now reached the edge of the forest, and slowed to a trot. Glancing back, he was surprised to not see the two and paused. where are they... he wondered, half aware that sometimes in the excitement of the moment he tended to lose track of other soquilis. Chiding himself slightly, he wandered around the edge, half heartedly biting at any berry bushes. He had liked spending time with the brown mare, finding her warm and he wished they could atleast spend a day together.
He sighed....and stamped his foot.

Cihiru
He picked up his pace a bit once Alona neared, figuring it was best to find Sora as soon as possible without losing eachother in the process. And with that thought in mind, he sniffed questioningly at the air. Despite having far from a tracker's sense of smell, he hoped to find some clue of the other's whereabouts... Especially since the mare didn't seem to know where he wandered either. "Any ideas?" he called to her, still searching as he did so. Alona had known Sora a while, right? Maybe she'd have some clue as to where he went, because he sure didn't know. In the meantime, he took a stab at a guess and directed his path toward the forest.

hanging gallow
Alona realized that Loki didn't know where Sora was either. She looked around...hmmm...alona thought...if i was Sora where would i go... Alona pondered and notice Loki take off walking in the direction of the forest.. ah ha! ...Alona thought that would be the best place to look first... "My guess would be the same as yours" Alona replied, "He may have headed towards the forest, knowing him he is probably nipping on some berries" she said smiling as she got up beside Loki.

Cihiru
"About time something came up I could help with." Forest berries he could manage! Loki knew most of the area well, and from that point it was just a matter of time to get there. Not a very difficult task at all; there were plenty of bushes bordering the forest boundary, which was pulling into sight by now. As they neared it, he cast a glance around, and sniffed again. "Sora?" Ears perked, he listened for a response, or even the sound of movement in the distance. Surely he was around here somewhere... The stallion wasn't keen on wandering around all day looking for someone that just had to wander off.

Takakun
He was turning around in circles trying to n** at his tail. It was a silly sight, a grown soquili turning around and around, with silvery gray mane and tail whipping about. Sora laughed, a high neighing sound. Then he spotted to familiar soquilis and half reared. "there you are! where have you been!" He ran to them and started nuzzling Alona.
hanging gallow
Alona nuzzled sora back. "We have been looking for you silly" Alona said smiling at sora. "You took off without a warning chance for us to keep up with you" Alona laughed.

Cihiru
Movement caught his attention - he turned to look, but Sora was already racing toward them. And then awkwardness struck him like a load of bricks. Loki cast his gaze away and studied the trees instead, making a step or two to distance himself. He felt like an outsider, intruding on them but unsure how to dismiss himself without appearing even ruder than he did already. So he settled for admiring the landscape and doing his best to listen to the birds' cheerful chorus instead of eavesdropping.

Takakun
"I'm sorry....."but the look of delight on his face showed how he felt and he bopped his head, "come come....I found berries! Isn't the forest great..............there so much nice food...............I've missed coming here" a wistful look came onto his face.

hanging gallow
"Well on the bright side, I can always count on you to find food Sora, you have been couped up way to long for your own good" she said laughing at his enthusaim. Alona noticed Loki's attempt to make himself look less noticable. She walked over to him and said "come on, if you feel as if your intruding your not, I promise," she shook her head in agreement and followed Sora.

Cihiru
He really did try, but he couldn't ignore the entirety of their conversation. Mention of food made him wince; he still wasn't hungry, and having it presented in this manner didn't sound the least bit appetizing. "Easy for you to say." The stallion looked to Alona, flashing an understanding smile in an attempt not to spread his discomfort. "If you insist." Loki did turn and follow, but trailed a bit behind, not entirely sold on the 'you're not intruding' comment. Sora acted as though he wasn't even there; if that wasn't intruding, he wasn't sure what was.

Clendria and Alona ^_^
hanging gallow
((thats fine Rein ^_^

hey chihiru ^_^))

Alona stood on her favorite spot in the whole field. On top of the slope that over looked the field and the woods. The wind blew and Alona was happy. It had finally snowed. She loved the snow, and everything about it. However as she stood blissfully enjoying the new snow, she heard a crunch of snow behind her, as if a soquili was near by. She turned around and saw a very odd soquili to her surprise.

Rein_Carnation
Celendria perked her ears as another's gaze lied upon her. She had never seen another Soquli in her life till this very moment. Strange thing was this other mare was not colored like the fallen snow and ice. Celendria calmly blew out in greeting to the new presence as she studied her. Her eyes held such a serene gaze as her ears flicked in curiousity.

hanging gallow
Alona nickered to her and said"Hello my name is Alona, I am pretty sure I have never met a soquili like you before." Alona took a step closer to look at the soquili much more carefully. She noticed that she was compleletly blue, like ice, and her long mane and tail reminded her of the new blanket of snow that laid on the the ground. This soquili was diffently very different.

Rein_Carnation
Celendria seemed to create a smile that accented her soft muzzle. She blew out once more in a happy sense, "My name is Celendria. Please forgive my curiousity but I've never seen another that is of my kind. Your coat is like the earth itself whereas mine is like the winter and ice around us. It seems so different to gaze upon".

The mare giggled inspite of herself for she was acting like a new foal learning new things around her.

hanging gallow
"I don't mind your curiousity at all, besides I have never met a soquili with such an odd color like you before, it is so unsual yet very lovely indeed" Alona said smiling and nodding her head.

Rein_Carnation
Celendria closed her eyes in a brief giggle to herself, "Well atleast I'm not the only one whom thinks our coats are different." she whickered with a tinge of siliness.
As a chilled wind snuck by she tossed her head and pawed the groud. "Hmm it is odd that this cold does not affect me. Does it bother you at all?" she queried with more curiousity.

hanging gallow
"Well for me, it is cold, and makes me want to shiver, however I love the cold, but thats odd it doesn't affect you, maybe it has something to do with you odd coat" Alona replied nodding her head in approval. The wind picked up and Alona looked to the sky waiting for a snowflake to fall.

Rein_Carnation
Celendria nodded her head thoughtfully, "It must be as I've never thought about it before. I'd love to meet other Soquli someday. I'm sure there are all different sorts of coats we all carry." she said with a contemplative look.

Her neck stretched upward causing her head to look into the sky as well.
"Ah snow is coming. I can feel the cold coming closer."

hanging gallow
"Oh! really it will snow more, oh that is wonderful news, i love when the snow falls" Alona said with a look of excietment on her face as she watched the clouds in the sky waiting for the snow to come.

"What is your favorite thing about winter Celendria" Alona said taking her eyes from the sky to look at her.

Sora and Alona

Takakun

Sora cantered through the fields, tossing his head as he gazed about the snow falling around him, forming ice crystals on his coat.
It was cold.....ice from the sky and wind, thus he shivered slightly, trying to create warmth.
He wondered when the time of long cold will go away....

hanging gallow
Alona left Lilly who was busy baking things for her to eat for the winter season. She trotted down to her favorite spot on the field. The winter wind blew across the field and Alona shivered slightly. The snow crunched lightly under her feet. She was enjoying the weather. Snowflakes were falling and were getting caught in her curly mane as she stood taking in the cold air. She looked around and noticed Sora who was cantering in the field. She nickered to him if she could join him.

Takakun
Sora turned, "Hello Alona....the ice water is falling again..." he peered upwards, whickering lightly. He liked watching them fall. He didn't know where they came from but they were pretty and cold. And soon they'll disappear and the trees will come to color again. He liked that.....

hanging gallow
"They sure are Sora, I love the snow, fall and winter are my favorite time of the year" Alona said trotting down the slope to meet Sora again. She spotted a snowflake the size she wanted and started to chase it to eat it.

Takakun

Sora stared after Alona, wondering what she was doing and started to laugh. He trotted by her and sniffed around, then started chasing a snowflake with his tongue hanging out.
"is this the right way alone?" he mumbled out, his tongue still flapping about getting cold.

hanging gallow
"it sure is sora" Alona said laughing as she watched sora running around with his tongue hanging out. The snow was falling heavier and it was getting harder to see sora in blending in to the white snowfall.

Takakun
The next instant Sora was next to Alona, sniffing at her. Raised with his bonded hunters, he learn to track and smell better so he always knows where they are.
"Are you ok Alona? Do you want to go back to the village?"
He tugged gently at her mane and sloshed to the other side.
"C'mon...let's go home."

((sleeepy....))

Izusa, Cyrus, Orhcu, and Alona

Sayuri_Nitta
Izusa carefully pushed the last bit of earth back over the shallow hole with her cloven hoof and patted it down. It would be a long time till that silly human found her hair comb and she snickered to herself, her wings flapping a little. She looked around her, wondering what other mischief she could cause. The place looked pretty boring; where were all the other's like her? She clipped along, her hooves kicking up dust and she wandered over to the main fire, walking around the edge of it.

hanging gallow
Alona was a little chilly, and Lilly refused to put a fire up. Lilly wasn't in a very good mood today so Alona left and headed to the village. She noticed that the main fire was still burning so she trotted closer to it. However just as she had reached the outer edge of light that the fire casted she notice another soquili. However this soquili was far different from any that she had ever seen. At first Alona thought it was a wind soquili, but its wings were too different. The wings resembled more like a bat wings than the feather wings that Kali had. This soquili also had an very odd tail with funny looking hooves. Alona wasn't sure if she should approach the soquili or leave her alone. She didn't look like she was up to much good to begin with and the way that the fire cast upon her made her look as if she could almost be pure evil. Alona remianed frozen on the spot not knowing what to do.

Sayuri_Nitta
Izusa paced around the fire; it wasnt interesting enough to hold her attention for long though and she soon cast her eyes around for something else to do. That was when she spied the mare, and she sniffed the air, filling her nostrils with the other's scent. The little filly flicked her strange tail and then approached slowly. The mare seemed wary of her, but she was still alot bigger and so Izusa walked slowly, her wings folded now along her back. She stopped a few steps away from Alona and looked at her with a tilted head.

hanging gallow
Alona wasn't quite sure want to do. The filly had spotted her before she could creep away silently. She shook her head and gave slight smile to say "Hello my name is Alona, I don't think i have met you before." Alona crepted alittle closer to the young filly hoping that she wouldn't be startled. Alona wondered if it was the soquilis that Loki had once mention, the flesh eating ones, however she was quite sure, or at least hopeing, that she wouldn't bit her.

Sayuri_Nitta
Izusa didnt answer straight away, opening her wings slowly and flapping them a little. She loved the feel of the air on the membrane, and she arched her neck a little before folding them again. The little filly wondered if she could play a little with this one...and she lowered her head, her ears going back as she put on a pitiful air;
'I'm Izusa..' she said quietly.
'Are you going to hurt me?'

hanging gallow
Alona was a little shaken with the question the filly gave her. Me hurt her....do i look that scary, Alona wondered. "No I wouldn't hurt you, what would give you that idea" she asked cautionly as if she was treading on thin ice. Alona was wondering what this filly was upto, she was different, very different.

Sayuri_Nitta
Izusa smirked to herself; this one was soft hearted - really easy to play with. She pawed the ground with a hoof as though shy.
'Well I look so different from you - the human who had my basket said I was scary,' she tacked on a little sniffle for good measure.

hanging gallow
((thats fine with me if Cyrus joins ^_^))

Alona could tell something was wrong. She couldn't place down what it was but something was not right with this soquili, she could feel it. Yet she didn't want to say anything, or offend the filly so she continued. "Why would the human think you were scary, I don't think you are scary at all" Alona said placing the most friendlist smile on her face as she could. Just smile and be nice, just smile and be nice was all Alona could think.

Sayuri_Nitta
'Maybe because of my weird tail,' she said, flicking it around. The many strands coiled as she did so and her wings rustled on her back again. Izusa pretended to be pleased;
'Oh you dont think I am scary! Oh I am so happy.'

Draculas Babe
( heart )

Cyrus had been sleeping for the past couple hours since he was up late the last night. But soon his resting was coming to it's end, for the tree that was blocking the sunlight from him had just disappeared, the sun earths rotation sometimes got to Cyrus' nerves. He awoke yawning. He got up and shook his himself off from some leaves that had made their way onto him.

He then sauntered his way past trees and gorges. He walked past a scent of twp horses. One familiar, another strangely different. It gave him a sort of chill. He started to run towards them, soon he met up with the two Soquili's. Alona and a filly. This one looked like no other he had seen before however.

hanging gallow
What indeed a strange tail, Alona thought but she made sure not to say anything about that at all. "Well I think you tail is pretty and it isn't scary at all" Alona said nodding and thinking smile and be nice smile and be nice. A sound caught Alona's ear, it was another soquili. She hoped it wasn't another soquili that looked like Izusa or a bigger version of Izusa. It wasn't, but it was a face Alona was pleased to met. "Hello Cyrus" Alona said giving him a small smile of relief. She was glad that now she wasn't alone with the foal.

Sayuri_Nitta
'Don't let him hurt me!' Izusa squeaked, skipping on light hooves behind Alona, grinning to herself. This was fun.
'He'll think I'm weird too,' she said, fluttering her wings in an agitated fashion.

Draculas Babe
"Hey, Alona." He looked at the frightened filly. "Hello, there." he smiled warmly, he had never in any of his days seen such an unique filly. He glanced back up at Alona, wearily. She's probably a very nice filly, don't be judgemental Cyrus. He kept telling himself over and over. Cyrus peered down at the filly, "Hurt you?" Cyrus chuckled. "I could barely hurt a fly. He thought back to Zephi's inncident where he almost killed a wolf. He seemed to appear nervous while he thought about it. "What might your name be little lady."

Sayuri_Nitta
'Izusa,' she said as she stepped back out from behind the mare. She tilted her head again, regarding the stallion thoughtfully and she clipped delicately over to him, showing her cloven hooves to best affect. Her nostrils flared as she smelled Cyrus's scent.

hanging gallow
Alona watched the young filly hid behind her. She smiled at the filly "Cyrus wouldn't hurt you at all, and i'm sure he wouldn't think you as werid, but if you want I won't let him come too close to you." It was all Alona could think of to do for the filly. She gave a confused look to Cyrus, half smiling and almost half pleading him not to be mad at her, she didn't want to hurt him, she hoped he would understand. But she didn't want the filly to be too agitated, Alona was a little wary of the filly, she still could tell something was not right. To Alona's surprise the filly got closer to Cyrus, and Alona let out a small sigh. At least she isn't too afraid of Cyrus, I hope Cyrus won't be mad at me, Alona said looking done at the ground as if more ashamed then anything.

Edited there we go thats a little better ^_^

Draculas Babe
(Just switch mine and yours around. ^^ or what she said...)

Cyrus watched Alona and gave a half hearted sigh to himself. "My, thats a beautiful name you have, Izusa." Cyrus stayed a little farther back from the to females. He knew he was big but he didn't consider himself a brute. He was rather large and muscular. "I'm Cyrus by the way. i think Alona mentioned that already. Pleased to meet you Izusa." Cyrus glanced at Alona in understanding, he gave her "it's fine," look.

Sayuri_Nitta
Izusa grazed her nose against Cyrus's flank...that being the highest she could reach. She hadnt even tried her wings yet, and wasnt about to as she didnt want to show weakness in front of these two.
'Hello Cyrus,' she said softly. He was a biig male, and she fluttered her wings a little. She sniffed the air, scenting something that made her belly talk to her.
'Gotta go. The human has food for me,' and she skipped away without a bye or a look behind her.

(( Gotta go sorry - need foooood ))

hanging gallow
When Izusa left Alona breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank you for coming Cyrus" Alona said giving him a small smile. She was glad that he hadn't gotten upset with her. She trotted to him and gave him a small nudge on his shoulder. "So how have you been Cyrus, I haven't seen you in a while, are you alright" she asked him remembering when he had left the day she had met Sora.

Draculas Babe
"No problem," he said. "I was just in the area," he smiled and it slowly faded as she asked if he was alright. "I suppose, I'm fine." He flicked his tail in nervousness.

hanging gallow
"Are you sure" she said peering at him a little closer. He seemed a little nervous, which was unusal for Alona to see him like that. She was use to him being confident and bold, but he seemed as if something bothered him, but he didn't want to say it.

Draculas Babe
Alona seemed to know Cyrus like a book, he really didn't want to say it for one, he would be embarrased and two, it would be very envious and Cyrus didn't like feeling that way. He was jealous to put it bluntly. He looked at the ground and not at Alona as he usually did, "I'm jealous of you and Sora." he said it so plainly. He kicked at the ground humiliated.

hanging gallow
Alona looked a little shocked. Jealous, she thought, jealous of what...she shook her head. "Oh! Cyrus I didn't know," she said hoping he wouldn't feel so bad telling her. She nudged him again and said "I didn't realize you were jealous, I didn't know, you shouldn't be jealous, Sora is a good friend, yet he still is very colt like, and well he isn't the same as you are, you are someone I can talk to, and well, Sora isn't all that interested in talking, he enjoys playing alot more, Cyrus, I enjoy being with you, and...." Alona didn't know what else to say, she couldn't think of what else she could put into words. She shook her head and looked at the ground feeling her a blush creep up her cheeks.

Draculas Babe
Cyrus thought of her words kindly, he smiled, He nudged her muzzle so he was looking at her, she was blushing!? He was confused yet then again he wasn't. "Thanks," he smiled. "Then again are you saying I'm not playful, I must be boring then?" he asked sarcastically and more funlike while grinning.

hanging gallow
((Foalen: xd who knows xd ))

Alona smiled at him "Of course you are playful" she said as she went to n** at his mane playfull. "But you at least have serious side, Sora is all play, you, you are an equal balance of both" she said smiling "and that is why I enjoy being with you, your not too playful, but not always too serious."

Draculas Babe
((:must control laughter smile )

Cyrus looked at her, he had known her for awhile but he had no idea she knew him so well. "Huh, I'm balanced." thats interesting. He pranced around her and took a n** at her mane. A gust of wind swept up his mane and tail. He hadn't realized it was cold until now. He then felt something soft on his ear...then nose. "It's...snowing." he looked up as rather large snowflakes began to appear.

hanging gallow
((*has a large cheesy grin on her face like an idiot* biggrin xd ))

Alona shivered slightly as a gust of wind appeared. She also hadn't noticed how cold it was she had forgotten her walk over to find a fire to keep her warm. She looked up at the sky as Cyrus said it was snowing, and sure enough it was. She was about to stick out her tongue to catch a large snowflake that was falling beside her, however she kept herself from doing so.

Draculas Babe
Cyrus was watching a paticular snowflacke which was actually two snowflakes combined. It was quite interesting, his emerald eyes were following it, unexpectidly the rather large stallion reared up and ate it. He grinned and looked at Alona who looked like she was refraining from catching snowflakes. "Their beautiful."

hanging gallow
((*pokes polar's basket with curiosity* xd ))

Alona laughed. "So I guess snowflakes are just as pleasing to catch as chasing leaves are" she said as she watched him catch a snowflake. "There sure are beautiful" Alona said as she pranced around in a circle letting the snowflakes catch her mane and tail.

Draculas Babe
"I think snowflakes are better since you can eat them." he said emphasizing on "eat" and "them." "If you are cold I have blanket coverings Lily hung them close to here since she knows that I'm always around these parts. She hangs them in random places in case someone needs them." he nodded as he watched her catch snowflakes.

hanging gallow
Alona laughed as she dived for large snowflake that grew close to the ground. She looked up and smiled at Cyrus. "It is a little chilly" she said stopping for a moment from her hunt of snowflakes.

Draculas Babe
"C'mon, then." he smiled and took off in an east direction. He swivled around trees and stopped abrubtly. Their were three blankets laying in the pile. He huffed and watched his breath cloud, slightly amused by it. He heard a tree branch crack from a different tree and it crashed down. He perked his ears and looked at it, it was an old sycamore. (I don't mind.)

-Polar-
Polar was out hunting for rabbits in the snow while Orchu rested lightly inside the bundles of his basket near the fire just outside their teepee. He was awoken abrutly when a ominous snapping sound rang out through the silence. His basket violently shook and a frightened whinny escaped him. His ears shifted rapidly as he twisted and turned within the the blankets lining his basket. He snorted lightly when he heard the voice of two soquili not too far from his confines. "Hello?" Orchu called out in a barely audiable voice. One of the voices he had heard seemed familiar.

hanging gallow
((I don't mind either Polar ^_^))

Alona followed Cyrus to the blankets. When the old sycamore tree crashed, the loud noise startled Alona and she accidently ran it to Cyrus not noticing that he had stopped. "Oh! I'm sorry" she said shaking her head as she skittered toward the blankets to keep him from seeing her blush from being a clutz. She spotted a green blanket and went to slip it on her when she heard a hello. He ears perked up and she looked at Cyrus. "Did you hear anything?" she asked him looking slightly confused.

