I ask because back during the original event the grant worked and now it seems to be functional again, even for those who already took advantage of it, so it begs the question of whether or not it will refresh each year... Or perhaps sooner.

It said something about supporting their older siblings by wearing the Dark Kitten Star Jet pin... Anyone know about that?
