i believe it's rockband that has the beatles, and from what i've read on various sites, rockband has overtaken guitar hero.

Whatevers RockBand Blows!! Ive played all the Guitar Heros and the only one i didnt like was the Aerosmith one. . . sweatdrop they didnt hardly even play any of the songs i knew!! Ive played Rockband, didnt like it! >.<
