Is December 26th a holiday? Like.. are all the stores closed and stuff?

I'm not sure if it's a holiday in London or not, but I know that December 26th is the second night of Hanukkah (I apologize for my spelling) as well as the first night of Kwanzaa... don't know if that helps or not, Pants, but at least I tried.
