no i dont think he even informed any of us on who won

that's not right for a host for an event.
I even trusted him to host this event.

at least he should've estimated the time between his RL and this event in order to prevent delay like what I do.

well anyway sorry for the delay guys, If he still doesn't judge the winners by next week, I'll judge em and hand out the prizes.

That is what I thought myself, that kira has so much to judge beings there were alot of games.
