Babel - Continued from thread elsewhere.

[Isidore]

"You shouldn't eat those. They're probably not for us." He has his nose pressed against a bun and is snuffling it. He soon has a sticky, sugary nose.

A woman suddenly appears in the doorway! She has white hair that is pulled back into a tight bun and is wearing a tight, dark blue dress that is made in a military style. "Oh. Hello."  

[Trintara]

He quickly finishes eating the bun then grins and waves. "Hi!" Waving causes him to notice his fingers are sticky so he proceeds to lick them.  

[Isidore]

Benzel is peeking out from behind Edan's legs.

"Good afternoon." She enters the room and sits in a plush wingback chair. "Enjoying the cinnamon buns?"  

[Trintara]

"Yes, thank you!"  

[Isidore]

"Good." She eyes first Edan and then Benzel. Her eyes are steely grey. "I am Mabel. What can I do for you?"  

[Trintara]

"I don't know! What kind of things can you do?"  

[Isidore]

"I can grant wishes, but not all wishes."

Benzel puts his hooves on the little table and peers over them.  

[Trintara]

"Wishes? What kind of wishes?" He gives her a narrow, suspicious look.  

[Isidore]

"Desires."

Benzel nibbles a bun.  

[Trintara]

"What kiind of desires?"  

[Isidore]

"Whatever you can afford."  

[Trintara]

He points dramatically at her. "That is not enough information!"  

[Isidore]

She smiles a thin-lipped smile. "What exactly do you want?"  

[Trintara]

"Can you be trusted?"  

[Isidore]

"Do you need to trust me?"
