It's about a middle-aged woman suffering from depression, and coping with the death of her son.

Only six characters.

Diana, her husband Dan, her daughter Natalie, her son Gabe, Natalie's boyfriend Henry, and the Doctor (who is actually two different doctors, but could easily be the same account).
