[PRP] Ripples in the sand [Nima/Ka]

Lying down the top of a particularly high sand dune, Kusuma'nima had a good view of the desert that surrounded her. Like a little white dot in a sea of gold, she didn't blend in very well but then again, neither did most of the Firekin as their colors were that of fire and not sand.

So much had happened since she was little that it made her head swell. The pride was growing in numbers almost every day with either new litters being born or newcomers joining their ranks. And it made happy to get to interact with all the new little cubs when they came to see her, although she had to make sure not to startle them by calling their names before they were introduced to her as she knew all of their names before she laid eyes on them.

Her tail was curled tightly around her body as her eyes were half closed. Not at all paying attention to her surrounding, she was rather preoccupied with what her mind was showing her. In particular, the vision she was having at the moment. It was rather perplexing, she didn't understand it at all as it played out in her mind.

Ka was wandering in some direction he didn't know. Kai was off with Ra'd or Ryujin doing something, and he was on his own, on his own with these things in his head, these images and vague shadows that he couldn't make sense of. The mark flickered several times in red just as his but it was moving from luscious green to...nothingness, but moving, and he could see the golden sand in the pathway.

Was she moving?

No, it couldn't be.

He wandered over the dunes, not seeing Kusu like he would have if his mind was not preoccupied, but he walked with closed eyes and grit teeth trying to make sense of what in his eyes, what it was telling him. It was true, that he and Kai were seers, Ryujin he assumed but Ryujin had shown no signs of the gift yet.

It moved again, and from the three shadows, three came from one in particular.

From three to six, smaller to, and moving. He snarled and growled in frustration, what did it mean!

The images were of no apparent order as a face appeared in his mind. One that was very familiar, that she had met a long time ago. Ka.

Her face slowly curled upwards in a smile as her vision left her with nothing but the golden sea around her. She blinked a few times before she spotted a figured not too far off in the distance, wandering aimlessly just as she would have done if she had not been laying down in the sand. She learned better, it attracted little attention if she was not moving than if she was as she could pick up the little subtle clues that he was not all there.

She waited till he got closer and let the wind carry her voice to him, hoping to guide him towards her and not in another direction, "Ka."
