Well guys, since i do speak spanish this will be the first topic... Now, some of you have learned spanish in your schools and since the root is latin, you already know how dificult can be writing and speaking it, since spanish language has a lot of verbal times and also has three second-person singular pronouns: tú, usted, and vos. That plus the fact it also has extra letters (example the ñ and the combination ll and ch where letters apart until about 10 years ago) and the lexical stress in the speaking and writing, can make the full comprehension to be difficult for non native spanish learners but that is why this forum is biggrin

(NOTE: since the root of spanish is latin is called a romance language. In this category you will find languages such as italian, french and portuguese. Once you know enough of one of this, learning another is far more easy.)

So we can start with the doubts you have, topics you want to discuss and if you need to actually practice speaking it... we now have voip wink

Vos, tu, usted and 3 different ways to refer to a person depending on how personal you are with that person. Vos being the way you refer to a person you know and usted to a stranger.... depending on this also the verbs change...

Example of this:

Verb Meaning Tú Vos Vosotros Ustedes
hablar "to speak" hablas hablás habláis hablan
comer "to eat" comes comés coméis comen

It would be muchas gracias, since gracias is both plural and feminine.
