Bio: Neo grew up with his ride, so he knows it inside and out. It's a classic muscle car, built for power. He got into the racing scene when he was 17, and is now 19. He has won many races, winning huge amounts of prize money, but has always kept his car stock on the outside, only raplcing the original engine with a massive 550 racing block, putting out close to 1000 horsepower.

Personality: Aggressive on the track, laid back off the track.

Other: Neo isn't afraid to trade paint, and like to use the weight of the Ranchero to his advantage to shove the smaller cars out of his way.

Bio: Son of the late Kou Isaki, a pro rally car driver, Kiro wished to follow in his father's footsteps. While not the way he originally envisioned, he takes his opportunity to enter the street racing scene. Bought with his inheritance and tuned to street racing specs, his Porsche has become his life. Then he moved to America from Japan, and travels until he finds the racer named "Zero".

Personality: Sarcastic, and laid back. Enjoys taking down police and rival racers. Spacializes in the PIT maneuver__________________________________________________________________________________


Name: Ciro Negri



Alias: Ciro

Car: 2000 Audi S4/Rs4 conversion

Specialty: Evasion, Circuit Racing

Cop or Racer: Racer

Bio: Born to a rich Italian family, Ciro lived a simple life, being able to do just about all he wanted, and he chose to work on cars. Having a couple of his own, he likes to play, and spends most of his time in the massive garage of his home.

Personality: Ciro is always easy going, never flaunting his money, and always making himself seem just an average guy with a better than average car. Working on it is his life, and he is always ready for a race. A straight joker, he just loves to play.

Other: The car is definitely far from stock, holding just as much power, and ability to grip and go, almost unmatched.

Exterior Mods: The car has had a conversion kit to match that of the B5 Audi Rs4 Avant, that which was only sold in Europe. Since the car’s Rs4 edition was not made in a sedan form, it had to be converted, giving it the flared fenders, allowing for wider tires, the new front bumper, giving much more downforce and airflow, along with an all new rear bumper and trunk lid. Engine Mods: The S4 has been completely retuned, and rebuilt. The 2.7 BiTurbo, has been completely ported and polished with forged pistons, and high end cams, along with new heads. The turbo’s are TIAL R770’s, and have a complete dual intercooler set, keeping the engine nice and cool, allowing it to run cold in even the hottest conditions. The little car now pumps nearly 820bhp, and 670ft/lbs.

Handling Mods: In order to keep this baby from doing all-wheel burnouts at every stoplight, Ciro is running Yokohama Advan’s 265/35/r19. Nice and fat tires, sticky compound, giving the best grip and performance. Running a Hotchkis anti-sway bar kit, keeps the body rock solid through turns, and allows him to powerslide, throwing the back end out, just enough to complete tight corners at high speed, and then shooting right back, straight, and hitting the gas. The suspension itself is Stasis Motorsport, giving him full reign on his setting, letting it be as stiff, or as hard as he wants it. Also, running four piston StopTech brakes on fourteen inch rotors all around, makes it nice and easy for Ciro to stop on a dime.

Interior Mods: The front seats, which are all that’s left, are Recaro’s from the B6 s4’s, giving a more solid and stable environment inside the car. Along with that, is a full roll-cage, prepped and ready for rock solid impacts. The Interior is still simple, and no fancy gauges, other than a stock looking boost gauge mounted into the drivers side air vent. The rear windows are tinted completely black, and the car is ready for racing, weighing in at only 2700lbs.

Bio: he was chosen by the police force to be their undercover cop that races the street racers and gives the police the position of every racer in the race.

Personality: witty, stubborn, and persistent

Other: his car has red headlight and has strobe lights in the head and tail lights mainly because he is an undercover cop. his car is made to look like a street racers car. his cars top speed is 245 mph.

Name: Tory Scotts

Alias: Strider

Speacilty: Evasion and Circuit raceing

Cop or Racer: Racer

Bio: Tory had always wanted to test his abilities as a racer ever since he was a kid raceing go-karts. When he was young his father would teach him how to modify and enhance vehicle parts. His father was actually a mechanic and he would sometimes modify his car with some illigal parts so Tory was no stranger to illigal but when he got his hands on his first car at 18 he would race others like him in his county and would always win so eventually he decided to go bigger so he decided to race in the big city against real street racers but first he had to chose the right car. Thats when he found his Eclipse. Not soon after he bought it and moded it with several good parts and componants. He was then finally ready.

Personality: Intellegent, perceptive, brave, and clever Tory knows how to use his car to it's greatest ability.

Other: Tory's Eclipse is actually black base and red trim. It also has a picture of a running red wolf on each side and on the left side wolf has a scar on it's left eye. On the hood there is a black symbol which a decal he bought custom.

1. Your car is not invincible, hits WILL do damage!
2. No ridiculous speeds, the max is set at 250mph, if your car can even possibly do that!
3. Give others a chance to react, no instantly crashing them, or spinning them out!
4. Be literate! I want to see at least 3-4 lines per post, written like you would a book!
5. Keep the tuning realistic!
6. The top racer once revealed can DENY your challenge if they choose to!
7. I will choose the top racer, it could be anyone! I will choose them through a PM, at a random time!
8. You can use any car you wish, provide a reference picture, using a link.
9. Your car has some kind of weakness, such as it's weight, or it may not turn very well, take this into consideration when choosing your ride!
10. Running from the cops will be challenging!
11. When someone starts running from the cops, other racers can join in to try and help them escape, however, this means you will be chased as well, and backup will be called!
12. If no one is a cop, I will appoint two others than myself to act as cops.

As Neo pulled out of the garage, he noticed a Mustang painted as a police car. "Odd, since when do cops use Mustangs?" he thought to himself. He turned the opposite direction, heading for the local racetrack for practice.

Neo ran a few laps, getting the suspension loosened up before drifting the old muscle car for a while. As he was pulling into the pits, he noticed one girl was breaking up alot of fights. He assumed this was just someone who didn't want a fight to hit her car and scratch the paint, so he payed no attention. He changed the tires, and went out for a few more laps before calling it a day.

Neo finished his laps and went back to the garage. Stepping out of the Ranchero, he wandered into the stadium to watch other drivers. As he was walking up the steps, he noticed the girl was laying on the stairs, not moving. He ran over, calling 911, just to be sure.

"Are you alright?" Neo asked as he was ran over, seeing her with blood on her hand. "You probably shouldn't move, ambulance is on its way. I didn't see what happened, but it was most likely one of those punks in the stands with no ride."

"A cop eh? You might see me on the streets sometime then." Neo halped her up, but didn't let go in case she fell again. "If you want to beat one of those punks, I didn't see anything." He said with a wink, joking around.