Draculas Babe
"It's fine," he chuckled as he slipped the more earthly tone one on. "Yes, it sounded like a voive I've heard before." He looked towards where it was. "It was the basket," he exclaimed. "I've talked to it once before, I believe." he smiled and walked over to it.

-Polar-
Orchu heard more voices then dim hooves against the ground coming towards him basket. Suddenly Orchu recalled the name of the soquili the familiar voice was coming from. "C-cyrus?" He asked timidly; again his voice the sound of a whisper. "Is that you?" He twitched his ears again and with his curiosity asked, "W-who is with you?" Orchu impatiently waited for a respose as he scuttled around his basket again, causing it to rock back and forth dangerously.

hanging gallow
"A basket?" Alona was slightly confused on what he meant by basket. She had never seen a soquili in a basket before, and was slightly confused by what he meant. She followed over to a samll blue, white, and sliverish basket. It looked beautiful and Alona nudged it slightly out of curiosity.

Draculas Babe
"Yes, it's me. I brought a friend along. Her name is Alona." he looked at the basket watching it wiggle. He had been wondering for sometime when the colt would come out.

hanging gallow
"Hello little one" Alona said nudgeing the basket as it wiggled. Alona wondered if she had come from a basket too. She couldn't remember if she did or didn't.

-Polar-
Orchu's wings ruffled out gently after being nudged and he shook his back lightly. "Oh," Orchu stated evenly. "Hi Alona." Orchu was getting large fast and his miniscule basket had swiftly become uncomfortable as he grew. Orchu yawned calmly and inquired, "What are you two doing?"

Alona and Dyami

hanging gallow
((hmm neither can i but I'll try))

Alona wondered out to her favorite field. It had been a few days since she had a chance to visit it. She took a deep breath of the frosty air. It felt good to be outside. She looked up to the sky as the snowflakes fell.

samus x
Dyami shook his head in irritation of the winter weather. he wondered out to a field, more to stretch his legs than anything. he noticed another soquili not too far from him. he snorted and notice the other soquili was looking up in the sky enjoying the cold weater.

(( ^ ^ ))

hanging gallow
Alona heard a snort from somewhere behind him. She turned to see a soquili that were the colors red and green. She had never met a green and red soquili but decided that maybe he was colored after the holidays. She nickered to him a greeting and said pleasently "Hello may name is Alona, how are you?"

samus x
Dyami nickered back the greeting and said," hello Alona, and im doing ok even though it close the wreched holidays." he gave a snort and shook his head again. he really rather hated the holidays and rather kept to himslef when ever they where around.

hanging gallow
Alona snorted "hmph so you are not the only to hate the holidays then, Lilly, my bonded two legger doesn't take well to the holidays either, she has been rather grumpy" Alona said looking off into the direction of the village. "But that doesn't bother me, i'm just happy it is snowing" she said looking up towards the sky.

samus x
Dyami pawed with a hoof at the snow, shaking his head," well theres a reson i dont like these holidays." he looked up at the snow in the sky and said," my bonded 2 legger likes these holidays and keeps trying to convince me to like them," he gave a snort," but i never really will but my bonded two legger i guess means well enough."

hanging gallow
"Oh! I'm sure does, they all do i'm sure they all mean well, Lilly means well at times too, but if you don't like the holidays I'm sure he will understand oneday" Alona said looking at Dyami and giving him a smile of reassurance.

samus x
" yeah i guess your right." Dymai smiled back and realized he never told Alona his name," oh and i almost for got to tell you my names dyami." shacking his head again to get the snow off.

hanging gallow
"Oh! I didn't even realize that you didn't tell me your name yet, Dyami, well it is nice to meet you Dyami" Alona said smiling pleasently at him.

samus x
Dyami smiled," and its nice meeting you too," he nooded," is there anyother soquili's aroudn this area, becouse im rather new to this part."

hanging gallow
"I don't think anyone else is out at the moment, there are all somewhere hidden in the village" she said looking around.

samus x
" i see well i guess i wil go look for others someother time since it rather snowy," he said with anouther shake of his head. the snow was getign rather on his nevers but he rather not leave since he just meet a new soquili.

hanging gallow
"Oh! but isn't the snow grand" Alona said excitedly. She pranced around in a circle looking at the sky.

samus x
Dyami smiled," i guess if your use to it, it really is." he watched as Alona pranced about and looked up at the sky. he rather liked having a bit of company and started to pranced around with Alona.

hanging gallow
Alona laughed as Dyami joined in on the prancing. "See now theres the spirit" she said smiling at him.

samus x
Dyami chuckled and smiled," i guess your right." he shook he head about and was having a nice time.

hanging gallow
((yay! i got a slot yay!))

Alona pranced around a little more and then spotted a large snowflake. She chased after it and caught it to eat it. "A friend of mine said that snowflakes are beautiful but are just as good to eat, and he is right about that" she said after the snowflaked melted in her mouth.

samus x
(( ^ ^ same here!))

Dmayi smiled," hmmmm let me try." he chased after a big snowflakes and caught it. he laughed as the snowflake melted in his mouth," your right." he looked up at the sky, looking for another just for fun.

hanging gallow
"They sure are pretty tasty" Alona said chasing after another large one.

Alona and Loki

Cihiru
It was an unusually breezy morning; the wind blew crisp from the north, carrying a decidedly nippy chill and dislodging drying leaves from their branches. Birds lazily flapped their wings in its current, while a Soquili ran with its pace. His hooves thundered against the blanketed earth, fueled easily by musceled limbs and a figure that seemed quite accustomed to the excersize. The stallion appeared determined to keep up with its unforgiving momentum, for he took in great gulps of air, and urged himself faster, until his nostrils flared and his sides heaved with exaustion.

Satisfied (not defeated), Loki slowed his pace to a comfortable lope, and shook out his unruly mane to throw an observant gaze along the horizon. He'd cleared the forest quite a ways now, and was actually quite near the Kawani village, if he didn't miss his guess. Closer than he liked to admit; he'd been wandering nearer more frequently lately. Something kept him coming back. Whether it was the curious myriad of smells drifting from the settlements, or the way he seemed to bump into others just around this area, he couldn't deny he often found his runs passing here. Maybe it was his friendly neighborhood concience telling him he needed to be more social. Get out and talk sometimes... Loki snorted to himself; he was plenty social!

hanging gallow
Alona decided to go further into the deep forest. She had never been but to the outskirts of it. As she was trotting throught she noticed a path, a path that had been run by a soquili. Alona, as cuorious as she was, decided that maybe she would follow it. It was a beautiful winter day, well at least in Alona's opinion. Not paying much attention to where she was going she almost ran into Loki. She stopped abruptly before running him over. "Oh! Hello Loki I didn't see you there" Alona said smiling with a little blush for being a little bit of a clutz at times.

Cihiru
Attentive ears twitched at the sound of footsteps... hooves, more specifically. Loki peered over his shoulder as they neared, and sidestepped when he saw Alona pacing somewhat absently - at first, he wasn't sure she was going to stop; better safe than sorry. "That's alright. I almost blend right in." He grinned warmly, oblivious to her embarrassment. Or at least, he pretended he was. "Enjoying the snow, I trust?" The stallion shuffled a hoof through a drift as he recalled her fondness for it, and his vow to wait and see how it was for himself. As it turned out, snow wasn't too bad afterall. Cold, yes. But also rather beautiful and calm in its own right. The way the sun glistened off it cast a new sort of perspective on his surroundings, and he couldn't help but appreciate that.

hanging gallow
"Oh! yes the snow is wonderful, it is so beautiful and cold" Alona said smiling. "Are you enjoying, if I remember you said you had never seen snow before have you," she asked him wondering if he was having fun like she was.

Cihiru
"Nope, I hadn't." He took the opportunity to glance up at the sky, as if expecting more flakes to fall from its abyss. "Now, I'm not sure I enjoy it quite as much as you - but it's alright. I don't mind it. Kind of a nice change of pace after all the brown." Loki flicked his tail idly and lowered his gaze to settle on Alona. "Can't say I'm fond of the um... winter coat, though." The stallion arched a brow and glanced over his shoulder at his own pelt. "Scruffy doesn't really suit me, if I may say so myself."

hanging gallow
Alona laughed. "I think you winter coat suites you just fine" she said smiling at him. "But i can't blame you, I really am not fond of my winter coat either" Alona said looking at her own winter coat that had started to curl just slightly.

Cihiru
"Are you implying I'm scruffy?" He adverted his gaze from his coat to the mare, and painted his expression with the faintest of pouting frowns. "And here I thought I was being gentlemanly, just like my mother taught me!" This sobered his expression, despite the obvious joking overtones. His mother really wasn't something to laugh about; why did he still have such a hard time selecting his words? "In that case, I think you're fluffy." Loki poked out his tongue and wrinkled his nose at her.

hanging gallow
Alona laughed. "I don't think you are scruffy silly I think it looks good on you" Alona said smiling "besides I know I'm fluffy" Alona pranced around in a circle "fluffy like a cute bunny" Alona said playfully. She knew that her fluffy coat had looked silly on her, but it was better pretending to like it and appreicate it worked better then insulting someone back.

Cihiru
"I agree - fluffy like a bunny, that is." He never said fluffy was a bad thing, after all. And could he have heard her thoughts, he would have disagreed. It wasn't silly at all. Certainly a far sight better than his own, in all sorts of disarray. But then, it was all a matter of perspective. Loki decided to leave it at that, and hoped she wouldn't take his idle teasings as insults. "And thank you, I think..." He fixed her with a sideways stare. "Bunny and Mutt is it, then?"

hanging gallow
"Mutt? Your no mutt Loki, you look more like a fox, winter fox" she said smiling. "And you are welcome" she said having her eyes gaze around the forest. "What were you doing all the way out here Loki" she said looking at a small tree that was leaning slightly to onside by the weight of the snow.

Cihiru
Loki wasn't too certain he'd ever seen these winter fox things, but it sounded decidedly like a compliment anyway, and he couldn't hide his embarrassed smile. "All the way out here?" His ears perked forward as he looked out accross the horizon. "I kind of live somewhere around here, most of the time. You bonded Soquilis live all the way out there to me." He gave a sort of joking, knowing grin. It really was all about perspective, wasn't it? "I find it's fairly nice here. Quiet, calm, and scenic! Not sure how much more you could want. I think I was wandering though, now that you mention it." Again, he shuffled a hoof through the blanket of snow, and made an absent, almost thoughtful 'hmm.'

hanging gallow
"Oh! You live way out here, no wonder why I never see you around village, now that you mentioned it I remember you had never seen a two legger around much" she said "and your right we do live way out from where you do" she replied looking around. "I don't think I have been this way before though, however you are right it is lovely here, beautiful, scenic, quiet and calm" she said looking up at the sky and back at Loki.

Cihiru
He laughed at what seemed like her epiphany, and wasn't about to correct her on the note that he had never seen a human at the time; there was no 'much' to it. "Yup, I suppose you could say that. I didn't make it down to the valleys very often until recently. Not much reason to go there, really. Just boredom, sometimes." Loki nodded, glad she too appreciated this place he called home. Part of him wanted to ask what made her want to live with people, but it wasn't his buisness to bother, and he vaguely recalled some sensitivity in regards to the subject anyway. He couldn't quite remember what, but it was enough to deter him. "You keep making it sound like it's the middle of nowhere - is it really that bad?"

hanging gallow
"Oh! no in the middle of nowhere is a great place, it ususallyis, for me it means, a place that i am not acustomed to, a place that I have never really been before. A place that I have yet to explore. What else is around here Loki. And how could you get bored enough to go to near the village, there is almost nothing new to see there" Alona said looking around to see if there was anything else to spot new that she had never discovered before.

Cihiru
"Well, that's a loaded comment and question all in one." He tilted his head thoughtfully and glanced to the afternoon sky. "You've opened a bit of a can of worms, I'm afraid." Loki turned back to her, his expression slightly more grounded than usual. "The unknown is always new and interesting, isn't it? Humans are completely foreign to me. Our mother - she mostly raised Kali and me - was very adamant about keeping us secluded. I'd actually never even seen another ground Soquili until I met you. You can imagine how badly she must have wanted to keep us away from people. I don't suppose I'll ever understand why, though..." The stallion closed his eyes briefly and paused to let Alona gather whatever thoughts she might have. "Anyway, curiosity compells me. As to what there is around here..." He glanced over his shoulder. "Trees. Lots of trees. Maybe a cave or two, and some fruit that's probably not very good this time of season. Mountain lions, bears, and all kinds of other critters you may or may not have heard about."

hanging gallow
Alona was a little surprised at what Loki said. He had again called her a ground soquili, in which this puzzled her greatly. His mother.... Kali..... thoughts all arose to Alona. Kali.....that named seemed familiar...Kali... Kali......wait....Kali was the filly with feathered wings, black and white, she had mentioned.... that she had a brother....a brother whom she said was interesting, different, unique in a way that her family wasn't.... Kali's brother...Kali's brother was Loki, she had said his name was Loki. Alona looked at the ground thinking, all of it was hitting her, her eyes widen as she remembered Kali's words. She had been so busy worrying about Cyrus that she didn't remember Kali. When he mentioned wild creatues she shivered slightly and closed her eyes. She shook her head and opened her eyes as soon as the noise in her head died down. She remained looking at the ground, "I'm sure you mother did it out of love Loki," she said camly she didn't want to mention that she had met Kali to him or seemed stressed. "However I'm confused, why do you call me a ground soquili" she said looking up at him.

Cihiru
He had anticipated a similar reaction, though not quite to that degree. He didn't think he said anything that horrible. "I don't mean it as a bad thing... I'm a ground Soquili too." Loki smiled reassuringly. "I just mean we can't fly. Unless you're hiding something; and if that's the case, I just mean I can't fly." He glanced back to the sky for a moment, and gave his tail another idle flick. "I'll stop saying it if it bothers you though. I'm just used to it, I guess." He could understand how it could be taken as derogatory, now that he actually stood back and thought about it - but he still couldn't really tell himself it was supposed to bother him. He'd put too much effort into making himself stop caring.

hanging gallow
"Oh no that doesn't bother me, I was just curious about what it meant and no I don't think I can fly either, which really doesnt' bother me too much, I'm not a big fan of heights." Alona said in a cheerfull manner to keep him from being bothered by what she had said earlier. "You mentioned Kali, she is your sister, isn't she" Alona said looking down at the ground "I've met her, when she was a filly, she mentioned she had a brother but I didn't realize it was you Loki."

Cihiru
"I wish I could say the same. I think I'd rather like flying." And that was more than enough information; he wasn't about to divulge he'd been having nightmares about flying and falling for as long as he could remember. "Ah, yes... The loud-mouthed, overbearing sister. It's unfortunate to say she is indeed mine; though I'm relieved you didn't realize until just now. It's always good news to hear we have little to no resembelance!" Loki grinned a little in an attempt to keep their conversation from drifting into the realm of the depressing.

A whole lot of soquilis xd
PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
He snorted as he trotted into the area, and looked about, wondering if he'd get to meet a few new friends, fewer stallions than mares, hopefully. "Now, where was I off to again?" He muttered to himself, and scented the air to find his direction.

hanging gallow
Alona trotted her way to her favorite spot in the valley. She was enjoying the morning air as always and eyeing the sun rise that was reaching the trees. She wondered if any other soquii would be up and around so early in the morning. She took in a deep breath of cold air and snorted and watch the steam of her breath float on.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania scented the air again, and this time he swore he smelled the scent of a mare. Trotting toward the scent, he continued to admire the morning. He loved the morning; it was always so beautiful, and the grass was always fresh and wet and tasty, so it was best to eat in the morning as well. As he moved, he came upon a beautiful mare, watching the sunrise. "Hello," he greeted quietly, so that he didn't startle her. He'd seen a lot of mares, and this one was just as beautiful as the others he'd seen... actually, he'd seen so many beautiful mares lately, he couldn't decide on a favorite.

Cihiru
Loki had departed from his forest dwelling quite early in the day - well before sunrise, which was more than a little unusual for him. (Kali would often groan her disdain when he woke in the younger hours of noon) But he'd been restless, and couldn't keep himself from wandering. It was one of those times where he was itching to do something, and his limbs ached at inactivity. So, he'd gone with the obvious, and set himself into motion... And found himself here, at the valley of what he'd come to recognize as Alona's favored field. He rooted himself once he realized he was here, and looked absently to the glowing morning sky. It was probably his subconciousness wishing Alona would happen by, and he didn't care enough to object.

hanging gallow
Alona's ears perked up at the another voice of a soquili. She hadn't expected to meet anyone out this early except Loki, but that would be alright, she didn't mind the extra company. Her eyes scanned the area, she had halfed hoped she would met Loki again, but not seeing him she greeted the other soquili.

"Hello, I don't think I have met you before, my name is Alona" she smiling as cheerful as her mood would let her.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania noticed that the mare was only half-heartedly greeting him. He backed away, saying gently, "I'm sorry if I interrupted you. I'm new, Alona, and it seems I have yet to introduce myself. My name is Hania," with his name, he bowed. He was a gentlehorse (gentleman?), after all. "I'm sorry I have disrupted your quiet pleasure," he repeated softly, watching her. That is, until he scented another stallion. Whipping up his head, he looked over to a hilltop and spotted a white stallion, watching the sunrise.

hanging gallow
"Oh! no your not disrupted my quiet pleasure, not at all, I was just hoping a friend of mine would be here, please forgive me if i seemed rude, I didn't mean to, i..." she shook her head to keep from furstrating herself. She didn't mean to seem rude and offense to the new comer. She started to blush out of aggrevation with herself. "It is a pleasure to met you Hania" Alona said with the a cheeful smile hoping to cast all doubt of her frist greeting away.

Cihiru
'Hello'? The stallion's ears twitched at the sound; he'd thought he was alone, and idly wondered why he hadn't smelled anyone until then. And then the introduction was echoed, by another - his ears swiveled more fully at this, and his head turned to follow it. One was Alona, he was certain. Loki spotted the pair easily once he'd heard them, and trotted toward them without giving it much thought. "Good morning!" Once he'd neared, he neighed a greeting, and gave them both what he thought was a pleasent grin. "Sorry to interrupt - I'm Loki."

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
"If you're sure," Hania replied, slowly and gently, still watching the white stallion. "Of course, I suppose HE isn't the friend you're waiting for?" Hania said, turning to look at Alona then looking back to the other stallion. "Are you friends?" Hania asked. He was emotionless at the moment. Other stallions, for some reason, always made him tense. He couldn't figure out why, but he always felt competitive around them for some reason... which was why he lived alone, as a matter of fact.

hanging gallow
"Loki! Your here" Alona said cheerfully she was happy to see him. "Yes he was the friend I was hopeing would be here Hania, I must have missed seeing him" Alona said blushing a little. She had a tendancy to miss seeing other soquili's alot, she wasn't use to seeing them at all.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania nodded and said, "I see." Smiling a little at Alona's blush, and shaking his head in silent laughter, he greeted the newcomer (well, to him the stallion was a newcomer). "Greetings. I see that you and Alona are friends. I'm Hania," he tried to keep it friendly, but with his nature, all stallions were rivals, be they friends or foes. He was a naturally free-feeling horse, after all.

Cihiru
The stallion's standoffish lack of greeting caught him offguard, and he blinked, slightly taken aback. "That I am!" he offered to Alona instead, smiling broadly... Though he could feel hints of a blush beneath his fur. One of these days, he'd learn to accept compliments gracefully, he vowed. Some day. But not this one; his awkward smile remained. "Hello to you too, then, Hania" He glanced briefly to the other, one brow arched in question and one ear tilted backward in the faintest signs of apprehension.

hanging gallow
Aloan returned Loki's smile, she was happy he was here. However, Alona could sense a rising apprehension between the two stallions. She didn't want an arguement to break out so she tried to remain as cheeful as possible. "So...How is everyone doing this morning" Alona said with a hint of a cheesy grin on her face trying to keep the uneasiness away.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania blinked as he watched signs of apprehension come off Loki. "You will not tell me your name?" Hania asked, chuckling. He was slightly amused. Yes, he'd heard the stallion's name from Alona, but he liked the actual horse to introduce him or herself, because their name was their name, unless they allowed their friends to introduce them instead. "I'm sorry I came off as tense," he added, hoping to ease the rising tension that he felt. He couldn't help it sometimes, and he knew it. Since there was a mare, he decided to be civil; after all, he was here to make friends, was he not? "This morning is a fine one for me," he said, answering Alona's question.

