ok well i can't draw that well (on paint or in real life ) and this is probably the best eye i have ever made O-o i would like some pointers please?

I learned by copying other artwork (I KNOW THATS BAD) and I eventually found my own style and what I was comfortable with.
Tracing wont help you but taking classes, tutorials and copying others will help. Just don't pass off copied work as your own and don't copy too much or you will start using others as a crutch.
