I just got my Mario Hanafuda Deck a few days ago... and was wondering, does anyone else here play too?

Just like a standard deck of playing cards one can play many game with a Hanafuda Deck, though the two most common is Koi-Koi and Go-Stop.

Anyone here played Koi-Koi on Clubhouse Games for the DS?

Go-Stop is the Korean variant...

Did you know?
Nintendo started out as a manufacturer of Hanafuda cards in 1889.
Now you know.

Nintendo still continues to make and sell Hanafuda cards today in fact, and has four different decks out.

(Also on the bottom of this page is a Kabufuda Deck)

There is the Mario Deck only available via Club Nintendo:

(Well Officially... you could always try eBay, though the ones on eBay tend to be the decks released by Club Nintendo Japan...)

Side Note: Anyone have other Club Nintendo rewards?

Nintendo's Premier Deck is the Daitouryou Deck (aka "The Napoleon/President" Deck), so-called because of the picture of Napoleon on the front of the box.
This is also generally considered one of the best decks on the market today.

This deck will cost you 2100 Yen in Japan. If you wish to import it, be prepared to pay anywhere from $30 - $50. stressed

Nintendo's Mid-Range Deck is the Tengu Deck costing 1575 Yen.

Aside from the Mario Deck, I think the one that most people here would want is the
Inu-Yasha Deck made by Banpresto:
