Good Morning/Evening/Afternoon, everyone.
I've been looking over our Guild, making sure everything's running smoothly and all, and what a wonderful Guild it is. We have our Subsections of the Forums up now, too! Yay~
Many of them are still barren, though, but they'll be filled up with all sorts of goodies soon, right? We're counting on you, people of The Order, to make this guild the best it can be.
Okay, with that over, I was looking in our new Subforums, specifically, Play Time. It had been mentioned earlier by someone (I can't recall who, at the moment) that it would sound like a fun idea to have role plays in the Play Time section, especially B.O.O/S.I.N related ones.

So I ask you:
Anyone interested in RPs?
It's sounds to me like a fun idea. I, myself, love RPing, and it's a good way to pass the time while getting to know people. That, and it's endlessly entertaining.
There aren't any set up yet, but I was wondering if anyone was interested. Or if anyone felt like setting one (or a few) up. They don't all have to be B.O.O/S.I.N related, not in the least. As long as they follow all rules and ToS, you should be golden.
Does anyone have any interesting ideas? Plans? Anyone think they might join?

I'd love to join an RP. Through it would depend on what it's about. I'd start one myself, but i'm crappy at doing ideas like that lol.
I made the Play Time forum not only for RPs but also for word games and any other forum games people can come up with. smile

hell yeah! not only would it help me keep my avi (i like to change my avi to look like my characters in RPs), but when i made an application for crew, lead RP mod for a possible future RP section was one of the jobs i mentioned i could do!
RP mod positions that would need to be filled to start setting things up: profile mod (in charge of creating the profile skeletons), battle mods (in charge of coming up with a battle system, a group cause i only know one person in all of gaia id trust to come up with a good system on his own), and a story mod (to write the backstory of the guilds main RP). as lead RP mod i would be in charge of making sure everything is fair and balanced, and that all the basic systems work well together, making edits to the systems where needed.
once things are set up, the list of positions would likely change. so the group running the RP might not be the same group that set it up, tho there might be a place somewhere crediting the setup mods if any are dropped entirely

I don't have any kind of authority to make you an RP mod, but, as far as I'm concerned, no one's going to stop you from organizing, planning and executing RP planning. It would be more than fantastic if you could set any of that up, to any degree. Having a partial system might inspire others to join in.
Like I said, I can't dole out any official positions, but that's not stopping you from gathering up interested members and starting on this grand plan of yours.

At Puping: I know. The Corrupt a Wish thread is already loads of fun. I keep trying to come up with non-RP related things to put up in there. Think, think, think...

an average non rp guild seems to need about 5 or less mods. RP guilds tend to have 10 or more, depends on the complexity of the RP

Well, it sounds like a challenge, but hopefully it's one you wouldn't mind being in charge of? I'd like to see an RP open up here (or even multiple RPs), because they have an interesting way of bringing people together.
