They Voted 83 -7 to revoke ACORN's Federal funding.
What suprised me was the new New York Senator Gillibrand was one of the 7 voting to keep thowing millians into a currupt and criminal oraganization, She was a blue dog dem. if she keeps voting like that the GOP might jst take back a new york seat.
I predict that in the house the only people that will vote in favor of acorn will be the democrates from inner cities.

I think ACORN is partialy to blame for the scope of the current recession and the collaps of the housing market as they were the largest group pressuring banks to give morgages to people who couldent pay them back.
That would at first seem a noble cause with unintended results but when coupled with the estimated 400, 000 countes of voter reg. fruad it would seem like they are trying to effect change by "overwhelming the system"

Where did you get that number of voter fraud? And is it including the people who put crap like "Mickey Mouse" and ACRON had to turn it in under federal law?

from a local news group. of the 1.3 voter registration forms they submited around 400,000 were thrown out as fraudualant. I can not see how it is possible to argue that it was just a few bad imployees in a few isolated incedents. ALL THEIR MONEY GOES TO A FREAKIN ABANDONED FUNERAL PARLOR IN NEW ORLEANS ALONG WITH SEVERAL OTHER LESS THAN RESPECTABLE GROUPS. when their founder Rathke embezeld nearly a million from tax payer dollars they just sent him across the hall to work for their sister group SEIU. with all their differant groups both in and out of country using the same people they play a shell game with our money and it needs to end. They get the poor and the people just out of prison, have them do the dirty work then when it surfaces they throw them under the bus as "rouge imployees"