Cihiru
The ear was, in fact, the only way the apprehension was expressed. As far as he was aware, anyway. "I really just hadn't gotten that far yet," he lied. His name was one of the first things he offered; it wasn't his fault the other didn't care to pay attention. "I'm sorry, I'm Loki." He sighed inwardly, but made a concious effort not to let that surface too. "It's too early, as far as I'm concerned. But otherwise, just grand." The stallion gave an exaggerated yawn, and another smile.

hanging gallow
Alona laughed as Loki yawned and gave him a slight nudge. "Its not early at all sleepy" she said giving him a large smile. She was still excited to see that he was here. She enjoyed meeting him in the morning and having a conversation with him. "And I'm glad the morning is going good for you Hania, do you normally enjoy being out the early" Alona said hoping to get a conversation started without any more hostility entering.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania blinked again, then remembered that Loki did introduce his name. "I apologize. It probably is far too early in the morning, but I now remember that you did tell me your name." Hania managed to make himself look calm, although competitiveness and apprehension was slowly boiling up inside him. "I enjoy the morning quite a bit. Alona, what do you like about the morning?" he tried to start another conversation to ease up the tension he hadn't meant to start. "I came out early to see if I could make friends," he said quietly, moving away to the right, slightly, so that he was standing fairly close to the place he'd come from. He lived alone, so making friends was new to him a bit.

Cihiru
"It's plenty early!" Loki stuck his tounge out at her and returned the nudge with a light tap of his own. After righting his expression, he turned back to Hania, and offered yet another smile. "It's fine, never hurts to repeat an introduction anyway." He had been content to eat the blame and let noone be the wiser, but the apology smoothed his bristles a bit. At least he was willing to admit that much. He didn't leap headfirst into their conversation though, and settled on standing back and listening quietly instead. It was a bit unlike him; he wasn't particularly sure why. Just wasn't much to say, he supposed.

hanging gallow
Alona returned Loki's playfulness with a smile. "Oh! I just enjoy the mornings always, maybe it because I like the sun just rising" Alona said cheefully. She was happy that the tension had eased off a bit. She looked up as the sun had rose over the tree tops. She sighed slightly but smiled in doing so.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania chuckled at the how the two friends playfully teased each other. I suppose that's what friends are like, he mused to himself. "No, it doesn't," Hania agreed. "So, I shall repeat mine while we're on the topic. It's a pleasure to meet you, Loki. I am Hania," he finished with a soft laugh. He didn't know why, but it amused him when he said that. He noticed that Alona was getting a little worried about the tension, but he felt that it was easing down to a more normal, friendly feeling. He smiled suddenly. The competitiveness and apprehension in him was beginning to disappear. Good, he thought. His stomach rumbled, and he sighed. "I must take my leave. I have yet to eat breakfast, and I'm sure you two would like to catch up with each other. We will see each other again soon, I hope," he added, and off he went, back to his home.

Cihiru
"Glad to meet you too, Hania." Loki's smile gave way to more of an amused grin. Yes, this was a better start; it definately beat the unfriendly impression he'd recieved at first. "I think it's because..." the stallion paused only briefly, and peered at Alona from the corner of his eye. "You're a bunny. And bunnies like to nibble on the dewy grasses!" He wrinkled his nose a little and gave her another playful nudge.

hanging gallow
"Bye Hania" she said cheerfully. Alona noticed Loki eyeing her and couldn't help but laugh as what he had said. "Ha! so I like to nibble on dewy grass, and what about you mr. sleepy fox" she said playfully to him. She nudged him back and pranced around him playfully.

Cihiru
Hania's sudden departure caused him to tilt his head questioningly, but he didn't give it much more attention than that. It was becoming increasingly common for others to leave unexpectedly, and he was growing accustomed. "And what about me, hmm?" Loki turned back to Alona, still arching a brow. "So what if I like to hibernate... every day!?" He snorted dismissively and watched the mare prance about like a foal. "Doesn't sound like a problem to me. Or maybe you had something else in mind?" The stallion glanced to her again, his head moving slightly as he followed her path.

hanging gallow
Alona stopped prancing to nudge Loki in the shoulder. "Aw, hibernations aren't any fun, then you miss out on the morning, which happens to be the best part of the day, because i'm here nibbling on dewy grass like a bunny" she said cheefully giving Loki a large smile. She was feeling silly today, like a young foal. She didn't know what was making her feel so cheeful, giddy, or even excited but she was enjoying herself at least and hoped that Loki was having fun too.

Cihiru
"But hibernating is lots of fun!" Loki gave her a pouting expression. "The only thing better than sleep is lots of sleep, and um..." He paused again, tilting his head slightly as he did so. "Nights are fairly nice too, I must admit." Well, his secret was out. The stallion slept far into the mornings because he didn't sleep much at nights; he was far too fond of running beneath the twinkling stars and admiring the glowing medallion of a moon.

hanging gallow
"Oh! so you like to be outside at night" Alona said smiling softly. "I agree the mornings are nice, but the night sky is far better" she said thinking of the moon at night and how often Lilly would be outside. "So that explains why you are so sleepy in the morning" she playful nudging him.

Cihiru
"Maaaybe." Loki smiled genuinely, but playful mischief still twinkled in his eyes. "I wouldn't say it's better. They're just different." He leaned over to whisper in her ear. "I do think nights are much better though - just don't tell anyone!" The stallion had pulled away as his statement came to a close, and he finished somewhat loudly. "Does it? Maybe I'm just sleepy 'cause mornings have that affect on me," he commented, wrinkling his nose.

hanging gallow
Alona laughed as she nipped at his mane like Resi did when she was younger. "No one will know Loki," gving him a wink" besides I think mornings make me a little sleepy too, but no one notices because I usually have an apple to wake me up, either that or a splash of cold water" she said smiling at him. "My bonded human spends most of her time awake during the night, and sleeps most of the day, so I spend most of my time awake then sleeping, however it can be a bit tiring" she said giving a small yawn, she hadn't slept much that night. In a manner of speaking she hadn't slept for the last few weeks, Lilly had been up up for most of the nights and Alona hated to sleep all during the day too so she just slept for a few wee hours a night to keep up with it all.

Cihiru
Loki blinked at the nips, and shook out his somewhat unruly mane. "Are you sure you don't want to get more sleep?" His joking overtone had faded, for the moment at least. "Forcing yourself awake doesn't sound like a great way to start a morning to me. Besides, sleep is goood. Nothing can compete with waking up in the mornings feeling well-rested." He nodded certainly and gave a little smile. That had worried him a bit; it wasn't healthy to run day after day on small hints of sleep here and there. It just got too taxing. "Bunnies need their beauty rest!"

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania bellowed/neighed triumph happily as he ran and ran, feeling free as the wind pushed and jostled his mane and his body. Now this is more like it!! He strained his body to move faster; he didn't even care anymore that he'd been racing. As he ran, he noticed that he was running in the direction where Loki and Alona were.

Remove
Being as playful as she was she didn't notice that they were racing towards anyone. She loved to run, the air whizzing past her, oh the feeling was great, she bucked a couple of times while galloping as fast as she could, always trying to push herself more then she could actually do.

She suddenly slowed down as she saw two others, instead of coming to a stop, to slow down she turned and circled around a bit before slowing into a trot to follow Hania upto them. She had no idea who they were, he might do.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania, too slowed to a stop and trotted forward to meet the Loki and Alona. "Hello!" he called out to get their attention. The two horses were very close, muttering or speaking softly to each other, he saw. "Mahiri, those two over there are a few other friends of mine. The stallion's name is Loki, and the mare's name is Alona."

hanging gallow
"Well this bunny is hopeing to remain awake for most of the day, I'll catch a nap sometimes later on, don't worry about me Loki, Ill be fine" she nudging him giving him a ressuring smile. She did feel tired...actually more like exhausted, but she didn't want him to worry about her, so she kept her self wake and tired to be as cheeful as possible.

Remove
Mahiri looked at the other two before letting out a load snort like sound, "Well come on, lets go and play with them!" She nipped his neck before trotting towards the two of them. Loki and Alona? Interesting names! She nickered happily to herself, turning to see if Hania was actually following!

Cihiru
"Suit yourself. I just hope I don't have to start calling you Sleepy." Loki sighed audibly, but left it at that. Stubborn though he was, this wasn't a point worth persuing. It was unlikely he'd be able to change her mind. "Hello again!" he called suddenly, ears perking forward at the newcomers. He had recognized one initially, but the other... The other was a stranger, and he smiled softly at this. Making new acquaintences was always a bit of a surprise; something he couldn't help but look forward to.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania blinked as the playful mare nipped him. "I hope that was more flirting than playing," he teased as he trotted after her. He was only teasing, but he wondered what Mahiri's reaction would be. "Are you ever serious?" he said, laughing as she flew ahead of him. He galloped after to her so that he kept pace.

Remove
After hearing the words about flirting she just turned to him with a huge smile on her face, "You never know with me!" She then bucked again and ran towards the others, slowing down as she reached them she bowed her head and smiled, "I am Mahiri!" She looked to the stallion and then the mare. "It is nice to meet you both!"

hanging gallow
Alona sighed slightly she had hoped she didn't annoy Loki. Her ears perked at the sound of a voice. It was Hania back again, and this time with a new soquili. A new acquaintence was always good to see. She smiled and responded "hello mahiri, I'm Alona" greeting the mare happily feeling as if she wasn't the only one "Hello again Hania. "

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania rolled his eyes mockingly and chuckled, walking up to Alona and Loki. "Hey, Alona," he greeted. "That playful mare over there... if she would slow down with the energy a little she could introduce herself." He tossed his head so that his mane flipped to the other side of his neck and he chased after Mahiri, trying to get her to stop. "Never know with you? Now that's the first true thing I've heard in a while!!" Hania laughed. He'd never felt this playful before.

Cihiru
He doubted it was possible for Alona to annoy him. Though he did not possess unwavering patience, he was a fairly forgiving soul, and the mare was far from trying (although he could think of those that were). "And I'm Loki." The stallion smiled again, his expression sobering a little at the sight before him. He did consider himself a lighthearted creature, but the two of them running around like yearlings uncovered a sort of peacefulness inside of him. Contentment; his smile broadened at the realization.

Remove
She nickered at Hania and chuckled, "It is nice to meet you both, Loki and Alona." She had a smile on her face and it was somewhat obvious by the way she spoke and acted that she was a hyper creature. She had so much energy in her and felt somewhat awkward just standing with the other three, she wanted to run and move.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
"Loki!" Hania greeted. "Ha!" He felt the urge to n** at Mahiri, and so he did. "Tag! Hey, Mahiri's it--everyone, RUN!!" Hania shouted and took off around the field. "You can't catch me, Mahiri!!" He knew that the mare wanted to run and play; her voice even had the feeling that she didn't want to just be standing still, and so he decided (on impulse!?) to n** and play tag, just like when he was a young foal playing will all his other... friends... Hania slowed slightly, memory taking over him before he shook himself to continued trying to get away from Mahiri.

hanging gallow
Alona gave Loki one more smile as she darted from Mahiri. She took of quickly feeling the thrill of excitement shiver over her. However slowed down a bit to see if she was being followed.

Remove
Mahiri nickered happily as she nipped at Loki before darting off aswell. This was great, a game, fun!!! "Loki is on!!"

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania neighed and laughed. "Oh no! Loki's it!! Run hard!!" Hania cried out. He pulled up, pawing at the air and then ran hard, coming up beside Mahiri. "Smart move, Hiri..." Hania quickly added, "I mean, Mahiri. Forgive me." He hadn't meant to add the nickname, it just came to him as they played.

Remove
Mahiri had laughed a little when he gave her a nicename, "dont matter!" She laughed as she turned away to him, she would be runing, of course but she also wanted to talk to the other mare. Alona was pretty and could make a good friend? Yeah course she would!

Cihiru
Loki knew that sound - it was the same sort of tone Sora had; the voice of one who wasn't content to sit still. And he had never been fond of Sora. "Huh?" The stallion blinked deliberately as he took in what exactly just happened, and the conversation he absently wrote to memory, despite unintentionally overlooking it. Tag? Okay, that was a game he knew. He tried to tell himself it would be fun, despite the somewhat ungraceful method he'd been thrown into it. No harm done, right? "You'd better run hard!" he trumpeted, just barely catching the comment as Hania darted away. Loki took off after him, his limbs pumping comfortably beneath him.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania blinked as Loki started chasing after him. "Oh no!" he cried out, and began to run hard. Stallions were powerful, and since he was one, he knew. And so, the chase began. "Catch me if you can!" Hania called. He had only started the game because of Mahiri, but he also wanted to let Loki run to draw out the tension in his body. Hania could tell the stallion was dignified, so the entire thing was probably irritating somewhat to Loki.

hanging gallow
Alona slowed to a slow pace and watched the two stallions run across the field. Loki seemed slightly annoyed with the game, but he seemed to enjoy himself. She laughed slightly watching them compete in speed. She spotted Mahiri and smiled, she had rarely got the chance to chat with other mares. She would like to meet Mahiri and chat with her, not to mention she had the same markings as a fox, one of her favorite creatures.

Remove
Mahiri watched Loki go off and as she reached Alona she had a slightly worried but still playful look on her face, "You think I annoyed him somewhat?" She couldn't help but give out a chuckle. He would probably at some point head towards the two mares but it was amusing watching the two stallions running around for now.

Cihiru
"Keep me from catching you, if you can." Loki couldn't hide his devious grin; this was his element. He thrived on competition, especially running. He'd spent hours upon hours running as a colt, it was his release, and something he loved even now. He had little trouble forgetting his frustration once he'd taken his first few strides, and ran with all his heart once he started. 'The chase,' as it were, was exhilarating, and his nostrils flared at the activity, while his muscles flexed with his stride. He'd all but forgotten the mares - one ear flicked toward them as he caught mere whispers of their conversation, but he was otherwise focused on Hania.

hanging gallow
"Oh! I wouldn't worry too much about him, he was probably annoyed at frist but he seems to be enjoying himself now Mahiri" Alona said giving the mare a cheerful smile. "Besides he is giving us a small rest chasing after Hania" she said laughing "I wonder who will win this one"

Remove
Mahiri chuckled, "True, gives us time to store our energy when he remembers we exist!" She nickered happily and turned back to Alona, "Have you known Loki and Hania long?" She was curious so for a little bit she would keepy her hyper playful self at bay to get some information. She needed to some things anyway!

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania, too, ran and ran when he was younger, but he could tell that he was tiring, since he had raced against Mahiri earlier, and Loki was fresh. C'mon, Hania, this is no time to be acting like a colt, he thought to himself. He began to push and pump his legs, loving the feeling of being able to run as fast as he could make himself run. "Keep you from catching me, indeed," he called with a huff. He'd forgotten about the mares for the moment; it was exhilirating to compete speed for speed with another stallion.

Cihiru
"What, flustered already?" He laughed lightheartedly, mischief returning to his eyes with a sparkle. Loki smelled the opposition; it was a unique sort of thing he found difficult to describe - something that fueled his adrenaline and made him want to run faster still. The stallion willed his stride to pick up pace, to close the distance between them, and started this change in rythem with a lofty sort of bounding buck. He was just getting started. "Don't think you're in the clear yet!" he called to the mares in warning.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
"Flustered? Unlike you, I've been running since early this morning!! Hiri tired me out," called the the tiring stallion. He began to make an arch, where he skirted just the edges of the field and began to run toward the mares. "If you guys are standing there thinking you get to rest, think again!!" he neighed, and with a last burst of his energy, reared up, jumped forward. He was breaking into a sweat now, panting hard.

hanging gallow
Alona eyes widen as she noticed Hania heading towards them. "Uh oh we have been spotted "Alona said to Mahiri as she took of in another direction. She could feel the adrenaline rush through her body as she gained speed. As long as I stay in front of Hania I should be fine, unless he is tagged next Alona thought.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania grinned as he watched both mares get ready to flee he was beginning to slow down, however, and he knew that Loki would soon catch up with him and tag him. This... isn't good, he chuckled to himself. "Ready, girls? Here I come!!" he called, but he noticed that his legs were getting ready to give out; he was so tired.

SummerRaven
The mare chuckled again as she spotted Hania, happy she was going to run again. "Yes, it appears that we have!" She said, and took off running as fast as she could. Mahiri wanted to run faster, but she stayed running next to Alona, keeping an eye on both of the stallions. "You can't catch me!" She yelled to the two of them.

Cihiru
"What? That's hardly my fault." Loki grinned broadly, despite his deep gasps for breath. "Tag was your idea, remember!" He noted Hania's tiring stride though, and bridled his pace, although his thirst for competition would not allow him to slack to the extent of losing. He just didn't want the other to... Well, lose too badly (for his ego told him Hania would lose). "You haven't been tagged just yet," the stallion called with an arched brow as he neared. For a moment, he considered giving up on the stallion and instead going for the mares... but it was a brief moment, and he tapped Hania as he came astride behind him. "But now you have."

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania huffed as he slowly came to a stop. He needed a quick break with water thrown in for the extra help. He was quite thirsty. "Might as well let Loki catch me," he muttered to himself. "I am tired; I have been running since early morning." He had to grin to himself. He looked around quickly to see if he could spot some water, a stream or a river, even a small pool would do. Seeing one, he immediately, somehow, raised enough energy to turn and run in the direction of water.

hanging gallow
"Hey you don't antgonize them to come catch us" Alona said laughing while running. She slowed her pace up a bit when Hania was tagged. Seeing the stallion head in the direction of water she chuckled to herself more and slow down a bit. There was no reason to tire out so quickly when they weren't being chased.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
"Good, at least now it's my turn. Alona has yet to be tagged, so I'll go after her." Hania said, grinning. He'd knew he'd lose. "Well, at least you play it right, eh, Loki?" He was beginning to enjoy the stallion's company. "Well, start running, because after this drink, I'll be ready to run hard... and I'll be chasing hard." Hania stooped to take a drink from the small pool he'd discovered, taking a long drink of the refreshingly cold water. "Better," he said, once he finished. Looking up, he grinned. "Ready or not, here I come!!" He reared up, pawing at the air, and began the time honored chase.

SummerRaven
"Sorry." Mahiri said, turning to look back at the two stallions. "Yay! Now Hania's it!" She yelled, and was going to run faster until she saw him head towards the water instead of chasing them. "Aw, why doesn't he want to play anymore Alona?" She asked the mare, and stopped running to watch him leave.

Cihiru
"At least now it's your turn? Don't say it that way, it sucks away the blood of victory!" Loki's expression was an exaggerated, pouting frown as he checked his pace further still, until his casual trot slowed to a full stop. He was relieved to see Hania take a much-needed (and deserved) drink - particularly since it gave him a moment of rest before continuing. He enjoyed every second of it, taking the opportunity to suck in great gulps of air and shake out his mane and tail. "Always ready!" Loki coiled his haunches beneath him and took off like a racehorse from a gate, though he really only made a large loop around the area at a comfortable canter; he felt he was in the clear, for the moment.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania grinned and started to chase after the mares. Loki was free for now... but just for now. "Alona, Hiri! Here I come!!" he called out. He pounded the ground hard with his hooves as he shot off like an arrow toward the mares who had stopped when they saw him go to take a drink. "You shouldn't have stopped!" he called out gleefully. He was closing in on them.

Remove
Mahiri snickered as she bolted away from Alona and towards Loki. She was in some sense running straight at Hania but she then turned off at a random angle away from him. She had a huge smile on her face and her endless energy was helping her bound around happily.

hanging gallow
"Mahiri I don't think he quite done yet" Alona said dashing off from Hania. She decided she wouldn't quite all her speed yet, she would toy with him first, she knew if she waited until he tired out she could add in her last burst of speed to get away. She was built to race and was enjoying herself every moment as she galloped across the field. The wind whipped her curly mane and tail around as her hooves pounded the ground. She wouldn't let Hania catch her too easily. She eyed Loki who seemed quite happy not being the target and thought maybe she should lead Hania in a loop back toward Loki.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
"Alona, you better be racing with all your might, otherwise I'll tag you!" Hania laughed aloud, and pumped his legs a little harder. He began to move as fast as Loki had before. He raced across the soft grassy terrain, slowly managing to close the gap between him and Alona. "I'll get you after if I miss out on Alona, Hiri!!" he called to the fox-colored mare.

Remove
Mahiri laughed a little as he called out to her. She liked the nickname he had given her, maybe she would adopt it. For now though she would keep out the way, nickering and chuckling to herself. She never took hjer brown eyes off his slender body, he moved fast so it would be best to keep her energy, though if he came after her, she would just play around with him. That would be more fun!

