You must unequip every single special item your character has equipped. Once this is accomplished, you must run around through a level, wiggling your butt at every townsperson. If they get mad and hit you, must start the entire cheat code over. If you do it right, a message will pop up. Read it and then....
Double-click on the right hand corner, and press F4 and F at the same time. You should now have a mutated carrot in front of you. Jump over the carrot four times and then bomb it. After that, you need press Shift, then space. Next...
