Titanic.
I'd only seen it once before, and not all the way to the end 'cause I had to work (it's not like I didn't know what would happen. xP)
I recently bought the two-part VHS (found it at the Sally Ann for $2) and decided to watch it today.
OMFG
I started tearing up ten minutes in, and these random tearing up moments occured through the whole of part one.
Then I sobbed the whole way through part two.
Then I continued to cry during my shower.
I finally stopped while I was shaving my legs.
But OH GOD. TT___________TT

Though my cat, dog, and dog we're babysitting were all kind enough to keep me company (by making me pet them) during my bawww-fest.

I read the topic in the forum and the first thing that popped into my head was "Titanic" and sure enough that's what you posted, lol. xD

To be honest I can't cry during that movie anymore...it's way too over-talked about, over played, and pop culture killed it, not to mention the theme being played over and over again for months on all the local radio stations. As of this point, I can't stand that movie anymore...it just needs to go away. xP

And it's unfortunate that you've been driven to hate the movie now. It was beautifully done, and it actually stayed true to many of the facts for the real Titanic. I think the reality of it is what gets me more than their romance. If I hadn't already been crying at everything else, I don't think Jack's death would have gotton to me so much.
