Gylden

"That which glitters is not always gold."

Gylden used to keep herself hidden due to her talent; mainly when she was a child. But, as she grew older, she learn to defend and accept herself. She is now the Leader of the Loyal heard and is the mother of eight children. She's a very fair and brave leader and all she leads adore her. She's currently teaching her first born daughter Faisca all she will need to learn to take her place.
Gylden is mated to Nite Owl; leader of a neighbouring herd. They first met during the battle to rescue the kirins. It was love at first site, though Gylden didn't admit it until she was sure Nite Owl felt the same. They still live apart as they both have duties to their herds but visit each other regularly.

Night Star

" Even a small star shines in the darkness.”

Even though Night Star is older now and realises that she is not, in fact, a star; she still sleeps during the day. Old habbits die hard. She is very stubborn at times and is always trying to boss everyone around, though she means well. She's very close to Faisca; having fought beside her when they were young.

Rosa

" Love thou rose, yet leave it on its stem.”

Rosa gave up her travelling life to stay with Gylden and be her second in charge. She has grown flowers all around the castle and looks after them daily. Sometimes, when the house is quiet, she slips out to grow some flowers around Dream Valley.
Rosa is currently helping to teach Faisca how to do her job as Rosa wants to step down and start a family of her own. Her advice will still be greatly sought after, however. When Faisca's training is completed, she will move to live in a small cottage not far from the castle.

Zauberei

"Every parting gives a foretaste of death, every reunion a hint of the resurrection."

Zauberei; considered evil, he thinks of himself as simply misunderstood. He lived with his master, learning the art of necromancy. He was a fast learner and his master was very proud of him and showed him of regularly. Because Zauberei's mind was not stable, he was corrupted by the art he was learning and, when he surpassed his master, killed him with no regrets and absorbed his life and information.
With his last ounce of power; Zauberei's master placed a seal on him that was supposed to stop his powers. However, because his powers were so drained, the seal only stopped Zauberei from killing people; not from bringing people back from the dead.
Angered by his flaw, Zauberei can't stand anyone that is perfect in everyway.

Sushi Special

"Nothing beats sushi. There's a tasty treasure inside every piece.”

Sushi is a sushi chef in-the-making in Rainbow Reef. He doesn't sell fish sushi, obviously since that would be murder and it is frowned upon in most places. He often likes to play jokes on his friends and wrap himself up in seawees and pretend to be a ghost fish that had been killed to make sushi. His friends have gotten used to it now; but Sushi still pretends and plays the prank on new people that come to the store. While he does enjoy having a joke; he is still a very skilled sushi chef which is why his master puts up with him while he does. He dreams of one day owning his own sushi store and holding the title of Greatest Sushi Chef Alive. His master is his idol, though he wouldn't tell him that. He's very shy when it comes to expressing emotions.

Carillon

“I want to be a guy, but I want to wear a lot of makeup.”

Carillon is a very flamboyant pony. He wants to be perfect in everyway and uses make-up to hide flaws. He is attracted to ponies of the same sex and often changes his look to attract them. He is evil and sneaky and often makes girl ponies look ugly with his make-up skills.

Faisca

“Better a diamond with a flaw than a pebble without one.”

Faisca is the daughter of Gylden and Aurianna. She takes after Gylden mostly in looks and in talents; though her personality is that of Aurianna's. She's kind hearted and a lot of fun to be around. Gylden always tells her to be very careful not to touch people for fear that she'd turn them to diamond. She asked her why she didn't turn to gold or why Gylden didn't turn to diamond when they touched and Gylden simply replied. "It's the magic of love. I cannot harm those I love." Faisca dreams of finding a person she is able to touch; a person she truly loves.
Now that she is older, Faisca has managed to control her talent. She does not know how or why, but she can. She's learning how to become a leader; being taught by Gylden and Rosa.

Enigma

“Why is a raven like a writing desk?”

Enigma was guarding the entrance to the cave when the ponies were on a quest to rescue kirins. He asked a riddle and Faisca answered. He was so happy with her answer that he decided to join the Loyal Heard. He is very intelligent and loves riddles and things that make him think.

One that is puzzling, ambiguous, or inexplicable.

Purim

“You saved my life; I will forever be with you.”

Purim is one of the kirins Lenneth was searching for. She was in the cave Enigma was guarding and was trapped by vines. Faisca used her talent to turn sharp stones to diamond and used them to cut the vines away. To show her gratitude; Purim joined the loyal heard.
Purim is very close friends with Enigma because he was guarding her from further danger. Her, Faisca and Enigma are inseperable and they always look out for each other.

Indian Saint.

Ariluna

“There is no such thing as the dark side of the moon. Only a side we haven't seen yet.”

Ariluna is one of Lenneth's lorekeepers. She was found on a mountain and was rescused by Gylden. She has 2 children, though they decided to follow their rescuers. As did the father. Not wanting to be rude, she stayed with Gylden. Ariluna has the ability to sing to the moon to ask for assistance. Though, of course, it only works when the moon is visible.
After everything had settled down and all kirins had been rescued, Ariluna met with Ember with a fear of him telling that they could not be together anymore. However, a love like their could not be denied even by them. Ariluna and Ember asked permission from their herd leaders, Gylden and Nite Owl, to start their own herd. Of course, they were allowed and they now live happily with their 4 children. Each still visit their herds regularly.

Lady GaGa, born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, is a singing sensation taking over the world one catchy lyric at a time. She's very eccentric and is often criticised on her clothing, or lack of. She loves music and dancing and is very intelligent, despite popular belief. As long as you don't touch her hair, you'll get along with her great.
