Well, nothing official. But this guy, Richard, who a friend of mine has been trying to set me up with, asked me on a date. Unfortunately I already had plans, but I told him I'd like to do it another day. So now I get to wait for him to call again. Hee hee. Anyway, I've met him a few times and, while I don't know him all that well, he's super cute and very nice. It's been a while since I had a date so I'm excited. We'll see how it goes... And if it goes at all... I still don't know if he's going to call again and I'm far to shy to call him. redface Damn it!

I think I might just scare him away if I do it now. Fine but remember we want details. XD Okay, okay. So we met at 7 at the student center. We went ice skating downtown in grant park. It was awesome. It was snowing just a bit and I had a great time skating around and talking to him. He's a physics major, so he's really smart and interesting. He's kinda shy, so there were some quiet awkward moments, but not too many. After I got an evil blister, he took me out to diner at this little restaurant. It was a very nice place. He got reservations and everything. The food was delicious. It was a little expensive, but he insisted on paying for everything. I had the most awesome red velvet cake with strawberry ice cream for desert. After dinner he took me to see Second City, a comedic improve act that's pretty famous here in Chicago. They were hilarious and tons of fun. Really, it was a very good date. I had a ton of fun. He's super nice and I would be interested in seeing him again. Of course, I have no idea if he enjoyed himself. I suppose I'll know if he calls or not. =)
