OK, so we're supposed to be able to sing to the shopkeepers and collect items from Santa in Barton Town. So far, the whole thing seems broken, though. Gaia doesn't recognize Rina's flower shop, and Santa is nowhere around. I'm assuming everybody else is having a similar problem ... any idea when this is going to be fixed, anybody?

Yeah, he's moving around, and I found him, but until Rina's shop comes back up, there's no getting anything from him.
The thread on the Gaia front page says they know about this, and are trying to get a developer to fix it, but no luck on Christmas Day.

Do we have to wait for a certain period of time after singing before moving on to another shopkeeper? Or is Agatha just grumpy? confused

yes, you have to wait 3-5 minutes, i think, before you can sing again. humph.

Yes, check all the places on the map. If you still can't find him, navigate between the maps using the red arrows.
