everytime I try to download the voice software my computer crashes, is this common or is my computer a nooob?

It works well for me. The only problem is that there aren't too many other people with microphones neutral . I currently have one additional problem now: I tripped on my headset cable and ripped the mic split clean off. sweatdrop
