he was still waiting for his turn in the battle arena and he yells" COME ON!"and he sits back down

Sadira bowed her head for a moment in acceptance of the general's rebuke. She did not mind harsh words from such a warrior, he had proven through strength to be worthy to give them.

She smelled it before she saw it. Her mane stuck straight up in response, her flame tail flaring to life. She mentally disregarded the general's warnings. There was no way she was going to stand back and watch. She was one of the lion's paw a warrior in her own right. Even before the general sought to knock them aside Sadira was up and had lept nimbly out of the way. As the general went right Sadira ran left. Glad of the distraction provided by the general she lept up from the left. She dug her fangs into the behemoth's neck right underneath it's skull. Her cruel claws extended and anchoring herself in the flesh of the monster. It's blood poured out a salty, sweet taste in her mouth. It screamed horrifically, trying to dislodge its assailant but the cat-beast grimly held on.

Garm found himself flung back before he really had time to register what was going on. He watched in horror as the king behomth lumbered into the arena. He was further shocked by the sight of Sadira joining into the fight. The young Turk was on his feet and ready to fight if need be. He pulled out his halbred hoping he wouldn't have to use it.

Fenrir smiled at Trista.... ignoring Zach's cheeky grin. He did not let his annoyance show, he wouldn't give him the satisfaction. " Yes, indeed," he said brightly to Trista. He helped her onto the gondola and soon they were off. He looked out over the wonders of the Gold Saucer casually, wondering where Garm was. Never mind, he had a lovely lady here and Garm could take care of himself. He smiled to her.

" Look the Chocobos!" he pointed out as the birds dashed by, hoping she would lean a little more towards him.

Sephiroth almost cursed aloud again when Sadira ignored his warning, But in a few moments he realized that perhaps her intervention was not the hinderment he had first envisioned. He watched carefully as the Behemoth snarled and thrashed it's head, Sephiroth waited until it moved to claw the Cat-beast off before leaping in to strike himself. Three quick slashes across it's forleg, none of them were deep but they gave Sadira a little more time. "You!... Cat-boy MOVE!!" He shouted, realizing belatedly that he didn't know either of the interloper's names. A twinge on his concience that they might die in his fight and he couldn't even tell the authorities who the little brats were.

-The silver haired warrior made her way silently through the Gold Saucer; it had been quite some time since she had been her last. Passing up each of the tunnels that would take her to any destination she wished to go she instead walked up to the map that told of all the attractions and studied it for a few long moments. Fidgeting with her golden ticket as she decided she inclined her head and watched as children screamed and laughed while sliding down the tunnels, a very slight smirk tugging at her lips. Her mako enhanced icy green hues were hidden behind dark sunglasses which she looked over for a moment while deciding where to go-

"Hm....."

-Pushing the glasses back up she fastened up her black leather trench coat all the way so it wouldnt catch on anything on the way down the tunnel slide. Pulling her hair back into a temporary ponytail with a black ribbon she grabbed onto the rim and pulled herself in, crossing her arms as she slid down. Upon landing on her feet she looked up at the long set of stairs that would take her to the Battle Arena and began her ascent-

" WHO ARE YOU CALLING CAT-BOY!" Sadira roared. The rage of the Ih'rabi broke loose. Materia set in the comb worn by the warrioress flared to life and called down comet, flare, and quake one after another while the white cat beast weaved around the Behemoth at incredible speeds too fast for the monster to counter inflicting numerous cuts and scratches as she went. Finally in a dramatic leap Sadira cleared the beast, howling as she fell to the stone. The reverberating sound of her howl caused mute status effect on the King Behemoth.

Sadira landed gracefully in a wide, low, stance her chest heaving. " I.... am not.... a boy..." she growled between breaths, her grey eyes smoldering with martial fire, ready to go back in for another attack.

Sephiroth barely restrained his exasperation. "I appologize! But right now really isn't the time to be disputing your gender! Now PLEASE stay out of my way!!" He really prefered to fight alone, and certainly didn't know enough about this creature to assess her abilities, she wasn't a lightweight... But Sephiroth really wanted to take care of this himself. He dashed forward as the Behemoth recovered from the cat-girl's onslaught. He was a little irritated that Sadira had proved his first assessments so wrong... Not that he would ever admitt as much, but it gauled him that he had underestimated her... Sephiroth leapt into the air, dodging the descending jaws of the King Behemoth and buried his masamune deep into the beast's shoulders. The Behemoth roared in pain and Sephiroth ducked to avoid it's claws and lashing tail, he tried to remove the sword but found it almost impossible with the creature's movments, it remained pinned between the shoulder blade as Sephiroth was forced to leap free. In great pain now and severely enraged the Behemoth turned it's great golden head to gaze at the smaller creatures before it. It was not happy, and it knew very well who was responsible.

