As a corollary, anything is capable of flight if it would be cool, aeronautics or even basic physics be damned. so not everything has a seat belt

You forget Neo doesn't need to obey rules.....seeing as it's a computer game world it would technically be part of the matrix bringing it under his jurisdiction of Ultimate Control Neo could merely bend the rules
