OH DEAR GOD. THE UNTHINKABLE HAS HAPPENED.
That's right. My school has... BEEN DELAYED DUE TO SNOW!
Hurrzah! Usually, my school officials are go to school nazis, meaning we are usually dragging ourselves through heavy snow without even getting so much as an, Oh we'll delay school five minute so you can actually get here without causing 65353 major car wrecks.
DELAY. DELAY. DELAY.
I don't hate snow as much now. It got me out of school. Yaaaay.

While that does sound fun, I wouldn't recommend the whole "being sick" thing...
...last night a guy was telling me that as he and a friend walked home from a party on Friday night they found a girl in the snow. They took her to the hospital and she was alright, but being sick isn't the best reason to miss school...

Talk about creepy! I don't want to miss school, though! If I do, I won't be allowed to come back for theatre!
Yes, that's right. Our winter one acts started! The plays I'm involved in are The Glass Menagerie and The Broken Lynch.

Teachers love to stay off on Wednesday (Half days!), so we're sent home.
Snow = days off. : D

OUR THEATRE GOT CANCELLED AFTER SCHOOL ANYWAYS.
NOOOO.
Now I'm at home sobbing. BECAUSE THEATRE IS MY LIFE.
Nooo.
They said it because roads were bad, but they really just hate us and want us to suffer! Oh well, maybe school will be cancelled tomorrow because it's already snowed more than a foot and more is coming overnight. Wee.

They might have to delay the rest of our final exams because of this snow/sleet/ice storm we're getting tonight. Luckily all of my finals are already done. However, I have to drive 2 hours home tomorrow, so I hope the roads are not all that terrible for driving...
