So this year's event is Secret Santa. The basic outline was explaied in the announcement, so here are the rules for the event:
1. You can start buying a present now, but it must be given on Christmas, not before!
2. Presents must be worth above 1000gg, so no-one is given junk for Christmas. Be nice!
3. I will be keeping an eye on all of you who are buying presents, and if you are assigned someone and you don't get them a gift, I will make sure that you don't get a gift either! It's got to be fair!
4. Anyone who does participate, who isn't assigned to by anyone, will still get a gift from the guild mule - as long as you participate, you'll definitely get a present!
5. ALL gifts must be sent anonymously, otherwise it kills the point of the event.
6. I will not be taking part, so no one will be assigned to me. :3
To participate:
1) Choose a random number from 1-130. (Using the 'random number' post action, like I will demonstrate in the next post.)
2) PM me the number.
3) I will then, using a top-secret sorting criteria, will find you a member
4) Buy a gift worth over 1000gg.
5) Wait until Christmas
6) Send the gift anonymously, with the message "To ___, Merry Christmas! From your Secret Santa!" and various flashy decorations if you wish.
7) Wait for your Secret Santa!
