It's a really old glitch. Lots of users have it in their signatures in the GCD :3

Speaking of glitches, anyone notice the blue name glitch in the forums?
Not sure if it's purposeful or not but random people have blue names instead of the just black ones. And if your name is black to you it can still be blue to others.

... actually... maybe it has to do with friends list...
