Guitar chord help??

Anyone know the guitar chords for Same Old Christmas by Hilary Duff?

The album is Santa Claus lane

I know it's an old song, and it's not on iTunes anymore for some reason...

I've been looking for 2 years and haven't found anything helpful.

My dad tried to figure it out and said it had a capo on the first fret, and began with a C major.
