Like the title says, I want to weigh 115 pounds. That sounds like a tiny amount, but I'm at a tiny height. 5'1" D:
I'll post every day what I did for exercise and what I ate that day, to the best of what I remember. ._.
When you stop on by, throw in a few words of advice. biggrin
Why do I want to do this? Well, college is coming up and I've never been active my entire life. When I get there and graduate, I don't want to weigh 180 thousand lbs. Dx Best to learn now while I'm still young.
I'm a vegetarian, so meat hints shall not be accepted.

I'm going to start this off by what I did yesterday.
Got home from a friend's at 4 a.m. and ate 2 pieces of pizza. Woke up for work at 7 a.m. and had another slice. My work involves walking all around, physical labor. (Cleaning) Got home and had some vegetable lasagna no bigger than my hand. Had a bag of popcorn. Slept. Played DDR for over an hour then did 8 minute abs. Had two and a half pb&j sandwiches with a cup of yogurt. Had a glass of wine to get me to sleep.
Food totals: 3 slices of pizza, 3 cups of coffee, a little lasagna, bag of popcorn, 2.5 pb&j sandwiches, cup of yogurt, a glass of wine. Water through out the day. Pizza: 600 calories Coffee: 30 calories for the cream Lasagna: 150 calories Popcorn: 175 calories Pb&j: 400 calories Yogurt: 100 calories Wine: 100 calories Total calories: 1, 555
Negetive calories by work outs: 550- 650 DDR: 200-300 calories 8 minute abs:50 calories Working: 300 calories
Daily amount of calories needed by sitting all day (60x24): 1,400
-550 + 155 = -395 calories

Today!
Had a soy joy, poptart, and oj for break fast&brunch. 2 breadsticks, peaches, and milk for lunch.
1 block of tofu when I got home with an apple. A serving of morningstar faux chicken. 3 large slices of freshly made cake.
Soy joy: 140 Poptart: 410 Oj: 60 Breadstick (2) : 300 Peaches: 50 Milk: 80 Tofu: 300 Apple: 100 Morningstarchik'n: 150 Cake: 700 Total: 2, 270 D:
Work out:
Abs: 50 Weight lifting/cardio: 300
-350 + 2,270 = 1920 D:

1900 calories might be a bit high for your height but its probably not as bad as you're thinking it is. Don't worry about it. You're doing/will be doing fine.
Do you include your activity level at your job in your 'activity level' when you do things like calculate BMR? I popped in your height 5'2''? and your ideal weight, to maintain that you'd need 1600ish calories a day with no exercise at all. With light activity you'd need 1859. All I'm trying to say is not to feel bad if you go over the limit you set for yourself.

Thanks for that! biggrin I thought I was eating a lot, but I guess not. Just right! ^_^ My BMR is 1450, close to what I guessed. The site you directed me to says that I should eat just under 2,000 calories a day with my current exercise routine. My height is 5'1". :] Thank you very much!

YESTERDAY I WAS AT A PHYSICS COMPETITION ALL DAY, SO DIDN'T POST. :] WE GOT 1ST AND 2ND PLACE AS A SCHOOL WITH A AND B TEAMS.
Anyway, I had around 2,000 calories yesterday. I exercised around 400 of them away. I'd say that's fine.

Today, again!
Poptarts: 400 Milky way: 250 Salad: 150ish? Potato salad: 200 Other crap on that school plate: 150 Veggie samich: 300
1450 calories
Burnt about 600ish.
I really haven't had many chances to eat today. D: Otherwise that'd probably be about 500 calories more. I'll probably eat another 200 tonight when I watch House. :]

You can totally lose the weight! I'm not a vegetarian but I eat a lot of the vegetarian options at school. How long have you been a vegetarian? I've gotten very into black bean recipes since I've broadened my food horizons. Maybe I'll post some of them later for you.

Well, a bit over that, now...
I've had about 400-500 calories today. I couldn't eat until 12 and I think I'm sick. I also got very angry, and when that happens I lose my appetite. I might eat something else tonight.
I'm also going to burn around 500 calories tonight.

Do you like smoothies at all? I've been really into them lately, you can get a lot of healthiness out of having a big smoothie each morning...
Today I put around a third of a head of lettuce in mine because it would go bad and I didn't think I could bear to have a salad. You can also put things like Kale in any smoothie for some yummy chlorophyll and nutritional punch.
ETA: I feel like I said smoothie wayyyy too much. ._
