I'm not so sure this could be defined as "unrequited love", since unrequited love usually happens after you confess to the person that you love them, but that love is "unreturned" when they turn you down flat.
Loving someone from afar without them ever knowing is known as "courtly love", which I think better suits this situation.

There is this really gorgeous Senior guy at my school who I have a huge ammount of lust for. It's not like he's married or anything, there's just a really small chance that anything will ever happen since I think he already has a girlfriend. And I'm a Freshman. He would happen to be the "D" that I am currently cosplaying. wink
Oh yeah, I'm a girl, FYI.

I know how you feel. I like this senior at my school but she just looks at me as a friend. I think it's because I didn't really like her until I became friends with her, so now I'm stuck in the friend zone gonk .