Sadira's mane stood up farther (if that were possible) at the suggestion she was getting in his way. She spotted the bewildered Turk out of the corner of her eye... ya she'd forgotten about that guy.... but he might prove useful.

" Hey! You! See if you can distract it for a minute!" she called out as Sephiroth lept free from the beast. Without waiting for much of a response the cat-beast dashed towards the beast feinting left and then with a titanic leap went right managing to get a deep cut in with her comb. From the flare of a fire three spell she new the guy had taken her advice. Unfortunately the behomoth was quick and caught her in the chest with it's tail. She was thrown across the arena. She landed on her feet, but hard. She shook her head to clear it from some of the disorientation.

Garm looked on in awe at the warriors. He supposed if he was going to get stranded in the battle arena he picked some good companions. Although he couldn't help but feel that Fenrir should be here not him! He wasn't the one who got into crazy scrapes, he was supposed to be on vacation not having a near death experience! He didn't even want to BE at the Gold Saucer... why couldn't they have gone to Costa Del Sol like he wanted to... no they had to go to this garishly, tacky...

His mental rant was interrupted by the terse orders of the cat-thing. At this point he was not thinking well. Without further thought he cast Fire three yelling " ALL I ASK FOR IS THE BEACH WAS THAT TOO HARD!"

Fenrir smiled as Trista leaned closer. Fenrir was about to settle an arm around her shoulders when she leaned back to the other side..... foiled, no matter there was still other orportunities. He managed to smile anway, " Really it's my pleasure...." whatever sweet nothing the young Turk had been about to say was all but forgotten. He was looking down into the battle arena to see none other than Garm.... a giant white cat, a King Behemoth and a white haired-girl! The Arena was a one at a time battle how were.... and

" WHAT THE DEVIL IS HE DOING!" Fenrir roared, forgetting himself he stood to his feet and managed to bump his head painfully on the roof. " How? I've got to get to the Battle Arena," He announced romance forgotten.

Sephiroth managed to supress his irritation, hadn't this feline been oppologising just earlier for intruding on his match? Yet he... she couldn't resist interfering! His mind slowly seemed to quiet, the outside sounds dimmed and that odd rush he had felt during his fight with the Dark Dragon returned, He raced forward, not even feeling the ground beneath his feet. His Sword moved as though of it's own accord. A silver arc flashed before the Behemoth and blood streamed down it's jaw. Another silver flicker near it's side, hot crimson fluid splashed against the sand. Clumping it, and adding to the deep red-purple hue. Sephiroth became little more than a black blur, the cuts and slashes seemed to appear on the monster's hide, more and more blood poured onto the sands until the color of the beast's fur was no longer discernable. Infuriated at it's speeding foe, it turned to the only opponent it could properly see. the air darkened and thickened as a giant stone materialized within the Arena and hurtled itself towards Sadira and Garm.

Sephiroth managed to supress his irritation, hadn't this feline been oppologising just earlier for intruding on his match? Yet he... she couldn't resist interfering! Infuriated at it's speeding foe, it turned to the only opponent it could properly see. the air darkened and thickened as a giant stone materialized within the Arena and hurtled itself towards Sadira and Garm.

Sadira reacted with the blinding speed that was her speciality. With one lunge she knocked Garm and herself out of the main path of the stone, although they did sustain some damage from the near impact of the object. Sadira weathered the damage admirably and turned only a momment later to attack the beast. She went for it's neck nimbly avoiding its slashing tail. She was mad now, the flame on her tail had turned a brilliant, sultry purple. Leaping agily she again buried her fangs into the things torn flesh opening up its jugular vein. The hot blood poured out pumped by the beast's titanic heart, staining the white warrior a shade of muddy crimson.

Garm scarcely knew what happened, suddenly the cat had body slammed him. He was lying in the sand in confusion created by the hit and the shockwave of the spell. As suddenly as she had come she was gone again. The young Turk awkwardly came to his feet. This wondering for the hundred and forty-second time how he got involved in this.

Fenrir looked across at Trista settling down a bit, but the worried frown remained on his face. His hand held the offended portion his head. " You're right of course... I only.... we've got to get down there! Garm's not much of a fighter you see and.... and.... well I've just got to!" Fenrir insisted with an almost child-like ardency. He fidgeted nervously willing the slow movingn vehicle to go faster. " I... I'm sorry... about..... thank you for wanting to help."

Trista smiled slightly. "Its alright..Uhm..Is there any ways to possibly get us to move faster?.."She said as she looked around some more.

Saerenna's grey eyes were completely glued on the battle that was erupting below her in the arena. Her knuckles had turned white from clinging tightly to the bar in front of her, and she didn't notice anything else going on around her. She silently hoped that they were alright, and wished she could just drop down in there with them and do some healing. But she continued to just stand there and stare, biting her lip.