Cihiru
Loki had allowed his stride to slack at some point, and he moved around at a lazy trot now. Happy? Probably; who wouldn't be? He eyed the three of them suspiciously though... prepared to bolt at any moment, for he was very aware he was by far the most likely target in the group. He'd want to tag him if he were them. But he wasn't, so he merely stood back, skirting around the action and darting a cautious gaze between them.

hanging gallow
Alona watched as he started to close the gap in between them. She waited he was close enough and decided it was time to step it up a notach. She put on her full burst of speed. Her ears laid flatten by her skull as the wind whipped even more around her body. She had wished she had a shorter mane and tail, they were catching too much wind, but never matter. She kept going, gaining more speed at the moment pulling away from Hania. She eyed Loki again and headed straight in his direction.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Watching as Alona pulled into a burst of speed just as he closed in on her, Hania stopped and pawed the ground, then turned around and began the chase once more. He was going to try and cut her off by circling around, and maybe he'd catch Hiri on the way. He just as he reached the edge of the field, he began to turn at the odd angle and headed straight fo Alona, ready to tag her.

Skylar14
Settia walked through the crisp winter air as she strolled to where ever her feet took her. It wasn't too long before she came upon four other Soquili playing some sort of game. She watched them curiously for a bit before deciding to go meet them.

Remove
Mahiri made sure she was out of the way and ready to move if need be, her eyes didn't leave Hania as he turned and made his way at Alona. Soon she would have to run, run and run fast. From what she had seen Alona wasn't a slow runner and if she was on then it would mean that Mahiri would need to put on a burst of speed to get anywhere! She was fast but didn't seem to be that fast!

hanging gallow
Alona saw what Hania did, however she wasn't quite ready for it. She quickly turned on a prepedicular angle from Hania and continue going on an angle heading more toward Hiri. Alona knew she had to keep building up her speed if she was going to keep him off her tail. She continued to put more energy into her gallop. Faster she thought faster she was pushing herself, more and more, however she didn't how much more longer she could last pushing herself as she was, but she would quit now.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
"Alona!!" Hania called, grinning. "I'm about to catch you!!" He veered off his odd run, turned and headed straight for Mahiri. "Hm... where's all that energy now, Hiri?" He called, laughing. Alona had made an odd turn when she was running toward Loki, and now she, too, was heading for Mahiri.

Remove
Mahiri took a while to notice the newcomer as Alona was heading towards her. "Hey stop!" She giggled as she dashed from Alona upto the newcommer. "Hello I am Mahiri!" She nickered happily with her tail swishing behind her. "We are all playing would you like to join in? Then again we may rest soon!" She chuckled happily.

Skylar14
Settia watched as the Soquili chased each other round and round. She wasn't sure as to what this game was but it looked fun. She wanted to join in this strange game and so she walked over to the other Soquili to see if they would let her play.

As she walked towards them one of the Soquili rushed upto her. "Hello, my name is Settia and yes, I would like to join you in your game."

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania noticed that, yet again, another beautiful mare had just entered the area. He only noticed her, however, when he saw Mahiri go to greet her. "Ha! Alona!!" Alona wasn't too far away from him now, and he was beginning to catch up. He charged, getting his legs to move and pound the ground harder and harder as he thought, Faster! Faster even than the wind!

Remove
She chuckled, "Great come on then!" She started to trot back towards the others, "Hania, Alona this is Settia and she is joining in our game!!" She yelled towards them before galloping off in the opposite direction to them both.

Skylar14
"Wait! What game are you playing?" She asked as she trotted after Mahiri. She was so confused and didn't know what to do.

hanging gallow
Alona noticed that Hania was keeping up to her and knew she was going to need more speed. All right she thought more speed, well here goes nothing. Alona put all of her energy that she had left in her body for the last run. She eyed Mahiri who took off from the new comer. "Hey, I'm Alona can't talk, must run" she said for a moment as she passed Settia. She seemed pretty and she hoped she was pretty enough for Hania to be distracted a bit.

Remove
Mahiri laughed and turned quickly, "Run and dont get caught! If you are tagged you have to get someone else. The male is on at the moment, avoid him!!" She laughed as she bucked, she was ever so playful!

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
"Hm?" Hania stopped his chasing to greet the pretty mare. "A pleasure, Settia. I am Hania. Do you wish to play tag?" He nipped her gently then burst off away from her. "You have to tag someone else!!" he called, laughing as he raced away. "When someone tags you, you have to chase all the others! That's why you're 'it', Settia," Hania called as he ran away from her. "By the way, you're very beautiful, Settia!" he called out a compliment, hoping that would distract her so that he could rest for a moment.

Cihiru
"And um, I'm Loki..." he added clumsily, somewhat dumbfounded as to why he was excluded entirely. He smiled nonetheless, and nodded to the stranger he thought he heard was Settia. "Just... run! Stay away from the big oaf." The ashy stallion continued his slow lap around the field, grinning broadly as he avoided being the target of attention. "Or... watch as everyone tries to stay away from you!" Loki took off at this, pushing himself back to a gallop, albeit a relaxed one.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
"Too bad I'm not an oaf, Loki! She's already been tagged!!" Hania called out.

Remove
Mahiri suddenly turned, she had forgotten about Loki because all her concentration had been on the other two. She ran over to him quickly, "Sorry, I forgot about you, I was too wrapped up in not getting caught. Sorry.." She smiled a little sheepishly watching the new femme. Was a little unfair tagging her but oh well!

hanging gallow
Whew Alona thought as Seitta was tagged, she was tired. She headed toward Loki. And stopped to catch her breath. A sharp pain shot up from her knee and made her wince a little. She shook her head and ingored it. She kept her eye on Seitta just in case she needed to take off again. She hoped that Seitta would follow Mahiri instead of her for the moment.

Cihiru
"Taking advantage of the unsuspecting doesn't mean you're not an oaf!" Loki called after him, then turned briefly to Mahiri. "It's fine, really," and he smiled reassuringly. Not a big deal at all. Rather than worry about it, the stallion eyed Settia curiously, waiting for her to define a course so he could set one of his own. He suspected they'd break soon, though. Alona, at least, was tiring. - Or that's what it looked like to him, anyway.

Remove
Mahiri shook her head and smiled at Loki, "Thanks!" She looked at the sky and then looked to the others. She snorted and stamped her feet, "Sorry guys, I have to get going!" She smiled at them all before running off, still so full of energy she ran off at a stupid speed and out of the field to go home.

hanging gallow
Alona was extremely tired. She wanted water and her knee was bothering her. She tried to ingore it all and headed toward the stream. To take a deep glup of water. There she thought "thats better" she said cantering slowly around in a circle. "Bye Mahiri" she said as Mahiri left. That just leaves me and Loki out here and she knew Loki wasn't tired but she was and she knew if Seitta came her way she wouldn't get far before getting tagged.

Cihiru
Loki watched their company depart, one by one... until only Alona and himself remained. "Well then." He snorted absently and turned to the mare as she refreshed herself at a stream. "How's your leg treating you?" he questioned as he approached to join her. The stallion had noticed Alona favoring one foot while he was circling around doing nothing, and hoped she was feeling better now.

hanging gallow
Alona ears perked up when she heard Loki. She noticed that everyone else was gone and was slightly happy she didn't have to play tag any more. "Meh, my leg could be doing a little better but this is normal" she said looking at her knee "I injured when I was younger and it has never been the same since, it sort of disappoints me because I love to race" she said looking up at Loki. She was glad that she was able to have run so long today, but she knew she would pay for it tomorrow. Her knee was so troubling and she hated it, much like she was aggrevated with herself from the lack of sleep she had.

Cihiru
"Normal?" He frowned lightly at this news, but it was faint and didn't last long. "Well, take care of yourself. I don't want to see you all bandaged up next time we meet!" And he sort of sighed at himself, realizing that was the second comment along that line today - At this rate, she was going to think him nagging soon. After all, it wasn't his job to bother her about such things. "Not that it's any of my buisness," he apologized suddenly, and dropped his muzzle to the nearby stream for a distracting drink.

hanging gallow
Alona watched him. She saw his concern and it made her feel better. "Hey don't worry, I need someone to remind me that I need to take of myself, I do a terrible job at times" she said smiling faintly hoping him to feel a little better. The truth was she was always willing to push herself as much as she could, and at times it could unhealthy for her. But she wanted to do so much for others and she had a habit of putting herself in harms way just to do so. She didn't feel that Loki was nagging at her, but she felt better, she knew that he cared at least she hoped that he did when he said that. She wasn't use to having people caring about her, but it felt good to at times.

Cihiru
"Someone, maybe - but not me," he commented from between swallows. Loki snorted again, to dislodge stray droplets from his whiskers, and hovered over the water even after he'd finished. He watched his rippling reflection for a brief while, just kind of staring himself in the eye. There was a time this disconcerted him; he was not comfortable in his own skin and was far from fond of his mirror image. That time had passed, however... He was content now, and it was a satisfying sort of feeling, though he wasn't sure what tempted him to think of it. "It's not my aim to trouble or nag you," Loki said suddenly, finally raising his head as he did so. "Leave that to those with less charm than me." And he grinned goofily, poking his tongue out in jest.

and this is a continuation of the last post...yes this is a very long rp (from like 9:30 am est time to about 12:53 am...at least 14 hours eek .)

hanging gallow
She stopped for a moment staring out into space. "Loki, you don't trouble me at all, not one bit, and as for nagging, I suggest you leave that for someone else, I have a constant deaf ear to it, which is bad but it doesn't bother me, but no worry my knee gives me enough nagging when I push it too much" she said looking at it. She wished that she hadn't ruined so long ago, but it would be alright in the end or at least she hoped. She wouldn't let it destroy her love of running. She watched as he noticed his reflection in the water. She looked up to the sky avoiding hers. But turned her head to him when he spoke again. "Haha so I see, the fox has too much charm for the bunny now does he," she said playfully nudge him.

Cihiru
"Far too much for nagging," he confirmed, glancing to her from over his shoulder with a grin. Her troubled tone concerned him, but her posture warned him it was something she didn't want to discuss... So mentally, he stayed where he was, just sitting on the fence of uncertainty. Part of him did want to question and reassure her; to ask what exactly was bothering her. It was something he'd become aware of shortly after they met, but the way Alona tried so hard to be cheerful filled him with apprehension in regards to it. You couldn't just walk up to someone and tell them the job they've been working so hard to fulfill wasn't such a great job afterall. It didn't work that way. "It's not becoming!" Loki wrinkled his nose and butted her shoulder with it, then made a short leap and trotted a quick circle around her.

hanging gallow
"Hahaha well it is a good thing that the fox is far to charming for nagging because I don't know how well the bunny likes nagging" she said cheeful as he trotted a quick circle around her. She was glad he didn't ask what was wrong with her, but half of her wanted to tell him. She rarely ever spoke of it, however she trusted Loki a great deal. The other half of her didn't even want to think about it. She shook the thoughts out of her head. "No it isn't very becoming at all, I agree" she said pushing thoughts far from her mind.

Cihiru
"Of course. That's why he's too charming for it." Loki fixed her with a sideways stare, his eyes smiling almost as much as his muzzle. She would tell him when she thought the time appropriate, and until then, he tried not to allow himself to be bothered. Trust was earned, not gifted, and he couldn't force it from anyone. "The morning's gone and left us, I think." The stallion glanced to the sky then, and peered at it with a squinted gaze. The sun was high in the sky, either nearing its peak or just coming off it. - He couldn't really tell which, as he hadn't really been paying attention.

hanging gallow
Alona chuckled at his response and returned his smile. She enjoyed watching Loki smile especially when it showed in his eyes, it made her feel better, or at least more cheeful. She would wait to tell him what had happen, later, when she felt right about discussing it, but at this moment it was pleasent and she didn't want to destroy that. She looked up at the sky after Loki mentioned it wasn't morning. "I believe you are right, the morning has left" she said in agreement.

Cihiru
"And you know what that means!..." Loki turned back to her, simply beaming. Whether or not it was genuine was debatable, but he did a decent job of pretending if it wasn't. "Night is coming." He pranced in place momentarily, lifting his ivory hooves high before placing them back on the grassy earth. "You can sleep, and I can... do whatever it is I do at nightfall." He grinned deviously, and glanced off into the distance.

hanging gallow
Alona laughed. "Thats right, the night will come soon, won't it" she said looking up at the sky. She knew Lilly was probably awake now or soon and she would be planning to go out during the night to wonder the area and knowing her she would have to follow Lilly to keep an eye on her. "And soon this bunny will need her beauty rest" she responding to Loki's devious grin.

Cihiru
Loki gave an audible sigh; one full of satisfaction, concern, and a little of something that was hard to place a finger on. Whatever it was, it didn't discourage his smile as he turned away from the gradiant sky. "You're up long into the nights too, aren't you? - Doing what?" he inquired with an arched brow. The stallion hoped this wouldn't be a sensitive topic of conversation; it wasn't something he'd noticed bothering her, so he thought it was safe ground to tread upon. But then, one cold never be entirely sure. He'd stuck his foot in his mouth a time or two, and was sure there was more to come. "If you don't mind my asking," he added as an afterthought, and made a small (but joking) bow for good measure.

hanging gallow
"Oh! I am usually up during the nights following Lilly, my bonded human, at night, she never seems to like the day as much as the night, she is much like you Loki, she is always sleeping in the morning and staying up late at night" she said giving him a cheerful smile. "I enjoy being outside at night espcially when there is a full moon around and snow on the ground it causes the whole place to be lit up" she said joyfully. Alona felt comfortable again, she didn't mind talking about what her and Lilly did at night.

Cihiru
"I keep hearing bonds... humans mentioned in passing." Loki paused thoughtfully, and flicked his ears in absent motion. "Would you let me meet Lilly someday?" This was one thing he had genuine curiosity for; humans were something he could never quite grasp. He never had a chance to interact with them as a foal, and didn't really feel comfortable venturing into the human village now. It was a forboding sort of place, despite his thirst to learn more of the two-leggers. "Night is always beautiful, I think. Kali says I'm weird though, and that evenings are for holing yourself up to protect you from the scary things lurking in the darkness." Loki rolled his eyes jokingly, and gave his tail an idle flick.

hanging gallow
"I'm sure Lilly would love to met you, she has a tendancy to prefer talking to other creatures then humans" she said pleasingly. Alona knew Lilly loved to meet any new creature, however she some odd reason seemed to avoid meeting other humans alot. She also avoided anything with large crowds. Alona laughed at what Loki said "I agree the nights sky is beautiful, but there are some scary things lurking in the shadows like...bunnies" Alona said playfully as she did a small hop. "I think every time of the day is to be outside and not to be wasted" she said thoughtfully.

Cihiru
"Bunnies are pretty scary!" Loki faked a start at her hop and dashed a short distance away - Really only a stride or two, but it did put some distance between them, which he closed now at a liesurely walk. "How do you waste a day?" This really did puzzle him; he couldn't think of an activity that was truely wasteful. "And how about... now? I really don't have much better to do," he offered.

hanging gallow
"Good point" Alona laughing as he dodge from her. "What I mean by wasting is not taken advantage of the time you have to do things that you want to do, if you just sit there and don't do anything...well then your wasting time" Alona responded hoping it made some sense. To her wasting time was more of spending long hours sleeping, but then again to some it wasn't as wasteful.

Cihiru
"What if I want to sit there and do nothing?" Loki grinned defiantly, but his train of thought trailed off, and it gave way to a lazy yawn. "It can be relaxing sometimes. Sometimes too relaxing," and there was another yawn. If he didn't go and do something in the near future, he had a sneaking suspicion he'd accidentally drift asleep right here. Too relaxing, indeed. He was far too comfortable, and it was easy to let his mind wander. "I'd still like to meet Lilly," he nagged half-heartedly.

hanging gallow
Alona chuckled a little and gave Loki a nudge. "Don't you fall asleep on me sleepy" she said amusingly. She yawned and looked at Loki. "See you making me sleepy with you" she said trying to keep herself from yawning again. "Oh! I'm sure you will meet Lilly, probably during the night when we are out" she said yawning as she leaned on Loki playfully as if she was holding herself up from sleeping on him.

Cihiru
"Why not?" Loki blinked lazily, and yawned again for emphasis. "You should be sleepy! Sleep is good." And he merely smiled as she leaned against him, bracing himself for additinal weight in the event she were to actually lean on him. "Well, if not sleep, then what would you prefer to do?" For a moment, he wondered why he hadn't crossed paths with Lilly already. If she was truely a 'creature of the night', as he was, he would have thought otherwise. After all, he did wander quite a lot after nightfall, and in the desolate late hours, it wasn't hard to recognize when one had company around.

hanging gallow
Alona sat up off of Loki. "Hmm what to do, what to do... tell you the truth Loki, I really don't know what to do" she said struggling not to yawn again. "But I know if we keep standing here we will both fall asleep" she said playfully nipping at his mane again trying to wake herself up.

Cihiru
"Couldn't help you there. I sleep when I don't know what to do." Yes, this probably fell into the 'wasting time' category, but it was his personal preference nonetheless. Something about being bored shut his mind down completely, and before he realized it, he'd find himself yawning and struggling to keep his eyes open. Currently, however, he hadn't drifted quite that far. - Though it was quickly approaching. "Part of me wants to push you into the river, but my better half says it's a little cold for that." Loki wrinkled his nose a little, and shook his mane as he'd done earlier.

hanging gallow
Alona yawned again with Loki. "Hmm pushing into the river sounds like a good way to wake up even if it was cold" she said with a half mumur of falling asleep. She hadn't slept much in days and she was getting sleepy fast. Her mind kept yelling at her Wake up wake up this is no time to sleep, but Alona's eyes kept drifting further down. "must stay awake" she mumurred quielty.

Cihiru
"Careful what you wish for." Loki leaned against her jokingly, feigning as though he was going to send her tumbling into the streaming waters. He was careful not to push too hard though, and straightened himself after only a moment. "Any time is a good time to sleep," he goaded, ending in a soft 'hrm.' The river seemed pretty inviting, actually. He considered it briefly before stepping onto the shallow banks, and smiled at the water rushing over his hooves and threatening to carry away his streaming tail.

Talencia
Ceylona trotted through the winter landscape, her ears pricked and her long mane and tail flowing gracefully. The brisk winter wind had brought to her intriguing sounds of merriment. She had lived her life wild and free, but also somewhat lonely. She hadn't met many of her own kind, and she could swear that among the many mingled scents brought to her on the breeze, that of other soquili was one.

The red-brown mare continued through the near-silent forest, avoiding the snow-laden trees carefully. Her mind was all awhirl with what these sounds and smells could be, what they could mean. She was full of curiousity, but not so much so that she meant to lose her dignity. Thus she did not charge heedlessly, but trotted purposefully towards the sounds and smells.

hanging gallow
((aww celyona looks pretty ^_^))

Alona woke up slightly when Loki leaned against her. "Of course any time may be a good time to sleep" Alona said half sleeping. She looked at the river and watched Loki place his hooves in it. Alona wanted to wake up and she knew how. She followed Loki into the river, however she continued until the water had reached her knees. It was cold, but refreshing and and slowly she was waking up.

Cihiru
"What? I go to all this effort to restrain myself and you go and dive right in anyway?" he complained mockingly. "In that case..." Loki charged a few strides into the river, creating a small wake with his force that arched up and came crashing down at Alona. It probably wouldn't drench her from head to toe, but it was a respectable splash nonetheless. It was also freezing cold; something he hadn't become fully aware of (though he knew it already, somewhere in the back of his mind) until he soaked himself to the bottom of his barrel.

Talencia
((Thank you HG! ::cuddles the red mare:: ))

Ceylona slowed as she heard splashing ahead of her. Alarmed that there was a creature stuck in the freezing waters, she began lunging through the snowbanks. She topped a hill and gazed down at the river... and two playing Soquili? Puzzled, she stopped and watched, her breath curling in fairy swirls about her head.

Why would these silly bests go and douse themselves in this manner? They had no way to get dry without freezing their coats into a layer of ice! Confused, she snorted and stomped a hoof, tossing her long mane. Had they gone mad?

hanging gallow
Alona laughed at Loki when he realized what she had done. Loki sent a wave crashing at he causing Alona to laugh even even harder. She was awake now and the water was a cold shock to her but she didn't mind. "Oh yea!" she said after the waved had pass "watch this one" she said as she moved as quickly as she could toward Loki taking a small current, that formed into a small wave with her. Making sure it wasn't too much Alona stopped letting the wave crash into Loki.
edit:
Alona continued to laugh until she heard a noise. Her ears perked up and she looked in the direction of it. There stood a mocha colored mare staring at them as if they were crazy.Alona blushed a little and said "Hello there, my name is Alona, would you like to join us" she said adding a cheeful grin to resure her that she was only kidding

Cihiru
He was sure he'd gone insane some time ago, and would have freely admitted it to anyone who asked. Fortunately, for him, they never did. Perhaps it was already so apparent they didn't have to. "I'm watching!" he teased, ducking his head away from her as he did so, to shield his eyes from the brunt of the attack. Once he felt it collide with his side and wash over his back, he peered at her. "You can do better!" Loki reared back on his haunches, and came crashing down with another large splash. "You do realize..." the stallion fixed her with the most serious expression he could manage, which really wasn't very serious at all. "It's extremely cold. And we're going to be even colder back on land." He stopped abruptly, and traced Alona's gaze with his own. "Ah, oops. Evening! I'm Loki." Not the most graceful introduction ever, but it would have to do. There wasn't exactly much he could do to hide his dripping coat or slight shiver.

Talencia
She blinked for a moment at the other mare. Was she serious? Join them in freezing themselves? She was assuming they were wild, without means of caring for their coats or drying themselves... ignorant of humans and their role in domesticated soquili life. She eyed them with frank confusion. "I am Ceylona... and WHAT are you DOING?" Her incredulty came through clearing in her voice.

hanging gallow
Alona laughed "Oh! I know I can do better" she said as she turned to keep Loki's splash from her face. She felt the cold water sweep across her back and around her neck. It felt refreshing and very cold. She turned to look at Loki again "Oh I know it will get colder on land, but it will be alright as soon as it dries off" she said smiling "or at least I hope we will dry off eventually until it may get a little chiller" she said mockingly. The cold never really bothered her too much. She looked up at the Ceylona, she didn't seem very pleasent at first, but Alona decided that she would keep her patients and remain pleasent as possible. "We are waking ourselves up" she respond smiling as cheerfully as she could to the mare.

Cihiru
"I hope foxes make good icicles." Loki gave himself an inglorious shake, freeing droplets from his upper body at least, though he still remained planted in the river. "Well - She might have been waking herself up, but I was just playing. That hasn't turned into a crime since noon, has it?" He eyed the new mare absently, and made sorts of mental notes to himself. She crossed him as the dignified sort, initially... Too regal to partake in activities of his kind. Hopefully not too regal to socialize, though, and he reserved final judgements for later. First impressions weren't everything, after all.

Talencia
She frowned in thought. Waking up? Playing? As for playing, she hadn't had much time for that herself, having to forage and keep wary for stalking predators. She was curious, but not sure about the idea of dousing herself in winter in order to try such a strange thing out. She approached the water, stepping daintily through the snow. She was on the opposite as they, and mentally hoped beyond splash range.

"Were you too exhausted to stay awake?" she asked Alona. Again, her tone spoke volumes, showing bafflement and concern. It just might be that the other mare needed to be protected from the lurking predators. She tossed her head up and scented the air for wolves and the like, but could smell little other than the strange smells beyond the river.

hanging gallow
"Oh! no foxes don't make very good icicles at all, they make better as fur coats" she said playfully while trying to avoid Loki's droplets shaking off from him. The mare seemed well reserved, or at least very regal but at least concerned and she couldn't be all bad, she was at least daring to get close to the water. "Oh! no I wasn't to exhausted to stay awake" she said covering up her tone of making an excuse for falling asleep as she headed toward Loki, "we had just gotten bored and sleepy fox over here started with the yawning which got me started" she said nudging Loki giving him a playful eye.

Cihiru
"I'm plenty good as a fur coat for myself, thank you." He snorted indignantly, though the teasing never really left his tone. "Sure, blame me." Loki yawned deliberately at the mention, but he couldn't hide his joking smile. "It might be my fault I'm boring, but it's hardly my fault you can't stay awake." Through all his lightheartedness, he observed Ceylora quietly. For a moment, he couldn't quite tell if she was going to brave the icy waters, but as she neared the bank, he became fairly certain she wouldn't; his playfulness sank a notch at this. She was so alert and overly cautious, too... He scarcely considered it a bad thing, but wondered briefly if she had much room left for enjoyment. What was life without play?

Talencia
Ceylona watched curiously at their strange, carefree manner. Very strange indeed. Then it occurred to her what the explination might be. She went upsream from them a bit and found a bit more solid ice to mince onto, then leaped across the running middle, landing solidly on the ice on the other side and moving quickly off it as it cracked. Once more on solid land, she walked slowly over to where they were.

"Are both of you part of a herd then?" She nickered in a bit more friendly manner, realizing she probably was sounding rather cold. Briefly she wondered if she could blame it on the weather. Returning her thoughts to her two new acquaintances, she nodded to herself. A herd could explain it. They wouldn't have to worry as much about predators or food if there was a lead stallion and mare looking after them. This led her to wonder if she was trespassing. Cocking one hind hoof sedately, she watched and listened to them.

hanging gallow
Alona laughed "I have to admit you got me there Loki it is my fault for sleeping" she said "of course your a wonderful fur coat for youself, that is what i was meaning," she lightly as she yawned after Loki. "Oh! when ever someone yawns it makes me want to yawn with them" she said in frustation after yawning again. She watched the mare.

She seemed very cautious at every movement she made, sensing everything around her. Alona recoginzed everything she did, she had done it before, before she came here that is. Alona felt the playfulness leave a little. She wasn't as cautious as she used to be but she was having much more fun then what life had been before. "No, I am not part of any herd, I live here with my bonded human Lilly, however she normally sleeps for most of the day, so I continue to spend my time here" she said feeling a little ashamed. She had never belong to a herd before, never. When she was younger she was accepted into herds because of her parents, so Alona avoided heards with a great deal of effort.

Talencia
Ceylona's ears flickered at the new word. "Human? Bonded human?" She snorted at her own ignorance. "What is a bonded human?" She pawed a hole in the snow, revealing the dried and browned grass beneath. Absently she bent and snagged a mouthful and raised her head again, considering the two as she chewed. So no herd... but a human. Hmm.... her tail switched thoughtfully, raising a small flurry of loose snow. This might bear further investigation.

Cihiru
"My herd outcasted me because I was born without wings. So... I think it's safe to say no." Loki smiled a reassuring smile - it was a softer expression than his myriad of joking grins, and lacked the mischievous twinkle in his eyes. After that, he never really felt a compelling urge to try to find another 'family.' He had everything he needed already, and valued his independance above most other things he possessed. "In fact, I don't live here at all." The stallion wrinkled his nose, at Alona specifically, and nudged her in a 'cheer up' manner.

((*shorts out*))

hanging gallow
Alona thought of how she could explain being bonded to a human was... "A human that has a strong bond to you, a human that won't leave your side and well...you won't leave theres.... like a deep friend" she said trying to think of any other way to explain it. She wasn't good with explaining the whole bonding thing. It was like Lilly depended on her as she did the same back. Both looked out for each other and treated each other as a close friend.

edit: Alona returned a smile back to Loki she was glad he was there to cheer her up. She really wasn't comfortable talking about this herd thing. She had rough time as a filly with herds and didn't take well in wanting to talk about it.

Talencia
Cey whickered softly at Loki in sympathy for his past, then bobbed her head at Alona's words to show she was paying attention. "But what IS a human?" she asked in dignified curiousity. Her head stretched forward a bit and her head cocked to the side. Strangely, this gesture made her appear quite foal-like, despite her gravity and soberity. "Is a human a sort of horse? A new kind of soquili?" She shook her mane at her lack of understanding, then glanced upwards. Though not visible yet, she could sense the snow coming. Flakes would fall thickly soon, and she was as yet unsure if this was a safe place to take shelter. She turned her gaze back to the other two, ears perked in full attention.

hanging gallow
((I don't blame you chiriu..we have been rping since about 9:30 est time this morning and it is now 12:00 am here xp it has gotten quite long))

Alona was all lossed for words. She couldn't even think of how to describe a human. "No they are not other soquilis...they are a different tyep of creature...creatures who only walk on two legs, and they are smart, and they have things they call hands that they are able to touch stuff with and pick them up..and well..they are quite hard to describe" Alona said with a little bit of fustrations of not being able to discribe them.

Talencia
Apparently the mocha-cinnamon mare had a very stronge curious streak. "Are these humans good creatures, then?" Her ears twitched and she took a couple of interested steps forward, not noticing how close to the water and the splashers this brought her. "Are they far from here?" Part of her inwardly cringed at all the questions her ignorance was forcing her to ask. She usually was a rather reserved mare. Still, these two were being kind to her as a stranger with all these questions.

((Heh, no worries Cihiru. I can entirely understand. ::hugs:: ))

hanging gallow
"Oh! they are very kind, Lilly leaves a basket of apples out for any passing soquili, and other humans do other kind things too. They are extremely caring, or at least the ones that have bonds to soquilis." she said nodding with approval "They are not too far away from here at all, it just just a short distance out of these woods and across the field up on the slope, there is a village" she said nodding slightly as responding. She didn't mind the Ceylona curosity at all. She was acutally quite please with it.

Talencia
Ceylona blew through her nostrils in thought. Humans certainly sounded like good creatures to know. Perhaps she should meet them. Her ears swiveled uncertainly. She had better ask another question. "Do these humans like newcomers? Strange soquili?" She shifted her weight from hoof to hoof uncertainly. She wasn't used to being so off kilter this way.

hanging gallow
"They don't mind them at all, they greet them very cheerfully and pleasently" she said nodding in agreement.

((bleh...brain fried...sleep sweatdrop ))

Talencia
((::hugs:: Go sleep then, hon! Thanks for the rp! Ceylona is going to be a complicated character, I can see now, lol.))

hanging gallow
((yay sleep xp here i'll end alona first))

Alona looked up toward the sky and noticed the sun was starting to set. She knew Lilly would be waiting for her to go on their night stroll.

"I am afriad that I am going to have to get going now Ceylona" she said softly. "Maybe one day I will get you to met Lilly" she said adding cheefully. She was enjoying Ceylona's company but could tell she was very complex in all thoughts. She would have to get use to it.

As for Loki, Alona hated to say good bye to him, she was enjoying his company greatly. She trotted over to Loki nudging and whispered to him out of Ceylona range. "Have fun wandering the night Loki, I'll see you again" giving one more nudge as she trotted her way out of the river. She quickly made her way back to village to keep herself from getting any colder.

sorry I really wanna rp blaugh

Mahiri found herself running through the fields once more. She loved the way she could be free, the wind blow through her mane and her energy the never seemed to run out. She let out several bucks before she settled and slowed to a trot. She could smell water, and that was enough to slow down, she wanted to play though. She couldn't help but wonder if maybe Hania or Alona was around. Loki didn't seem to playful but the others did!!

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
((I have to think of an "indian" character for myself...))

Hania was up and now trotting through the fields. He loved this place; he cherished it. It was where he first met some new, enjoyable friends. He came to a pool, and stooped down to drink. I wonder if Hiri or Alona or even Loki are around... he thought to himself.

Takakun

His head was bent low with his muzzle deep in the rushing water as the light gray soquili drank deeply. The winter air swirled around him in small poofs of white and smoke, forming ice crystals in his long mane and tail. Slowly he lifted his head, ears twitching as sounds of another soquili approached.

Remove
She shook her head playfully as she reared up on her hin dlegs before randomly racing no one to the water. As she reached it she saw a Soquili she had never met before and, was that?

"Hania!" She smiled and trotted over to him, nipping at his shoulder before turning to the other in her normal happy way, "Hello there!" She nicklered at Hania before tossing her head again. She liked her new friends. Loki seemed a little serious but Alona and Hania were great! She was somewhat curious to who the newcommer was though.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania lifted his head when he heard a familiar voice. "Hiri!?" he called happily. He glanced over to the light grey--white?--stallion he'd seen when he had come by for water, but he had ignored him for he was thirsty. He was glad to see that Mahiri was around, though. "Hiri, what's up?" he greeted cheerfully, bowing. It was his usual greeting to any mare, at any right. He looked back over to the stallion and tensed. He couldn't help it; every time a stallion appeared, apprehension would come from him. Loki was an exception; he'd come to accept his somewhat serious friend as a valuable friend.

hanging gallow
(( I hope you don't mind if i join whee and i'm sorry if i'm a little late on response *ish trying to sneak on computer while doing chores*))

Alona shook the cold off as she wandered down to the field. She had slept in later than normal and was slightly annoyed in doing so. She knew Loki was probably sleeping still so she continued down to the river. When she reached the river she saw a few soquilis already there. "Hello" she replied when she got close to see it was Mahiri, Sora and Hania.

Takakun

His bright green eyes twinkled as he watched the mare greet the other golden soquili. The winter cold had slowed him down and kept him penned in the teepee but now he's out again and cant wait to stretch his legs. Sora smiled, whickering softly as he ambled over to them. "Hi.....I'm Sora.....who are you guys?"

Mahiri nickered as she saw Alona, "Hey!" She said cheerfully and circled Hania being he was the closest. She then turned to the other, Sora, interesting name, "I am Mahiri, Hania calls me Hiri though!" She giggled a little before walking into the water and lowering her head to drink some. She was really quite thirsty!

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
"Alona," Hania greeted more gently then he had with Mahiri. He reared up in greeting to Sora. "Greetings, Sora," he said, when all four of his hooves were back on the ground, "I am called Hania." He smiled at the mares, then returned to drinking. He had exhausted himself yesterday, and still hadn't had enough of a rest. He wanted a relaxing day for today.

((Gallow!! *glomps* X3 Good luck!))

Takakun
(( gack....such quick posts))

"Alona!" Sora grinned and approached to nuzzle her. He watched curiously as the others acknowledge her too and wonder how much he has missed.
As the new soquilis went to drink, he winked at Alona, half happy to see her, as well as them, and half thinking of something....
Slowly he shied away from the brown mare, and with a sudden leap, splashed into the waters, causing waves over the two unsuspecting soquilis.
His grey tail flicked, as Sora laughed, "Tag! you're it. catch me if you can!" he gave a loud whinny and leaped away into deeper waters to the side of the forest.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Not ANOTHER game of tag!!! Hania groaned as he was splashed by a small wave of cold, morning water. "Great," he sighed and moved out of the water. He was playful, but only when he had the energy. Moving away so that he didn't get Alona wet or Mahiri more wet, he shook himself hard so that the extra water flew away from him. Tossing his head, he bucked before stooping to enjoy some morning grass. "I'd play tag with you, but I'm still tired from yesterday," he said before eating. He hadn't eaten yet. "I'll play in a minute, just let me eat."

((oh? *gigges* dont matter... hmm kinda worrying that I am getting the two mixed up though!))

Mahiri snorted as she ran after Sora instead of just getting away from Alona. She was a little bored of this game but she wanted to show that no one could beat her at this game. She knew that Hania was tired so when she caught up with Sora she nipped him and snorted. She then turned and bucked, not hitting him before rushing off again into the water. She loved to run in the water, the droplets hitting her side, it was lovely.

Takakun

they never want to play.......i wonder why... thought Sora to himself. Still splashing in the water, he called out, "but it's a fine winter day. Some running will make the grass sweeter. Alona?" he asked, thinking the mare would join him for a morning run.....

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
((*laughs* Okay, then. Hm... I think I'm going to enter my "indian" self in now... I wonder what my name should be though?))

Hania watched as the ever playful Mahiri teased Sora and then ran back into the water. He grinned, and shook his head. "Gah, I guess having an early bath is a good idea, I feel a little bit more refreshed." He was finished eating now. Rearing up, he jumped forward and pounded the ground beneath him, starting up the chase once more.

Remove
Mahiri didn't stop running, she just ran up and down the river sending water everywhere. She didn't want to play tag, she just wanted to run. She looked to see Hania go off to eat and then felt the hunger in her own stomach. She took a couple of mouthfuls of the grass and ate it. Grass was so boring, had no real taste to it. She snorted and turned to see Hania run. She nickered and chased after but before hand she would go give that Sora a huge nudge. He couldn't run anywhere near as fast as he should do!

hanging gallow
"Oh yes it sure would" Alona said splashing in the water. She loved playing in the cold water. It was a rush of sweet coldness that she enjoyed. She swayed away from anyone who was it but knew if they came after her she would be tagged it. Her knee was still sore from yesturdays game but she would continue playing anyway.
((sorry for late response sweatdrop ))

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania slowed down and reared again. He was a stallion, and proud to be one. He wanted to race. "Who wants to race?" he was completely refreshed, though the grass he ate earlier didn't taste as good, it was enough for the moment. He looked about and smiled as he watched Alona and Mahiri play and run. Glancing over to Sora, Hania neighed a challenge to race. If the stallion was able to run that fast, Hania wanted to test his own speed. He could run neck and neck with Loki, that was for sure, but Sora seemed to be a real challenge he needed to test his own speed.

Edit: ((I have to brb. I need to restart my comp; it's being a pain.))

Takakun

Sora was sent twisting around as the new mare came and bucked at him, spalshing water everywhere. He ears twitched earnestly and he grinned. Before Mahiri could come at him again, the grey stallion leaped away and ran around Alona, "come along alona!" he called before dashing across Mahiri. He ran beside her, not yet even half of his speed and gave her a gentle n** at the back. He then surged forward and pounded after Hania.

hanging gallow
Alona responded to Sora by following him chasing after him. Her legs were full of rush of being able to run in the cool water. Her knee shot pain up, but she ingored it and continued, she was having far to much fun to quit now. She was able to catch to Mahiri and was laughing with joy.

Remove
Mahiri had slowed down as Alona caught up with her, she heard the words race and her ears had perked up. "I want to run!!" She reared up and when her fore legs came back down she sent up a huge splash before trotting over to Hania. She turned to look at Alona and Sora and nickered. She had a feeling the race was for the boys and she was slightly worried about Alona, she had been limping slightly yesterday and she hoped that she was ok now.

Takakun

His dark green eyes narrowed. A challenge?!He reared, his front hooves pounding into the ground. "Hania!" he whinnied and raced after the golden soquili. After being penned up for so long, he had to get his energy back and with vigor he leapt ahead. Throwing his head up with the long silky mane streaming behind, Sora easily gained ahead of Hania. He looked slightly back, watching the other stallion but then he noticed Alona with a slight limp..... whats wrong ..... he wondered.....

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
((Back!! *kicks compy* stare ))

Hania bellowed and pushed foward, raising his speed just a tad more. He was only using part of his speed, but now that Sora was catching up, he decided to add more to the challenge. He was, however, worried about Alona, considering he saw her limp, and he hoped she was okay. "Hiri!" he called--he couldn't get rid of that nickname!!--and turned so that he was running in a wide circle. "Do you wanna race!?" he knew that Mahiri loved to run, and racing would be good for her. He worried about Alona though.

Remove
Mahiri looked at Hania, she wanted to run, she really wanted to it was her life, running and being free but she refused, this once. "You race Sora. I will race you later!" She smiled, trotted upto him and gave him a friendly n** and nuzzled his neck before rushing back towards Alona. "Alona! Are you ok?" She shouted as she ran towards the mare.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Blinking, he turned and raced towards Sora, managing to fight down his blush with Mahiri nuzzled him. "If you say so!" he called back, and with that reply, leaped forward into the fray, enjoying the wind and running, his muscles becoming more strained as he slowly put on the speed only a horse would know of.

Remove
Mahiri smiled at Alona, "Well I will wait with you while they race then!" She smiled and winked at the female knowing for well that she actually meant that Alona would rest while she ran around her several times. She also wanted to at least half watch what Hania and Sora were doing, she was cheering on Hania, naturally.

Takakun
Sora was now way ahead as Hania backtracked to the mare, but now he can see the golden soquili catching up. He legs carried him easily and he grinned, enjoying the frosty air. But the sight of Alona could not escape him and he dropped his speed more and more until finally he turned and called back to Hania, "maybe another time..." and made his way back to Alona.
He came close and nuzzled her..."are you alright?"

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania sped past Sora for a second, then slowed and turned. "Fine, another time," he agreed, seeing that Sora worried over Alona as well. Shrugging it off, he cantered over to Mahiri. "Wanna race now? Seems that Sora's worried about Alona," he explained, though thrilled that he'd get to race against Mahiri. He saw her run yesterday; she was pretty fast, and he was sure she'd jump at the idea to race against him.

Remove
Her ears perked up, "Sora is going to stay with Alona? Then what are you waiting for!" She laughed and nipped at him again. Her body touching his as she nipped him again. She then took off, her hooves thundering on the ground beneath her.

She turned back and laughed as she looked at Hania, he was her best friend, yep that was for sure. She didn't know if she was his, but he was the one she could mess around with, like, all the time! She nickered happily and shook her head as she moved her legs more, getting faster.

hanging gallow
Alona nuzzled Sora back. "I'm fine, I promise, it will soon pass" she said giving a cheerful look. "Go ahead have fun, I'll be fine" she said, she didn't want to ruin his fun by her knee, it wouldn't be fair.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania managed to hide his blush once more and then whinnied. "Hey," he whined, "Cheater!!" Laughing anyway, he raced after her. "Hiri!!!" he called, slowly catching up. "I'm going to beat you!!" So he surged ahead. He considered Mahiri to be his good, close, best friend now, for she cheered him up every time he saw her. "I'm not about to let my best friend beat me, after all!" he called out again, laughing.

((I have to go and eat now. Be back soon, hopefully.))

Remove
She laughed and sped on more, she was fast and wasn't going to let him beat her, a draw maybe, beat, no way! "Good luck Hania.." She took in a breath as she spoke and nearly ended up coughing badly but she managed to keep going really quickly, "You try and beat me, SLOW COACH!" She laughed as she pressed on faster, he wasn't going to beat her, it wasn't allowed!

Takakun

Sora smiled at the brown mare, calmly looking at the other two racing off. "It;s sure is fun meeting new friends....but even better to catch up with old ones...." he walked around her, propping himself to her side so she can lean against him, "it's been some time in the long cold.....what have you been doing?"
Sora could see that eventhough she said it didn't matter, her leg was bothering her. He bowed his head and walked slowly towards the grazing fields where the lands are flat and easier to walk.

Nipper yawned a big yawn and blinked his soft brown eyes. What had happened? He looked around him not able to make out much. He tried to stand on wobblely legs, tripping and landing on his side letting out a bellow for a mother that wouldn't come to him.
heart

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania didn't reply; he was too caught up in racing. Pumping his legs hard, Hania moved forward until he was neck and neck with Mahiri. Neighing and laughing, Hania finally said, "Really, Hiri; do you think I would let you beat me? I won't be easy on a mare!" he challenged and managed to pull maybe two inches ahead.

((Back! heart ))

She laughed and nipped at his flanks before suddenly putting on a burst of speed. "You just try mister!" She let out a laugh as she put on a little more speed rushing onwards. She had to beat him! Otherwise, she had to think of soemthing else to do to him anyway.

((I gotta go eat now.. shouldn't be too long...))

hanging gallow
"I haven't done too much lately, Sora, just meeting other soquilis and catching up with a few friends like Cyrus and Loki and we were playing tag yesturday, however it bothered my knee" she leaning on him slightly. She hoped he wasn't worried too much as she followed him to the field.

edit for silver: As Sora and Alona continued walking to the field she heard a noise. Her ears perked up and she wondered what it was. "That sounds like a foal" Alona said looking around, "but where is it coming from"

((would like to join us silver ^_^ I added in an edit if you want too ^_^))

SilverPelt
Nipper tried to get up again his legs wobbled under him as he tried to stand letting out a whinny for his mother, he didn't really realise what he was calling for being that there was not a mother around but instinct told him that someone or something should be helping him. He wobbled forward crying out again, his legs giving way as he landed back on the ground.

Takakun

Sora nodded, "But..." then he heard the small whinny along with Alona and twitched his ears. "hmm......sounds nearby......over there?" he ambled nearer towards the field.

((Okiedokie, Remove!))

"Hey!!" Hania called as she put on a burst of speed, "So you want it THAT way, eh?" he, too, put on a burst of speed, and surged onward. He knew that she really wanted to be beat, but he couldn't let a mare have her way without him making it a TIE at least!!

She laughed and pushed herself more and more, hoping that Hania would slow down or something. She wanted to beat him, she really like Hania, the only Soquili that she could have fun with all the time for what ever reason! She wanted to beat him!!

SilverPelt
Nipper let out a whinny while laying on the ground, he didn't know what he was looking for but there had to be something. He kept out his calling, if someone didn't find him soon a predator would pick him off.

((ohh yay! hehe yup yup come rp with me hehe I was hopeing someone would answer back hehe))

((I don't mind polar ^_^))

Alona followed sora towards the field. Alona looked around as she heard a whinny ring across the field. Her ears perked up as she looked for the source. She notice a small light brown and white lump laying in the field, she trotted closer to and notice it was a foal who was having trouble standing up. She notice that it had wings much like Kali, meaning the foal must have been part of the wind soquilis. She ambled closer and stopped. She didn't want to startle him. "Hello" she said softly not to scare the little thing.

Hania grinned as he watched the fox-colored mare push herself to beat him. Shaking his head to toss his mane to the the other side of his neck, he pulled forward, not intending to slow down at all, but move faster. It was almost time to end the race. Almost. "The finish line is that flowery area right there!" he called, and summoning up all his strength, raced forward, intent on winning.

Skylar14
Settia could hear a pitiful cry as she walked along the forest on the far side of the field. She wasn't sure what it was but it sounded so sad. It wasn't long before two Soquili came running through the field. They must have also heard the sound. She thought. She stopped and turned to watch to see if the other Soquili knew what the sound was. She noticed them walking over to something small laying in the field. It wasn't long before she became curious but she didn't quite want to approach the unknown Soquili. She was afriad that they might not like her presence. She ressumed her walk but at a much slower pace this time.

Takakun
Sora peered from behind Alona, ears twitching slightly as he watched the young foal. The winges cousins always fascinate him and they are great fun as they fly above the ground and he could chase them. Following the mare's example, he approached lightly and smiled, "hello there/....."

Valeria
Spirit Sprite wanders through the fields slowly, looking for something to do. He had been alone for a long time, or at least, he felt that way. Sure, he had Valeria and Tania with him nearly every day, but he wanted interaction with others of his own kind. He snorted softly, lowering his muzzle to sniff the ground slowly for something to chew as he walked.

-Polar-
Orchu was sleeping peacefully in his woven basket when abrupty awoken by a sharp whinny. Orchu stirred within his basket and wondered where he was. The gentle trickle of running water flowed through his ears and he realized he was still by the river. Polar had placed the basket down while collecting water and told Orchu softly she'd be back in a while. How long is a while? Orchu couldn't help but wonder. Orchu stuck his nose gently out of his basket and sniffed the air. There were many unfamiliar scents floating about by the stream. He snorted lightly and withdrew his nose into the basket. He heard voices; only one recognizeable. Orchu felt an oddly brave rush through his veins and he called out defiantly, "Hello?" Orchu waited a few seconds before letting out a soft neigh. "Alona? Is that you?" He though he heard her voice clearly through what sounded like a mass of soquili gathering by the stream.

She didn't answer just pushed herself more and more, she was slowly tiring but she wouldn't let it affect her. She pushed herself and she reached the flowers, just as as Hania got to her. She laughed as she stopped and collapsed on her side. "There ya go Hania, I hope you enjoyed that!" She was at last tired, how weird it was not to have the energy!

Skylar14
Settia noticed another Soquili this one white with brown patches and spots walking through the fields. She scented the air to see if there were anymore. Not finding any others besides herself, a silver soquili and a beautiful light brown mare with a black mane, she continued her walk but kept an eye on the other three who were in the field.

Valeria
Spirit Sprite's ears flicked slightly as the sounds of others nearby reached them. He raised his head, sniffing the air carefully, his tail flicking to keep the flies off him. He nickered a bit, and took a couple uncertain steps closer to the group he saw before stopping and fidgeting slightly from foot to foot. He wasn't really sure how he should react with these others, since the only other Soquili he knew was Ayita. His ears flickered again, a clear sign that he was uncertain of whether to proceed or retreat.

Takakun

Sora looked up, seeing two other watching. they must have heard the young colt so he gave a slight whinny before turning back to the little bundle on the field. "can you stand?" he asked, nosing the young one gently.

hanging gallow
Alonas ears perked up when she heard her named called. She looked around but didn't see any other soquili but a beautiful red mare, one whom she had recoginzed from yesturdays game of tag. Settia was her name. She could have sworn she heard Orchu call her name. "Orchu, is that you" she said softly, loud enough to be heard, but not too loud to frieghten the foal that she was still standing by.

Skylar14
Settia stopped again and sniffed the air. She could sense the new comers uncertainty. She felt the same way as he did. She wandered if maybe she should go over to him and be friendly. BUt she didn't know how to approach another of her kind. She hadn't met anyone yet and worried whether or not he would accept her. After fidgeting for a few moments she decided to go over and greet him. She turned and trotted over to him across the field.

-Polar-
Orchu's ears perked up at the sound of Alona's voice. "Yes it's me." Orchu called out lightly. Once again he stuck his nose out of his basket and snorted. Orchu slid his nose within his basket and restlessly shook it; hoping to draw Alona's attention. "Who's out there with you?" He asked tentatively. "I thought I heard some voices..." Orchu rustled his wings and flicked his ears about.

Valeria
Spirit Sprite blinks, all other movements ceasing when the red mare started walking in his direction. He pawed the ground nervously with a forehoof, then nickered again, as if reassuring himself that he wasn't going to be harmed. He took a couple steps closer to the mare, his head held low to the ground now, trying to look as non-threatening as possible. "Hi." He said softly when he got close enough to speak to her. He saw others still in the distance and fidgeted nervously again.

hanging gallow
Alona spotted Orchu's basket close to the river. She notice it as it shook the leaves around it. "Oh! I see you now Orchu, I am here with my friend Sora, and we are greeting a new wind soquili", she said softly remembering the foal. She noticed a new soquili apporach the field. She watch as settia greeted him. She wondered if they would come meet her and Sora and the new foal, along with Orchu.

Skylar14
Settia came over to the stallion and noticed he was extremely nervous. "Hello." she said pleasantly and smiled. She shook out her mane trying to ease her own nervousness. "My name is Settia." she said trying to ease the other's nervousness as well.

SilverPelt
(sorry about that my little guy wanted maccarroni hehe)

Nipper heard the voice behind him, he didn't quite understand what was being said but with confused instincts made him think that one of the creatures was what he was looking for. As they all gathered around him, he tried to stand again trying to make his way over to Alona on wobbly legs. He poked his muzzle under her nipping at her tummy looking for milk.

Valeria
Spirit Sprite calmed down a bit, noticing the mare was just as nervous as he was. "I'm Spirit Sprite. Nice to meet you Settia." He said softly, then looked over at the others. "I... haven't had much contact with our species, so forgive me if I'm a bit... edgy." He said, glancing back at her.

Skylar14
Settia nodded. "Me either. I had meet a few others yesterday but I had to leave as soon as I met them. I feel bad about it too." she said sadly. "They were playing this amazing game where they chased each other around." she explained to Spirit Sprite and then glanced at the others.

-Polar-
Orchu listened intently to Alona. "I see..." Orchu did not know whether this Sora that Alona mentioned was near his basket or not. "Tell Sora hello from me." Orchu shook his back gently and stifled a yawn. "I'm starting to get incredibly fustrated. This basket is getting smaller and smaller by the day." Orchu frowned and sighed indignantly.

hanging gallow
((Aww bye taka ^_^ nite ^_^))

"Eep" Alona said as the foal nipped her looking for milk. She wasn't too familiar with what the foal was up to, but he must have mistaken her for his mother, and was apparently hungery. He seemed too young to be able to understand what they were saying to him. Alona, a little loss on what to do but nuzzled the foal gently.

Valeria
Spirit Sprite listened to Settia intently, then glanced over at the others. "Do you think we should go over and say hello?" He asked, slightly nervous again.

Skylar14
Settia noticed Spirit Sprite getting nervous again. "We can if you want to. It might be easier if we went over together. I am sure that they are all very nice." she said reassuringly to him. "Come on. I'll even race you if you want too." she said trying to make him feel better.

Valeria
Spirit Sprite smiled a bit at the part about racing him, then nodded, allowing her to have a head start.

SilverPelt
Nipper kept noseing her and finding nothing he let out a hungry nicker and laid down beside Alona, thinking he had found what he was looking for but not sure what he was to do now.. he was hungry and he tried nipping at the ground.

((XD is it winter in the rp? lots of snow or? ))

Skylar14
Settia grinned at him before taking off towards the group. She had never raced before but knew that he just had to run as fast as she could. And thats what she did. As she began running she looked back to see if Spirit Sprite was following her.

hanging gallow
((it is winter...but we can let there be no snow at the moment ^_^))

Alona didn't know what to do with the little foal. He was hunger, but Alona had no idea what to do. She never had a real mother figure in her life, which didn't help her out in the situations. She wondered if the foal would drink any water. "I'm sure you will be free soon Orchu, I just hope your not in there until you break the basket," she said hopeing to cheer him up slightly. "As for Sora, I'm afraid he has left, but i'm still here, with a little foal, who seems to be hunger" she said nuzzling the foal hopeing maybe it could make it to a pool of water to drink.

Valeria
Spirit Sprite launched himself after Settia, legs pumping as fast as they could in an effort to catch up with the mare. The thundering of their hooves filled his ears, which were flattened against his head as he ran. Seeing that they were now much closer to the others, he slowed down, not wanting to run anyone over or run into them.

Skylar14
Settia saw Spirit Sprite slow down and did the same thing. She didn't want to run into the group in front of her. As she came closer she noticed a young foal laying on the ground. She continued to slow her pace until it was a trot and then stopped when she was a few feet from the group. "Hello there." she called out to them.

-Polar-
Orchu shifted his shoulders and shook his head. "I suppose your right... Thanks Alona." Orchu let out a soft hearty laugh before he furrowed his eyebrows. "A foal you say?" Orchu pondered this thought a moment. "What might be your name?" His asked this curiously; hoping for a response from the wind soquili foal.

Valeria
((*waves to Hikarie* Morning hun.))

Spirit Sprite stops beside Settia and looks from the foal to the basket, then to Alona. "Hi." He said softly. "I'm... Spirit Sprite." he looked down at the foal, then back to Alona. "Is he alright?"

((ah ha! i missed that post *points up*))

SilverPelt
The little foal lay there thinking Alona was what he was looking for.. at least he calmed him enough that he didn't cry out loudly. He lay there chewing at dirt, his muzzle becomeing dirty with hard soil as his teeth barely broke the frozen earth. "Orrrrchii" He whinnied trying to copy some of the words Alona had been saying.

-Polar-
Orchu's eyes widened briefly and his ears flickered about. "Yes I'm Orchu." He assumed his name had been said by the young foal Alona was tending to. A smile flashed over Orchu's features and he laughed again lightly.

Skylar14
Settia smiled at Alona and the young foal. It wasn't until Orchu spoke that she noticed the basket and looked down with curiosity. "Hello, everyone!" she said cheerfully. The run had made her feel very energized and awake.

Valeria
Spirit Sprite looks down at the winged foal again, then trots off a few feet, nosing around under a dead-looking, snow-covered bush. He slowly walks back with a small mouthful of what looked like moss, and set it down in front of him. "It's all I can find, for now." He said quietly, his nervousness gone.

hanging gallow
Alona saw the foal trying to nibble at the dirt Oh no, he is eating dirt, not good not good. She nuzzled the foal and moved slightly, hopeing he would understand to follow her. She wanted to wash out the dirt from his mouth. It wasn't good for him to eat. When the foal whinnied out orchi she responded "Your welcome Orchu, however I don't think the foal can understand us yet, but I think he is trying to learn you name Orchu"

hanging gallow
((bleh is slow on the posting this time ))

"Hello again Settia" Alona giving a cheerful smile to the mare. "And thank you...uhm..oh! I dont know your name yet, but i'm Alona" she said shaking her head. "Oh! i'm trying to get him to water, but he doesnt' quite understand us yet.." she said looking at the foal. "Oh before i forget, Orchu is the young one in the basket," she said looking in Orchu direction. "Orchu Settia is here along with another stallion" she said hoping Orchu didn't mind meeting new soquilis.

-Polar-
Orchu heard thundering hooves upon the frozen ground as they neared his basket, Alona and the winged foal. He shifted nervously within his woven confines until he heard two new voices speaking. One was apparently named Spirit Sprite and Alona told him the name of the second. Orchu shook violently within his basket. "Hello Spirit Sprite and Seitta."

{{::Edited::}}

Skylar14
Settia nodded to Alona and looked down at the basket. "Hello Orchu, I am Settia. It is very nice to meet you." she said politely and then looked over at the foal and smiled. "Such a cute little thing." she said. "Here, let me help you try and get him to the water." she said and went to nuzzle the foal into standing.

SilverPelt
Nipper noticed the other female that came to the group, he turned his head to the side and let out a whinny, feeling Alona nudge him he stood, wobbleing on his long legs. He wobbled over to the red female and nudged her tummy looking for milk.

Valeria
Spirit Sprite looked at the basket and nickered slightly. "Hello Orchu." He said, lowering his head to the basket to get a closer look at it. He then nodded slightly to Alona, letting her know he had heard her.

-Polar-
Orchu nickered lightly to Settia and Spirit Sprite. "My pleasure."

Skylar14
Settia felt the foal nudge her tummy and had a confused look on her face. "I think he is hungery and thinks I am his mother." She really didn't know what to do and looked to Alona for help.

hanging gallow
"I have noticed he is looking for his mother, he got me first and didn't know what to do with me and I with him" Alona said nudging the foal away from Settia stomach. "Come on little one this way" she said nuzzling him slightly hopeing to lead him closer to the water.

Skylar14
Settia gave out a chuckle. "I see. I really don't know what to do with him either. Only that he is hungery." she said and watched as Alona tried to guide the foal towards the water. Settia began to paw at the snow trying to clear it away from the grass for the foal. "Maybe after we see if he'll drink the water, we can try and get him to eat some grass. That's if we can clear away some of the snow."

-Polar-
Orchu restlessly shuffled around in his basket. He wished he could help the mares assist the young foal. He snorted lightly and a muscle twitched near his jaw.

hanging gallow
"That sounds like an idea" Alona said agreeing with Settia. "Now lets only hope we can get him to the water first" Alona said hoping the foal wouldn't fall again.

SilverPelt
Nipper felt Alona nudge him again and it caused him to try and hop forward moving away from Settia. He was trying to do more then walk and it caused him to trip again landing near the basket. "herrr hereee " He said looking at the basket giving it a sniff with his muzzle. The basket smelt good and warm and he gave it a n** tring to pull straw from it.

Valeria
((yes, you can rp your indian characters in here as well. I've done it multiple times with Valeria. XD))

Spirit Sprite watched the two mares with the foal for a moment, then looked around, keeping an eye out for possible danger. His familiar, Tania, crouched at his feet, her tan tail flicking slightly as she watched the others.

Settia nuzzled the foal as he nipped at Orchu's basket. "That's not very nice. Come on now. Let's try standing again." she said and nuzzled him into standing again.

-Polar-
Polar was walking peacefully along the river bank after collecting a few baskets of water and returning them safely to her and Orchu's teepee. A wooden basket was dangling limply in her hand as she walked. She tilted her head interestedly as she noticed a few soquili around the area she had left Orchu's basket. She didn't want to alarm any of them and lightly clicked her tounge against the roof of her mouth to let them know of her presence. She gently walked over to the orange-brownish mare and stroked her neck fondly. Polar noticed a young wing soquili on the ground near Orchu's basket and she knelt beside it, patting it's neck gently. "Hey there little guy." She cooed out softly. She looked around at the mares and her eyes roamed to the stream nearby. Polar got up slowly and wakled over to the stream. She dipped the bucket in the water and removed it about half full. She held the basket with two hands and knelt by the foal again, placing the basket at her side. "Are you thristy?" She cupped her hands and slowly scooped up some cold water from the basket; holding it to the foal's muzzle.

Skylar14
Settia watched as the indian tried to get the foal to drink the water from her hands. She hoped that the foal would get the idea and drink the water. She gave a soft whimper hoping to urge the foal into drinking the water.

hanging gallow
Alona was relieved to see Orchu's bonded human appear. She had hands that could help them. Alona nuzzled the women when she patted her neck, and nodded her head as she went to gather water for the foal. Alona only hoped that the foal would drink it, or at least it would wash the dirt from his muzzle and mouth.

SilverPelt
Nipper pulled his head away from chewing the basket and jumped up tripping backwards as the strange two legger touched him. He stood again, getting used to doing it but still was wobblely, he shook his head and whinnied loudly. He was scared of the human but with the others not being alarmed it calmed him somewhat but he still kept his distance. He saw the two legger hold out something too him, the foal watched as the human placed the water bucket down and held out her hands to him, he stretched his neck out to sniff lightly at the hands, smelling the water he nipped lightly at it, sticking out his tounge to lick the cool liquid, though still trying to stay as far as he could from the human.

Skylar14
Settia was relieved when the foal began to drink the water from the Indians hands. Now all they would need to do is get him to eat some grass after he had finished drinking his fill of the water.

hanging gallow
Alona was glad that the foal was drinking the water. She went to nuzzle the foals muzzle with hopes to wash some of the dirt off. She could tell that the foal wasn't happy in seeing the human, he wasn't use to it. So Alona remained close to him hoping he wouldn't feel to uncomfortable. Now her only hope was getting the foal to eat some grass, or at least somthing nutritious besides the straw in Orchu's basket.

Skylar14
Settia went back to pawing at the ground to clear more of the snow away from the grass. She hoped to clear a big enough spot so the foal would have enough to eat. She thought that they may be able to get the foal to eat the grass if they ate some themselves and the foal would follow thier example.

SilverPelt
Nipper jumped a little when Alona nuzzled his muzzle but he settled down to move a little more forward to find the bucket, he dipped his nose into the cool water and came up with a snort, he settled back into the water testing the level at which to drink at without breathing in the water. He kept drinking until there was none left, he was full now, but it wasn't the best that he was full of water, as he would eventually need some sort of nuetrience soon.

hanging gallow
Alona returned to the field after finding the other foal a place to stay. She wondered where Orchu and his indian were at becuase she didn't get to say thank you for helping them with the foal. She continued to where she had last seen Orchu. However when she had reached the area, she didn't see Orchu's basket anywhere. "Oh! I must have missed them" Alona said talking to herself outloud.

((o.o yay join cihiru ^_^))

-Polar-
Orchu was laying on his side still by the river when he noticed a mare walking across the field. He stiffened slightly at the sight of her; not recognizing the mare by appearance. Suddenly she spoke and she became familiar. Orchu perked his ears up. "Alona?" He called out; watching her intently.

hanging gallow
((sorry for slow repsonse i was checking in on a friends mom who has been in the hopsital))

Alona ears perked up, she reconginzed that voice. She looked around but didn't see Orchu's basket anywhere. She instead spotted a young winged soquili foal watching her. "Orchu...is that you" Alona said coming closer to the foal.

-Polar-
Orchu watched Alona and nodded. "Yes. I just came out of my basket." Orchu rolled unsteadily onto his legs and attempted to stand up. He legs shook violently as he rose and his front legs gave way as he fell onto them; his back legs stretching out. Orchu looked around him and snorted undignatly before withdrawing his legs underneath him and lying back down.

hanging gallow
"Oh! wow I told you that you would soon come out of your basket" Alona said nuzzling him. "Here if you want you can lean on me to help keep you up, that is until you are able to stand" she said cheerfully.

-Polar-
"Looks like you were right." He agreed chuckling. Orchu leaned against Alona's front leg as he tried rising again. "Thank you." He held his breath as he got all four of his legs steadily under him. Orchu tentatively picked up one of his front legs; still leaning on Alona he took his first step soon followed by a second and a third as he picked up his other front leg and then one of his back. He exhaled slowly and a smile flickered over his features.

SilverPelt
Nipper sniffed the ground getting snow all on his nose, he was alone now, left by the river. He watched the other soquilli come out of his basket and wondered if it was the same for him, though he could not remember. He got up on wobblly legs to look for another female that might be his mother

hanging gallow
Alona remained by the river splashing the coldwater around her hooves. Orchu had left to go show his human that he had emerged and Alona stayed behind. She wondered how the little foal that was there earlier was doing.

((I hope if you don't mind me joining you silver ^_^))

SilverPelt
Nipper was looking for his mother, he wasn't far from the river, mainly because he couldn't really go to far yet. He was hopping up and down, trying to understand his legs. His tummy full of water, he would be hungry soon, though he wasn't sure what he was going to eat.

-Polar-
Orchu was trotting slowly over the frozen ground, he had just wandered off in search of Polar's and his teepee to show Polar he had grown. Polar had been absolutely delighted and sent Orchu off to get used to his new found freedom of using his legs. Orchu had took off back towards the river, hoping to find Alona and perhaps some other soquili to meet. As Orchu neared the river and noticed what he assumed to be the wind soquili foal Alona had tended to earlier and had said his name. Orchu neighed lighted and trotted over to him. "Hello." He said politely and nipped at his shoulder. "I'm Orchu. I was in my basket before and I think I may have met you." Orchu bowed his head and looked around. He spotted Alona and smiled. Orchu nudged the foal lightly. "Look it's Alona." He told him. "We should go say hello." With that Orchu started walking towards her. "Alona!" Orchu called out brightly. He turned around to wait for the wind soquili before continuing towards Alona.

hanging gallow
Alona's ears perked up when she heard her name. It was Orchu and he had found the little foal from earlier. Alona was delighted to see them both and trotted over to them. She nuzzled the little foal and wondered if he had eaten anything.

SilverPelt
Nipper saw another foal coming towards him, he was confused and kicked when the Orchu nipped at his shoulder. Listening to the foal he said quietly and low. "Hello" His ears perked up as he heard Alona, he troted up to her and leaned against her back legs glad to see her, since he almost concidered her his mother.

-Polar-
Orchu nodded at Alona as she trotted over. Orchu chuckled as he heard the foal mimick him.

hanging gallow
Alona nuzzled the foal gently. He seemed a little confused about Orchu, but she chuckled when the foal followed what Orchu was saying. "Hello little one" Alona said as she leaned on her back leg. Alona gave Orchu a cheeful smile.

SilverPelt
Nipper leaned his head under alona again looking for milk that wasn't there. He kicked his back leg making a clanking noise with his hoof when he found nothing.

hanging gallow
"I think the poor fellow still thinks I am his mother" Alona said to Orchu "I wonder where she is" Alona said looking around. She looked at the foal as he made the clanking noise with his hoof.

-Polar-
Orchu shook his head dispairingly and watched the little foal. "I haven't the slightest idea of where she would be..." Orchu's voice trailed off and he looked at the ground; his eyes unfocused.

Orchu, Cyrus, Pallaton, Settia, Nipper, Alona, and Resi

-Polar-
Orchu yawned loudly as he awoke. He turned over onto his side and saw Polar was still asleep. It must be early... Orchu thought to himself. He slowly got up and pushed the flap of the tent to the side as he walked outside to the pale blue morning sky. Orchu was too busy starting upward to notice the fresh amount of snow that had fallen from the sky over night. Orchu's legs felt very cold and he looked down abrutly and started prancing about, trying to get away from it. He snorted disdainfully and flicked his tail in annoyance. Orchu took off at a trot through the snow into the forest.

{Err yeah I start crapily too. xP}

Draculas Babe
Cyrus got up from his own resting spot, amazingly he had found a place with no snow, and it happened to be quite warm and comfertable. He shook his legs to wake up a bit. He started making his way over to a tree and he started talking to himself, softly, "I wonder what I'm going to do today. Haven't seen Resi and Zephi for awhile. I could sop by their teepees. Haven't seen Alona either or Lakota. Then again it's a bit early to go meeting them. No one is probably even uo." he hadn't realized he was talking a loud. He met the creek and dipped his muzzle taking anice long drink. His winter coat seemed to still be growing and his mane was unusually long.

hanging gallow
Alona went out for her morning stroll, the same as she had done every morning. She was excited to see that more snow had fallen overnight. She wondered who else would be awake to enjoy the morning as she headed into the woods.

-Polar-
Orchu watched curiously as a large black stallion got up a short distance from where he was standing. Orchu backed up quietly as the soquili started walking towards a tree near him. Orchu's ears perked up as he heard the stallion mumbling to himself and he recognized the voice. Orchu's eyebrows furrowed trying to remember who the large soquili was. As the stallion arched his neck to take a drink from the nearby creek Orchu remembered who he was. Orchu trotted over happily and said brightly, "Hi Cyrus!"

hanging gallow
((he he no prob. polar she will be there ^_^))

Alona continued her way into the forest until she had reached the small river. As she was bending her neck down to take a sip she heard a small voice say Cyrus's name. That must be Orchu Alona thought recongizing his voice, he must be with Cyrus. Alona decided to head over to see how things were. "Hello" Alona said as she apporached them.

Draculas Babe
Cyrus turned around at the colt curiously. Oh. I forgot a his name...Who is he...His voice his familiar. Can't place it. Cyrus was thinking of the colt's name. "Orchu!" he exclaimed after a rather long pause. "I see you finally emerged from your basket." He looked over at another familiar voice, Alona. "Hello."

((Resi...:tries not to laugh: Anyways Cyrus hasn't seen her "all grown up" interesting))

-Polar-
Orchu nodded at Cyrus. "Yep just yesterday!" Orchu turned to Alona as she approached and greeted Cyrus and him. "Hi Alona!" Orchu trotted around her flicking his tail with excitement.

Draculas Babe
((Not at all Kireiryuu))

"Yesterday, huh. So everything is still new to you." Cyrus remembered is time as a colt and how big the world was to him. He was actually very small for his age. Then he sprouted. (Lol, sprouted) Cyrus flickered his ears listening to them.

hanging gallow
((aww poor sora sweatdrop sure resi can join ^_^))

"Oh! so i see you are showing Cyrus you life outside of you basket" Alona said giving a cheerful smile as she nudge him a little. "How have you been Cyrus" Alona said pleasingly having not seen him in a while.

Kireiryuu
Trotting through the trees as the shadows danced along her black body, the black widow could see the clearing up ahead. Smiling to herself, she tossed her head and trotted out from the trees. As crimson eyes scanned the area as sounds caught her attention. They sounded...familiar! Flicking her tail as she walked forward. Tilting her head, that looked like...Cyrus! And Alona! And a little foal she didn't know but would find out soon enough.

Draculas Babe
"Pretty good and yourself?" he had spent the past week to himself and Lily. His excesive hair gave him a low self esteem at times, but he blew it off and didn't care about it anymore. His emerald eyes were glancing back and forth between Alona and Orchu. He looked around curiously behind him it felt as if someone were watching. Someone he knew. He arched his neck again and took another drink of water and waited for Alona's reply.

-Polar-
Orchu snorted lightly. "Yes very new. Especially the cold white flakes Polar refers to as snow." Orchu shivered suddenly at the thought. He smiled at Alona and nuzzled her affectionately. Orchu saw Alona as a mother figure since he had been around her most in seemed when he had been confined within his basket; with the exception of Polar of course.

hanging gallow
"I've been doing fine Cyrus" Alona said cheerfully. "Oh! Orchu the snow is wonderful well at least I think it is" Alona said nuzzling Orchu back. Orchu to her, was like a little brother that she didn't have, someone she would look out for and help when he needed her. Alona could also sense someone watching them, but didn't worry too much about it. She only figured it was another soquili.

Draculas Babe
"That's good," Alona and Orchu reminded him of Zephi's relationship with himself. Well of corse now he's gotten much bigger but still the same he treated Zephi as a younger brother and the same as Resi, she's was like a little sister. Ah well, he hoped to see them soon too. "I agree with Alona besides the Autumn leaves snow is rather beautiful as well. I personally prefer the leaves." he grinned.

Kireiryuu
Grinning to herself, they apparently hadn't figured out who was on the way! Resi trotted over towards Cyrus, with his back towards her so she could sneak up on him. Once she was close enough, she nipped his tail and whinnied. "Cyrus!" Turning to Alona, she whinnied again and trotted over to tug on her mane as well. It was nice being the same height as them. "Alona!" And then, she turned her crimson eyes to the foal and smiled. "Hi!"

-Polar-
Orchu raised an eyebrow sardonically at Alona. Orchu flickered his ears as he heard a crisp trotting on the somewhat frozen ground near Alona, Cyrus and himself. The sounds were coming from a mare Orchu didn't recognize. As she approached them he rustled his mane and said, "Hello. My name is Orchu."

Draculas Babe
"Querida! You have grown!" he exclaimed bewildered. His emerald eyes seemed to pop out of their sockets while he was trying to figure out when she was getting so big. This was the same reaction that he had when Zephi had grown so he should have been somewhat use to it but he wasn't. "How have you been Resi?" He flickered his tail that she had just nipped at.

hanging gallow
"Resi! Oh! May you have gotten tall" she said cheefully. "On the bright side you can now reach for Cyrus's mane" she laughing as she remembered the day when she had first met Resi trying playfully tried to reach Cyrus's mane. "Cyrus is right Orchu, snow is great, but the leaves are better" she said giving him a wink.

Kireiryuu
Happiness shone on the black widow's features as Resi flicked her tail. Oh! Alona was right; she could reach Cyrus' mane now. Inching closer to the stallion, she plucked at his mane playfully. "Yea! I'm tall now! It's great to see you all, I've missed you." As the colt rustled his mane, it caught her crimson gaze as she inched closer to him and nibbled on the mane. She had a thing with manes. "I'm Resi, it's nice to meet you Orchu."

Draculas Babe
"Good job Alona, you gave her the idea of letting her get my mane." he said rather sarcastically as he grinned, realizing that Resi had already began nibling his mane. He looked at Alona humorusly.

(edit)

-Polar-
Orchu blinked. "Leaves? Autumn? ... What?!" He was so confused. Everything was so new to him and he didn't understand what they were talking about. Orchu raised a curious eyebrow at Resi as she nibbled on his mane. "Nice to meet you too."

hanging gallow
Alona laughed as Resi when she nibbled Cyrus mane "I'm sorry I didn't realize she didn't remember" she said giving Cyrus a childish innocent look. "Leaves are the green things that grow on trees in the spring and summer, and in the autumn they turn brown and fall off the trees and then we have winter" Alona said hoping to clear some of it up for Orchu.

-Polar-
"Oh." Orchu stated. "It sounds lovely." He looked upward at the bare trees outlined clearly; their dark bark contrasting so freely against the pale blue glow of the winter sky. Orchu's eyes glazed over with a deep longing as he stared into the sky. His eyes began to sting from the harsh winter wind piercing them. Orchu closed his eyes and shook his head briefly before looking down to the ground coated with brown frosted leaves. Orchu stepped on one and it created and ominous crunching sound.

hanging gallow
Alona laughed as Orchu stepped on one of the leaves. "They are more amusing when they are blowing in the wind" she said cheerfully.
((o.o sorry polar ^_^ i was saying bye for everyone who left ^^))

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
((Sure, Polar. X3 *envies Polar* You have an awesome lookin' wind soquili!!! *jealousjealousjealous* LOL!!!))

Hania was refreshed and ready for the day. He wondered where everyone was... Shrugging, he trotted out into the field. Upon reaching a certain area, he noticed Alona along with... a foal? He blinked. Did she have a mate? Who was it? Was that her child? He closed his eyes in confusion. What in the world? I swore she was mateless last I met her. Maybe she and Sora got together? But that foal looks nothing like either of them...

((*laughs* I love when I RP stuff like that.))

-Polar-
Orchu chuckled lightly. Just as Alona spoke a woosh of crisp winter air cascaded around them; a bunch of leaves were swept off the ground and circled over their heads. Orchu reared up and tried nipping at the hovering leaves. He laughed softly and came back down onto all fours. Orchu shook his back and tossed his mane about as he trotted about. Suddenly he caught sight of a golden stallion who appeared to be watchig Alona and himself. Orchu whinned and nodded towards the soquili.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania blinked as he watched the foal fly... then he realized that the young colt was one of the cousin Soquili--a wind Soquili. Neighing back in greeting while smiling, he trotted over to Alona. "Hey, Alona," Hania greeted with his usual bow. Eyeing the colt, he smiled. "And whom might you be, little flyer?" He admired the Wind Soquili; they could actually, and possibly literally, run with the wind. He wanted to reach that goal, but he knew he was only halfway every time he tried. He also envied the flyers, as well, but not so much as he admired them.

hanging gallow
Alona laughed as the wind picked up and tossed several leaves into the air, swirling them around. "See what did I tell you, they are much better when they are in the air" Alona said chuckling lightly. When Orchu whined to the stallion Alona turned to see Hania there. When Hania had reached them respondig cheerfully Alona said "Hello Hania and how are you today".

-Polar-
"I am Orchu." He said to Hania pleasantly. Orchu trotted around, arching his neck down and scrapping leaves off of the ground with his muzzle while laughing. He trotted back to Alona and Hania and smiled from one to the other.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
"I fear I made a misinterpretation," Hania said gravely. He was smiling, however, as if amused by the sudden thought. "I'm doing fine this bright day, Alona. How about you? I noticed the other day that your leg bothered you--are you all right?" He looked at her with worried eyes. "Orchu, eh? Excellent name." Laughing, Hania added, "Little one, you sure are silly... but quite enjoyable, I admit. It's almost like having a younger brother..." Hania nuzzled Orchu in greeting. He liked children, and valued them dearly.

hanging gallow
"I am doing fine now Hania thank you" she giving him a smile. Alona laughed as Orchu went to scrap the leaves on the ground. "I was telling Orchu about the leaves in the autumn and how much fun it is to chase them" she said giving Orchu a small wink. However she wondered what Hania meant when he said he made a misinterpretation, a misinterpretation of what.

-Polar-
Orchu grinned fondly up at Hania and nipped at his shoulder. "Polar named me. She seems highly keen on the name Orchu..." Orchu pondered his name momentarily but snorted lightly and shook his mane out again. He looked up to Hania, noticing a slight twinkle in his eye. "Little brother? Than you can be like my big brother can't you?" Orchu was growing very found of Hania already after just meeting him.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
"That's a relief," Hania said, smiling. "Well, since I saw both you and Orchu from afar, I thought that you had mated and had a foal." He grinned sheepishly. "I'm sorry, I believe that I was not entirely awake. Then I saw Orchu fly, and realized that you had not. To be honest, I thought you'd mated with our friend Loki." He laughed, brushing it off as a mistake, but then stopped immediately in case Alona became offended.

Looking down to Orchu with a smile, Hania chuckled at the dark fur-colored colt. "Big brother? Of course I'll be your big brother!!" Hania said proudly, nuzzling the foal and nipping him lightly. "Orchu, what is a game you like to play?" Hania was already becoming protective of his newfound sibling, before a sudden thought came to mind. "Wait. Who is this Polar? I've never met this Soquili."

((Polar, Hania's never met a human yet. X3 He doesn't know about humans at the moment! Gallow knows too... right Gallow?))

-Polar-
Orchu chuckled lightly. "Soquili? Polar is not a soquili. She is my Indian." Orchu thought for a second about the frist question. "I don't exactly have a game I like to play considering I've never played any." Orchu nuzzled Hania lightly before turning to Alona and nipping affectionately at her curly mane.

hanging gallow
((Alona knows who humans are ^_^ she talks about lilly all the time xd ))

Alona laughed. "No no no, I have mated with anyone yet, Loki is too much like an older brother to me, I love him as if he was my older brother, as for Orchu, Orchu is like my little brother," she said giving Orchu a smile as she nuzzled him softly.

However when Hania said who was Polar, Alona tilted her head slightly. She knew what this question was about, Hania had never met a human had he.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
"Indian?" Hania asked curiously. He now felt naive and innocent compared to the other Soquili's out there. "What's an Indian?" He looked to Alona, wondering if she knew what an Indian was as well. "Are these 'Indians' the ones that call us Soquilis?" He had often wondered why the others called themselves that... was it the influence of these creatures who called themselves "Indians"?

((Okies! X3 Maybe I can take this chance to introduce my indian character.. It's about time, lol.))

-Polar-
Orchu stared at Hania in disbelief. "Yeah they are the ones that call us soquili... I'm sure you have an Indian too. Your Indian gave you your name." Orchu chuckled lightly. He didn't understand how Hania didn't know about the Indians.

{{x3 Go for it.}}

hanging gallow
Alona nodded her nead in agreement with Orchu. "I have an indian that is bonded to me as, her name is Lilly" she said. She didn't know how she was going to discribe what an indian was to him, she could scarely tell what an indian was to ceylona or loki.

((woot! lets see the indian char. ^_^))

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Miakoda was wandering through the Soquili fields, hoping to meet her the one Soquili who would become her bonded. As she crossed the field, she saw three Soquili. One mare, one foal, one stallion. "A family?" she whispered to herself, awed. But then she saw that the foal had wings. She gasped. A winged Soquili! I never thought I'd get to see one!!! She moved quietly so that she could watch them.

"My... Indian... gave me my name?" Hania closed his eyes, trying to remember his childhood. He couldn't remember anything but his name, and... what was this image? It was very blurry... he could remember the scent though. It was an odd scent: it was violet, mixed with a slight predator smell, but also the smell of one that protected and loved. What's this? Hania wondered. "It was not my mother who called me that?" Then again... I don't recall much from my childhood anyway... he thought sadly.

((Yeah!! *tackles samus* I invited him from the other thread [SS thread] and asked him to join. X3 How do you guys like the introduction of my indian character? Lol!!))

-Polar-
Orchu shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know I just basically assumed since Polar gave me my name and she is bonded to me." Orchu watched Hania with great concern as he noticed Hania's expression darkened into sadness.

{{Great introduction Mika! =D}}

samus x
Dyami came to open field, as he was just wonding around the area. he then noticed there where three soquili standing there, but he noticed the mare he reconised as Alona. he also saw a two legger, or a indian which most called the two leggers that. he wondered what they where all doing here, but shruged it off and made his way over to where the others where nickering a greeting.

(( @Hanging gallow =3 hehehehe yeah and also the reson i remeber the name was cause i was the first to rp with farlands Catori ))

hanging gallow
Alona nuzzled Hania soflty. She didn't' know what to say to him. She never really had a name until Lilly found her and her past wasn't something she like to remember. She was at loss on what to do.

edit: Alona nickered back to Dyami. It had been a while since she had seen him. She also spotted a human watching them. She didn't recongize her but guessed it must have been Dyami's.

((the plot thickens...yay! great entry mika ^_^))

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Miakoda gasped quietly as she saw another stallion appear. This really is the Soquili Fields... I guess the others didn't call it that for nothing after all. She chuckled to herself, before going into memory. She had lost her first Soquili who was supposed to be her bonded a long time ago, he was a beautiful golden color, very spirited, and she had named him Hania. I wonder if I'll ever see Hania again... She crept closer to get a better view of the Soquilis.

Hania smiled at Alona. "I'm fine, Alona. I'm just surprised that I'm one of few Soquili that had a name... I don't remember much of my past..." Hania glanced down at Orchu. He was worrying the poor colt. "Orchu, I'm fine. I'll probably get to meet an Indian someday. Or maybe I've met one, but I don't quite remember it. I've lived by myself on the outskirts of these fields for a long time..." He looked back when he heard a nicker. "Hm?" Another stallion? I don't meet many stallions, but here comes the apprehension... again, Hania thought to himself irritably.

-Polar-
Orchu looked around as he heard a nicker from behind him; it was a stallion he didn't not recognize. Orchu regarded the soquili as Alona nickered back to the unfamiliar stallion and Orchu whinned to him. He turned back to Hania as he spoke and watched him. "If you say so." Orchu said looking down.

samus x
Dyami smilied," ello Alona, long time no see around here and who might your friends here be?" he looked at the other stallion and noticed him not really liking him being here. he wondered why though but shruged it off and made sure to keep on eye on the other stallion.

hanging gallow
"Well the little one is Orchu"s she responded nuzzling him softly "he is like a little brother to me, and this is Hania" she said nodding in Hania direction. "He is a friend of mine and more like and older brother to Orchu" she said giving a smile. She noticed Hania looked and recongized it immediately. It was almost the same look Loki would give Sora at times.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Hania nuzzled Orchu, tickling the little colt on purpose. "Now, who said you could be sad? That's it, I'm not influencing you well enough!" Hania said with a laugh, then, fighting down his competitive side, greeted the colorful stallion. "A pleasure to meet you." Allowing Alona to introduce him, he reared in his usual greeting for stallions, but not too high; he was afraid he'd hurt his little brother. He could feel the tension lowering slightly. Thank the Soquili God, he thought with relief.

Miakoda took one looked at the golden-colored stallion and nearly fainted from surprise. She recognized that stallion!! One hoof was black, the other three gold. It can't be! She thought she recognized the other Soquilis, but shrugged it off as an afterthought; she was too excited about finding Hania again.

-Polar-
Orchu nuzzled Alona back and nodded to Dyami upon being introduced. Orchu laughed softly as Hania nuzzled him. "Hey that tickles!" He froliced around Hania laughing and nipped at his hind quarter playfully. As Orchu was trotting about Hania he noticed an unfamiliar Indian watching them. Orchu tensed and neighed harshly before trotting behind Alona and studing the Indian.

samus x
Dyami greeted Hania in the same way and made sure to not hurt anyone," its nice to meet you too." he then turned back to Alona and chuckled," well it seems Orchu is in good hands with the both of you." he pined his ears back wonderin what the indian was up to.

(X.x *ish brain dead*))

Alona's ears perked up as she saw that Orchu had spotted the human. She nuzzled him and said "don't worry I don't think she will do us any harm Orchu." Alona didn't want Orchu to worry about the indian, she didn't seem to want to do any harm to them. She seemed actually a little more surprised then anything.

Miakoda blinked as the colt neighed at her; she knew he neighed at her because he had looked straight her. Sighing because she knew she was found, she stood slowly, eyes on Hania. Walking forward slowly, she approached Hania. "...Hania?" she whispered, knowing that the horses' keen ears would hear her.

Laughing at Orchu, Hania tried to n** him when Orchu neighed at something. Turning to look, he started. Wha...? He stayed where he was, too stunned to do anything. That is, until he heard his name. Now he was really startled. What...? Ah! Hania winced in pain as a headache came upon him. Mia... Miakoda? The name came to him, and he started forward, instantly recognizing her. "I... I know this girl..." Hania looked around at the others, smiling. "I remember now! I was kidnapped... and left here in the fields to die... I remember... feeling sad... and alone..." Hania stepped forward and nuzzled Miakoda. "She's my bonded. You were right, Orchu; I was named by an Indian.. and now I remember everything."

Miakoda gasped when Hania stepped forward after a moment's hesitation to nuzzle her. He seemed to be speaking to the other Soquili, but she was too happy to notice. "Hania... I've missed you," she whispered, petting him gently. She smiled to the other Soquili, bowing her head a little to show her respect.

-Polar-
Orchu relaxed at Alona's words and snorted softly. Orchu watched Hania curiosuly as he approached the Indian. Orchu cautiously followed Hania over to the girl. She smells interesting... Orchu thought to himself hoping the girl had food. Orchu neighed softly and sniffed inquisitively at the girl.

Alona didn't move, she didn't want to seem to get in the way of the reunion. She remained standing there, watching Orchu and Hania.

Dyami snorted with ears pined back as the indian came closer. it seemed Hania remebered this indian and was his bonded, but that did not it did not help still dyami did not trust indian's at all.

Miakoda giggled at the winged colt. "Hungry?" she knew those sugar cubes and carrots would come in handy! Pulling out a sugar cube, she handed it to the colt. "Here you go! I wonder what your name is? You're so cute!" she said, giggling. She was happy; she had found Hania, and now she wouldn't be made fun of anymore for now having a Soquili. She continued to pet Hania. "You've grown handsomely, Hania... I'm glad you weren't lonely." Little did she know of what had happened to Hania...

Hania nuzzled Miakoda a little more, then backed away to allow his Indian to play with Orchu. He looked over to Alona and Dyami, looking far happier and less lonelier than he used to look. "Alona! Can you believe it? I'm... I don't know how to describe this feeling," he said happily, before nipping at Orchu teasingly. "Hey! That's no fair! Your adorableness is taking the attention of Miakoda," he laughed.

((Ack! I g2g soon, everyone!! O.o))

hanging gallow
Alona laughed as Hania joy filled the area. "Of course I can believe it Hania of course I can" she said giving him a joyous smile.

((I should get going soon too sweatdrop ))

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
((Ack... Well, I had fun RPing!! I have to go now.... *sad* But I'll make this one last entry.))

Miakoda finished playing Orchu, and went over to hug Hania. "I'll come back soon, Hania," she whispered to the golden stallion. "For now, I'm just happy that I've found my beautiful bonded Soquili. I'll see you again... and maybe I'll see your friends again, too." Smiling, she petted him and began the walk home. It was getting late.

Whinnying a goodbye to Miakoda, Hania tosses his head, his mane flying to the other side of his head. "Well, Alona--I'm glad you believe it." He smiled at the pretty mare, and grinned at Dyami. "You're an interesting one, Dyami. I have to get going now--maybe I'll see you all sometime later on. Bye everyone..." Hania trotted over to Orchu and nuzzled the colt. "I'll see you later, Orchu. I have to get going back to my place." He trotted in the opposite direction of his bonded human; after all, he lived on the other side of the Soquili Fields.

Dyami chuckled at Hania," hehehe we will meet again, and cya." he watched as the Hania and his bonded left.

(( =3 cya Mika, it was fun rping with ya! ))

A blonde mane swayed backwards while a yellow stallion raced across the forest, he ran, but not fleeing from anything-- he ran, because there was nothing to stop him. The idea of just running all you wanted, nothing holding you back or forcing you to stay was just wonderfull, and it happening was even better. Pallaton didn't really care if he looked quite crazy just dashing around, he was happy, and only the sky was his limit.

Well, and his breath. Even though he culd dash for a very long time without getting tired, sooner or later the Stallion qwuld have to stop, get some water and find food. Slowwing to a trot, then finally going on a normal walk, the stallion looked around-- he did it again. Not exactly lost-- it just took a while for him to.. Understand exactly were he was, and his memory wasn't perfect enough to notice the detail in evey single tree he saw.

(( XD Hyper Palla. <3 ))

hanging gallow
((whhee ^_^ hania is always hyper xd especially when he runs))

Alona remained in the field after Hania, Orchu, and Dyami had left. She wasn't quite ready to head back to the village to greet Lilly so she was determined to stay in the field until she felt that it was time. She started to wander around into the forest, not running but trotting lightly, her knee was still in a bit of pain from the last game of tag and she decided it was best not to run. She stayed near the bank of the river, deciding it was best not to get herself lost in the woods. She stopped for a moment to have a drink of the sweet cold water beside her.

wooga Paes
" Ok let me think.. " Palla murmured to himself, slowly pacing around. " I think the river is this way.. " He peeked his nose through the bushes at his left, soon getting sight of the river, contently loweringhis head for a drink-- Maybe he shuld swim? No, it was too cold for swimming. His tail swung neatly batting at the side, a bit of a reflex when he felt somthing hit that spot-- this tima it was but a small breeze, hitting his left.

Raising his head, the stallion looked around, ears on the alert for anything, he didn't.. Hear anything, but he did see-- a mare. " Hello there! " He whinnied, before continuin down stream to meet with Alona, he didn't like to miss out on a chance to meet someone new.

hanging gallow
((sorry for slow response interent died for a moment))

Alona felt the cold sweet water travel down her throat. The water was good and she enjoyed the cool drink. Letting her guard down she didn't notice the stallion that had stopped to get a drink also. She didn't notice him until he spoke causing her ears to point straight up. Rose her head to see who it was, because she did not recongize the voice. There stood a large palomino colored stallion, Alona was in little awe of the his color but was reminded to be polite by not staring. "Hello, my name is Alona" she said giving him a friendly smile.

wooga Paes
Pallaton smiled, locking his legs in a comfy position. "Nice to meet you! I'm Pallaton. " He nodded, the few scars on his face didn't hurt anymore either, so it made things all the better. But thatdid bring him to think about Rowanoak, hopefully she was going fine too?

((Short, culdn't think of much. xD ))

hanging gallow
"I am pleased to met you Pallaton" Alona said giving him a smile. She wondered how he ended up with the few scars on his face, but she didn't want to seem rude asking him. He seemed a little distracted a bit, as if he was worried about someone, but she didn't let that bother her he seemed pleasent enough.
((eh don't feel bad most of mine end up short ^_^))

wooga Paes
Pallaton smiled before looking around, he shuld get finding food, at this time of year there wasen't much. "Hey, do you want to walk a bit? I shuld try and find some food. " He nodded, though not wanting to seem rude-- its just if you imagined you'd need food, at this time, you shuld look for it early.

(( xD; ))

hanging gallow
Alona nodded her head in agreement "I will walk with you, i'm not hungry but walking will do me good." Alona wanted to walk the pain in her knee off so she all but willing to accept the idea of walking. She wasn't hungry though, she knew Lilly would have something for her as soon as she got back.

Skylar14
Settia trotted over to Orchu who had finally come out of his basket. "Well! I am glad to see you have finally come out of your basket!" She said to him happily.

-Polar-
Orchu nodded. "Yes! It was getting pretty uncomfortable..." Orchu nuzzled Settia. "How have you been?"

Skylar14
Settia smiled and nuzzled Orchu back."I can imagine it would be uncomfortable." she said as she tossed her head, shaking out her mane. "I am good. I am having fun meeting others of our kind. There are so many." She said swishing her tail.

-Polar-
Orchu laughed lightly. "Very true. I just met Hania and Dyami earlier today." Orchu shook his mane and rustled his feathery wings gently. "It's so odd; I mean... and yeah there are so many soquili to meet and things to learn about now that I'm out of my basket." He smirked slightly and tilted his head.

SilverPelt
Nipper having semi mastered his walking, walked around the chilly feild swinging his head, in search of Alona. "Helllooooooooooo helllloooo heelohelo hheeooo"

Skylar14
Settia chuckled. "I have met Hania. He is rather different." she said still chickling. "So far I have met you, Alona, Sora, Hania and Spirit Sprite. There is a lot for me to learn as well. I am not used to being around others very much."

-Polar-
Orchu chuckled. "Hania is like an older brother to me. We get along quite well." He pondered his encounter with Hania and remembered the Indian girl that was Hania's bonded. "Hmm... I've met Alona, Cyrus, Resi, Sora, Hania, Dyami, Spirit Sprite, a wind soquili foal and you of course." Orchu heard a faint voice not to far from Settia and himself and he looked around curiously. He then noticed the wind soquili foal from yesterday. "Hey look..." Orchu nodded his head in the direction of the foal so Settia would notice him. "We should go over and say hello to him." Orchu looked back at Settia and nipped at her shoulder lightly.

Skylar14
"Well, if it isn't the little foal from yesterday!" Settia said happily after Orchu nipped her shoulder for her to look in that direction. "I agree with you. We should go over and see how he is doing. I think he just said or called out hello." she commented to Orchu and they began to walk over to the foal.

hanging gallow
Alona had left the forest to go back to the field. She thought she had heard voices but wasn't quite sure if she had or not. Apporaching the field she noticed Orchu and Settia, and the small foal from yesturday. She trotted out and greeted them all with a nicker of happiness.

SilverPelt
Nipper noticed the red female and the black foal from yesturday, he troted up to them when they started to talk to him.
"Orcuuu" He said as he poked his nose under the red female to look again for milk.

Skylar14
Settia gave a slight jump as the foal nudge her tummy again looking for milk. She gently nuzzled him away and looked up when she heard a happy nicker. She turn to see Alona coming across the field to meet them. "Alona, it is nice to see you again!" she said happily.

-Polar-
Orchu trotted over to the the foal with Settia. He flicked his ears around when a delightful nicker caught his attention. He saw Alona trotting over to them and he neighed lightly to greet her. Orchu watched as the wind soquili stuck his nose under Settia belly and laughed softly when the foal said his name. "Yes I'm Orchu. Who are you?" Orchu nuzzled the little foal affectionately.

hanging gallow
"Hello Settia..i see the foal is still a little hungry" she said seeing the foal looking for milk again. She chuckled a little watching him. "It seems he still remembers your name Orchu" she said nudging him.

Skylar14
Settia chuckled herself. "I think he is still a bit hungry. But it is good that he remembers Orchu's name. Atleast he's beginning to learn." she said and still chuckling and looked down at the foal.

-Polar-
Orchu playfully nipped at Alona. "So it seems... and yes learning is a progression." He grinned. Orchu nudged the foal lightly and snorted. "Maybe we should try to find some food for him... Isn't there an apple tree just outside the village?" Orchu asked timidly. He hadn't been to the apple tree before but he swore he recalled Polar mentioning it.

Skylar14
Settia tilted her head ot the side at the mention of an apple tree. "I am not sure. I have never been to the apple tree to know if there is one. But that would deffinately been something nutritious for the foal to eat."

SilverPelt
((sorry for leaveing ya hanging hehe was cooking supper))
Nipper sniffed Orchu and nipped at his shoulders when he "Orchu! name! Orchu! orrrrrrrchhhhhhhhhhuuuu" He said and reared pounceing off in Alonas direction when he saw her, swinging his tail happily.

hanging gallow
"There wouldn't be any apples on a tree at this time of the year, would there" she said looking at Settia, "But they may be a few good left on the ground, but I don't know where the tree would be at" she said looking around.

Skylar14
Settia pawed at the ground while thinking. "I don't know if there would be any still on the tree. There could be some frozen there but most of them will be frozen under the snow. Thats if they weren't all eaten before the snow fell." Settia looked around also. She had no clue where the village even was let alone where the apple tree was.

-Polar-
Orchu sighed. "Well since none of us know where the tree is right off we can go look for it perhaps... or maybe one of our Indian's has food that we could give him?" Orchu looked to Alona and Settia with an expression of hope on his face.

SilverPelt
Nipper leaned against Alona twitching his ears back and forth, it wasn't until now that he had noticed Orchu's wings. His ears went up straight and he trotted back over to Orchu, looking back a couple times to make sure Alona was still there. He sniffed Orchu's wings and tried to n** at the feathers seeing if they were ediable.

hanging gallow
Alona laughed as she watched the young foal. "He seems to be amused by your wings" Alona said nuzzling the foal trying to get his attention away from Orchu's wings. "Lilly leaves a basket of apples out for anyone who passes by to have some, we could try and see if they is anything left" Alona said looking at Settia.

Skylar14
"Lilly? Would she be your bonded human?" Settia asked. "In anycase, that would be a good idea. The walk might even keep him busy enough so he wont try to eat Orchu's wings!" she added with a chuckle.

Skylar14
Just then Settia began to think about her own bonded human Skye and wandered what she was doing. "I think I am going to go and find Skye, my Indian and see what she is up to. So I will see you guys later." she said politely before leaving the group.

((I have to get going. I need to get to bed. Can't stay up too long. TTYL))

-Polar-
Orchu's ears pinned back as something tugged at his wings. He looked around and saw the foal chewing on them. Orchu sighed and extended him wing upward so the foal couldn't reach his feathers easily anymore. Orchu nodded at Alona. "That sounds like a good idea." Orchu kept his eye on the foal to make sure he didn't try to eat his feathers anymore.

hanging gallow
((ok bye skye ^_^))

"Well then, lets see if we can get this little fellow to follow us to the basket, it isn't far" she said nudging the little foal toward the direction they needed to go.

SilverPelt
((Ack! Sorry I ran away sad I burnt my thumb so bad its one big blister *sniffles*))
Nipper watched Orchu lift his wing from his mouth and he tried to stand on his hind legs to reach Orchus wings. His own wings spread wide to try and keep his own balance. Catching sight of his own wings from the corner of his eye, he went back to all hooves and started doing circles trying to n** his own wings.

hanging gallow
-Polar-
{{Gah I gotta go. <3 I'll be back on Saturday. x_x;}}
((o.o bye ^_^ aww i'm sorry silver sweatdrop *hates it when she burns herself*))

Alona laughed as she watched the little foal chase his own wings around in a circle. However she didn't want to leave him there too long or he would make himself dizzy and sick. She went to nuzzle him softly in hopes of leading him toward the basket.

SilverPelt
((XD I am gonna run to watch a movie now so I shall catch up with ya guys tomorrow?))
Nipper shook his head a little dizzy, he flapped his wings like he had newly found them and let out a whiney. "Hello! Hello!" He said troting off after Alona to be by herside.

"It is this way" Alona said heading in a north west direction. She felt eyes closing in around them, and it annoyed her. Her breath felt shallow as if it was trying to stop breathing from being heard. She stepped lightly and made as little noise as possible, while all she could hear was the beating of her quick heart in her ears ringing.

Cyrus watched her and nuzzled hoping she would soon calm down. "I'm sure it was nothing." Cyrus took note on where they were going in case he wanted to stop by sometime. The sun wasn't down yet, and it would be probably in the next twenty minutes or so. Cyrus hoped her teepee was close, byt so far he didn't see any existance of one.

"I hope you are right" Alona said feeling a little better by what he had said and by the nuzzle. Alona looked around knowing the teepee was still another three miles away. She hoped they would make it back before the sun setted, or at least be able to see the fire that Lilly would have soon.

Cyrus walked by her in silence he liked talking he just didn't know what to say, he frowned trying to think of something. He glanced at Alona, then back to where they were headed he opened his mouth as if he were to say something but then quickly closed it.

"What is it Cyrus" Alona said responding to him. He looked as if he was going to say something but then stopped. She was curious to know what it was that he had to say, or maybe he didn't know what to say.
